The tale of the Mushroom Man.
A long, long time ago, a man was going up the mountain where a forest spirit lived.
He was looking for mushrooms, so he started to pick them from the ground.
The mushrooms looked delicious, so the man took one of them.
Then, the mushroom was knocked out of his hand!
The man got mad and said:
“Forest spirit, quit playing tricks on me. Let me hold my mushrooms.”
Then he took another mushroom, but as soon as it touched his teeth, he got slapped on the face.
The man got mad and yelled:
“Forest spirit, quit playing tricks on me! Let me eat my mushrooms!”
So he took a third mushroom, but it was a poisonous mushroom.
The man took a bite and died.
