All of this was really starting to piss me off. I dont know who or what I am anymore and this Rala in front of me was making it worse. I needed an answer and she was going to give me one.

"Ok, explain. Everything. I am tired of randomly finding out im actually something else. I need to know what is going on."

She nodded.

"Okay, well I guess ill tell you now that Ralenshiksha is my real name but you can keep calling me Rala if you wish. I used to be known as the goddess of art and craftmenship. As you can see I am no longer as powerful as I used to be. There used to be a powerful race that worshipped me that called themselves the People of the tide, everyone else had taken to just calling them the Tide men. They were a race of fairy-like beings with short lifespans but they also had a very high birthrate which made them a very powerful race that spread themselves all over the continent. They had an insatiable wanderlust and invented many wonderful ways to travel all over, even to other worlds. The tide men travelled everywhere and built many wonderous things spreading their crafts and arts as they went. The people they shared their crafts with would sometimes convert and start worshipping me as well, leaving behind their old faith which angered the other gods. The others didnt really like how I was the only one that the tide men worshipped and wanted some of them to convert to their religions. They grew jealous as my religion was growing at a fast rate and didnt seem to be stopping any time soon. They started forcing their followers to outlaw my religion in major cities, but that didnt stop its growth.

At the time I was in my elf form living in a small elven village on the outskirts of what is now this kingdom. I had fallen in love with a young elf man, I knew it was forbidden for gods to have children but I didnt care. I loved that man soo much and wanted to have a child with him, a family. The other gods knew as soon as you were born though and they were very angry. They started a war that ended up wiping out the TideMen and my entire religion. I hid you the only way I could, by giving you up. I hid you so that they would never find you with a couple I thought I could trust. Turns out a couple months after I left they had sold you to a slaver. After losing all my power and then losing you, I couldnt maintain my physical for anymore so I returned to the realm of the gods and I tricked one of the gods to make me a guide specifically meant for you. I knew at some point you would unlock your heritage and I would appear. But for some reason you already had a guide and It took me a little longer to enter your inner world. Ive kind of been living here since, hiding from the gods while trying to help you ascend to godhood. When the other gods find out that you are still alive then they will come for you. So I wanted to at least give you the power to defend yourself."

She stopped for a bit as she has been talking for a while. I didnt know what to say so we just sat there in silence.

Lari waited patiently on the couch till she heard a stiff knock at the door. She opened it to see a short man with tiny horns sticking out of a small black beret. He was dressed in a thick jacket and long black pants that almost hid his shiny black shoes. He was accompanied by two tall and thick soldiers dressed in solid but thin metal armor, that just made him look even smaller by comparison.

"come in, I have something I need you to look at on the table."

The small man nodded and walked into the room with the guards right behind him. He walked over to the couch and inspected the items on the table. Taking long looks at the robe and the book making sure that they were authentic. Once he was done with that he looked at Lari.

"They are authentic, Who had them? We must take them in for questioning."

Lari looked down at the ground and said "A young elf man who arrived at this city with my sister. He saved her life, but we cannot have the mad guild here again. He is sleeping in the room on the left side of that hall." Lari said while pointing the room out to them. She looked away as they took the unconsious elf out of her home, taking all his possesions with them.

The warehouse was swimming with activity as the mad guild prepared to finish its ritual. One of them was standing and watching the others, he was clearly aggrivated and was making it obvious to everyone around him that he wasnt happy. He was leaning heavily on a cane he held in a malformed hand as one side of his body looked like it had melted Which was a side effect of being surrounded by corrupted mana all the time. He had spent years in the thick fog working to reach his goals. Almost everyone in the mad guild has been altered in some way due to their prolonged exposure, although his was one of the worst. Their hideout had been discovered and they were completely unprepared, He had spent so much time instructing them on how to keep their operation a secret and now they had to speed up their plans because someone found us and escaped.

They needed only 2 more sacrifices and they had to get them as soon as possible. The time has come to begin the final phase of the plan.
