The wagon sped along as we made our way through the city. Our driver seemed to be succumbing to the urgency as he no longer tried to dodge the pedestrians and only made himself as loud as possible. Honking a loud horn and yelling out the window as we sped past the now busy streets. We were almost to the edge of the city, which brought up another problem. The road was unfinished and didnt reach all the way to the entrance. So we had to get off the road and drive through the city. This guy's driving was starting to scare me, yet Lucy seemed used to it as she had secured herself to the wagon with a thick rope and just looked worried about the cauldron which was making creaking noises instead of the crazy driving. He suddenly turned off of the road and into the city's streets as the road ahead was not built yet and there was no way to pass without crashing into materials and unsmoothed cave floor.
He almost had the horn going constantly as there were people coming from everywhere as the city woke up. People running and jumping out of the way of us as we sped through. I looked and I could see the entrance to the city, there were people gathered around the entrance and I could see some guards trying to calm them down. I guess people noticed what happened in the warehouse and the news spread already. One of the guards seemed to notice us coming and immediately started yelling at the people nearby trying to get them out of the way. Some of the people in the crowd noticed us and started screaming. Then the crowd split and started running away from us opening a clear path for us through the exit. Lucy had untied herself and stood, making herself visible to the guards at the gate and waved. They moved out of the way to let us through and we shot through the entrance.

On our way up we were joined by a couple more wagons behind us, from what I could tell they were filled with soldiers and some sort of metal equipment. We made it through the tunnel without a hitch but the cauldron was creaking loudly, I could almost see the metal warping and bending in my mind. The exit of the cave was right in front of us, we were almost outside.

Kevin was looking through the paperwork that was currently on his desk. They were mostly reports on their progress with the mining operation and their additions to the factory. He didnt understand how they could be this advanced when they were just supposed to be mindless workers. Rala was the weirdest of them all, she seemed the most conscious of them all. She even started organizing the others to create more than just materials that they needed and started researching new things. All of which without his orders, he kept asking himself why they even bothered to inform him about this if they just kept doing stuff on their own. He kept shuffling papers around on his desk and organizing the reports until he came across something that caught his eye. It wasnt a report but a letter that was adressed to him.
This was the first letter he has gotten so he opened it and started reading. The signature at the end made it obvious that it was from Rala yet the tone was not from anyone that considered themselves a subordinate. The letter pretty much explained everything that she told Finch earlier except there were some threats in there as well. Threats that she could very much make happen if the rest of the letter was to be beleived. She told him to make sure that he didnt cripple her child and helped him grow stronger. She had never heard of these methods of generating divinity however they seem to be working and Finch should break through the first level soon. She also stated that this world has become more than it was supposed to be and he would help her find out whats going on and how to fix it.

He leaned back and sighed, all this weirdness was building up around him and to be honest it was freaking him out. This was soo much easier with the others, even if they were rude and never let him do anything which made him rediculously bored. They were still immensely easier to deal with and help. He took a sip from the mug on his desk and sat there in deep thought. He considered knocking over his mug so that his 'maid' would yell at him again, but he doubted even that would cheer him up right now. He decided to take a walk around the factory and see what they were up to. He needed to take a break from spreadsheets and forms for a little while. He walked through the machines watching everyone work while trying to work through everything that was in the letter. Kevin wasnt entirely sure about what she meant about this place being more than it was supposed to be but he was sure he would find out eventually.
He wanted to talk to Rala and ask her many questions but the thought of approaching a god like that made him feel a little awkward. Especially after what he had tried to do with her after she appeared, luckily she declined otherwise this might be alot weirder then it couldve been. He shuddered at the thought, at least he could still have some fun with some of the other figments of his imaginition. As long as they arent the ones he created a while ago, they gave him their respect as their boss but that was where their consideration ended. He almost found himself longing for the first days here, when he had free reign to do whatever he pleased. But he felt this was better, for him and for Finch. This way Finch's power will grow steadily, and if what the others proposed actually works out then he will end up being the youngest god ive ever seen.

GIG: God In Gold
So let's cut the pretense: this is some garbage-tier weaboo fiction. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I feel it's important to say that this is some nonsense I write for fun. I don't think it's very good. I'd even go as far as to say that I'm not a good writer at all. I picked up a ball that started rolling when I was a kid and have been intermittently punting it towards the next chapter whenever I feel like it. And you can come on this garbage ride too if you really feel like it. Who knows, maybe there's some gold to be salvaged from this dumpster fire? Synposis: Satou Shibuya is a first year student at Niflheim's Kawagusa General Academy. He's also the self-proclaimed strongest power user, sporting a big enough number on his birth certificate to make a nuclear bomb glow green with envy. There's something to be said about a person whose head is so far up their own ass that you find yourself watching their every move with bated breath, ever curious to see which hole they'll dig themselves into next. This is not that kind of story. This is a story about pride, coming of age, but actually, this is a story about big, stupid superpowered fights. Update Schedule: Whenever.
