《Nadia *Dropped*》Chapter 4 Training Part 3

She said "Nadia, has Eric explained to you different types of limits and how to tell them apart?"
Nadia shook her head. Eric hadn't explained anything. She didn't know why they were always shocked and speechless. The crystal ball wasn't changing didn't that mean that she had no talent in using Aura.
"I see. Well then I will explain for him." she said while glaring at Eric making him sweat and think what horrors would await for him. Nadia felt sorry for him even though she thought it was well deserved. She had learned rumors about the strength of the boss. Apparently the last person that got on her nerves was put in the torture chamber and left there until Master Anna remembered him. He was on the brink of death when she was reminded of the person who angered her. She learned that Anna had a bad memory and always have to have an attendant or secretary to help manage her time and remind her of appointments and meetings.
"There are 3 types of limits. The first type of limit is when the ball turns fully black. This is most common. That means that the person who put their hand on the ball has not talent whatsoever in using Auras. The second type is when the black is half filling the clear sphere. This means that the person will only be able to use their Aura to intimidate their opponents. This type of person is born around once every 5 years. Its not that special but still important. I am this type of person. The third type of person is fully clear this means that the person has no limits and will be able to use their Aura fully. This is extremely rare. The chance of being born with this is one child every one hundred years. And not only does this mean that they are extremely talented in using Auras but also Chi. You use Chi to harden your body. This will make you near undefeatable. Imagine an assassin that could not be assassinated by someone other than himself." she said this with respect written on her face.

Nadia was happy that she would be able to get stronger. But because this ability was special and one of a kind this made her forced to forget her wish of being normal. Now the only thing she could wish for was to be as close to normal as possible and to get stronger so that she would be able to protect her family from the bad thing in life and the world.
She continued," I'm glad that my curiosity took over and made me make you my student. Imagine what our enemies would do to you if they found out. They would want to eliminate you before you became a threat to them and a valuable asset to us. But don't worry with my authority and power I will make sure that no harm comes to you."
When Master Anna said this Nadia became scared and then relieved to have her Master to protect her. She would surely be killed if she didn't have such a strong person protecting her.
Soon after Master Anna started talking privately with Master Eric. Because he was making scared expression Nadia thought that he was being notified about his punishment.
She went up towards where he was standing and asked, "So, Master Eric what's your punishment?"
He made a pitiful expression and said, "No food for a week and no clothes other than underwear for a month."
Even though no food for a week wouldn't be too bad because oh his strong constitution and build being almost fully naked for a month would seriously harm his pride. Nadia had to look away and put a hand over her mouth before she let out a held back laugh.
Because some you guys wanted updates I quickly posted the start of the next chapter. I don't like to keep you hanging on cliffhangers too long. In the next chapter I will try to add what her parents are doing and will continue with training. Thanks for reading.

Authors Notes: I consider this to be a comming-of-age Sword and Sorcery story based mostly on the style of classic western fantasies. So if that's your thing then I encourage you to take a peek. Something I want to mention though is that the main character starts of pretty wimpy, and that might not be your thing. That being said, if you stick with him he's got a long way to grow. Also, while this version of the story is meant to be fully readable, more dicerning readers may want to wait until I move out of rough draft phase. There may be some inconsistancies with character and plot while I am still in the rough draft phase. I'm sorry for this, but this is my first web novel and from what I've read the best way to get a good novel out is to write write write, and then edit ruthlessly after you're finished with the book, so that's the plan I'm going to follow. Again, this is a rough draft. Everything you are reading is subject to change, including the name, title, and cover photo. This may no longer be the case once I've decided I know where this fiction is going and I have a reasonable understanding of the characters and their behavior. You're reading what comes off my keyboard as it's made, with very limited editing. There will be mistakes in the text. I do a quick spell check to take out the worst of the errors, but there will be some I miss. You can point them out in the comments if they are particularly confusing or glaring and I will try to fix them, however I am not overly concerned about minor errors as this is not the final draft by any means.

Mordheim: Servants of The Damned (A Warhammer Fantasy Fiction)
“The Great Library,” Stated the stranger with a pause. “You know of it?”“Of course I do. In the Merchant’s Quarter?”“Yes, in the Merchant’s Quarter. I have gathered that there is an… artefact of importance within its walls.” Slowly, the figure produced a rusted key from the furls of his robes and held it in a black-gloved hand. “This opens the door to its chambers. It is the grimoire of Gunnar von Krugenheim, and I believe that it would serve better in the world than locked away in a dusty room.” Behind the cursed walls of Mordheim, warbands and gangs of all stripes are embattled in constant wars for resources and power. The cursed city attracts throngs in the thousands, searching for treasures, artefacts, power, and sometimes all three. The Cult of the Hidden Brethren is no exception, and when an opportunity to extend their reach is discovered, the cultists are eager to take the opportunity. However, not all is set in stone, and soon the cultists discover that the lure of power alone may not be enough to give them the drive required to see their quest done... --- Mordheim: Servants of the Damned is a fanfiction set in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, which is not owned by me but by the company Games Workshop. I of course, lay claim to nothing in this story but the characters I have created, and the core events of the story itself. This is my first true foray into fantasy writing, let alone Warhammer Fantasy, therefore any feedback is welcome. (It should be noted as well, the cover art is merely an artwork I found online and is not mine, therefore I do not lay claim to that either.)
