《The most human elf in Shaylet - Paused until further notice》The Helpful Undead

I was currently running full speed through the city, as soon as Rala told me about the cloud of tainted mana I exited my inner world and ran despite her yelling after me about something. Tainted mana can only mean the mad guild is here. Whatever those bastards are doing in the city cant be good. Images from that village flashed through my head and made me wonder what they were planning here. It didnt take me long to get out of the lamia's area and into the rest of the city. Even though it isnt the undead district there is still activity in the city, there were still some stores open and people running stalls. It was easy to pass through the city towards the undead district, every now and then I found a small map posted on a board that showed me where I was which made navigating the city extremely easy.
I misjudged how far the undead district was, I ran till I was out of breath and I wasnt even half way. I stopped to rest on a bench next to the map.
How the hell did these people get around this place, its huge.
So I rested till I could breath again and decided to just jog and try to get farther this time. There were no straight roads through the city although it looked like they were building one. There were even some undead working on the road right now. My legs were starting to feel like noodles so I decided to ask one of them how they got around the city. I walked up to the nearest undead which was a female zombie with a hardhat on, it looked like she was directing the others and showing them exactly where to mine and were to just smooth out the stone. I waited till she was done talking and then asked her.

"Excuse me, im new to this city and Im trying to figure out how you guys get around? This city is huge, ive been running and jogging for about 20 minutes and I havent even reached the middle of the city."
She looked at me and frowned.
"Did they not cover that in orientation?"
"No she simply told us about the city and the rules"
The zombie woman cursed under her breath, something about a 'dumb lamia girl changing the script again'.
"Sorry, the girl that runs orientation likes to change what she says every time she does orientation and forgets to add important things like that. We use the skyrail, Its like a metal box that runs along that rail embedded in the rock." She pointed at a huge system of metal bars coming out of the rock wall, there was actually some running and I saw them moving along the ceiling. It was like she said, just a metal box that carried people around, I could see some people sitting behind the window of one.
After she was sure I saw that she continued.
"We also use an underground train, if we are going to opposite sides of the city. once we finish this road we are building we will be able to use vehicles of all kinds to move cargo all over the city. But for now you can use the underground train, it is always running." She pointed at a stairway that was marked by long metal sign sticking straight up.
"Thank you for your help" She nodded and smiled, going back to work.
I went down the stairway to the bottom, down a short hall and into an open room with a large track going through it. Several other people were here as well sitting on benches or leaning on stone support pillars. The room just looked like a smoothed out cave with support pillars and benches spread around. I guess whatever this train is isnt here yet, so I sat down on one of the empty benches and waited with the rest of them. It was only a couple minutes before people got up and started moving, I didnt hear anything so I looked around and I saw the train. It was almost completely silent and extremely shiny, the metal was flat and smooth with windows all thoughout. Small stones embedded in the metal gave off light and also seemed to give off a fresh scent, like being in the forest. When the people stood in front of it the doors on the side opened and they poured in. There was a sign on the front that said 'Undead District' so this was probably the train I needed to take. As soon as I took one step onto the train I felt strong magic coming from it. The feeling was coming from the floor and the front of the train, when the doors closed the feeling grew immensly stronger.

I sat down and we shot off, we were going soo fast that before I knew it we were already in the undead district. It was alittle disorienting going that fast but I got over it. I need to find out what the mad guild is doing here and stop them. Im actually starting to like this city and I dont want it to end up like the village I was stationed at. I walked because the train and all that running made me nauseous. I was in the undead district so, I just needed to find the highest concentration of the tainted mana to find out where they are. I found a nearby bench and meditated, entering my inner world to find Rala still standing in the secret chamber. She had a small piece of wood and I think she was drawing on it. She noticed I was back and immediately started talking.
"Sir, there are many more functions of this room that I think you should know before you leave, however since this seems important I will only tell you about the ones that will be useful for you in this situation. You can summon the map in your mind when you are not in here, however it will not be as detailed but should still be able to point you in the right direction. Although I should warn you, the inner world is something that should be created and run by you. Since Kevin was the one designing and running it, it will clash with your body in some way."
"What do you mean?"
"Its different for everyone, but this world is meant to represent your power. You didnt design it so as your power grows, you might end up getting powers and abilities you cant comprehend or cant use. This isnt the only world with this system so its designed to give you powers based on your imagination and the inner workings of this place. What you do and create in this room will have a large impact on your growth as well."
That sounded bad, however I kinda like what he has done with the place. Itll probably be fine.
"Oh and I should mention, your body might change in unexpected ways too so watch out for that."
She left the room before I could ask any questions. Maybe that was payback for ignoring her and leaving earlier. I dont know, but I wonder what she means my body will change.

The Loyal Ones [Dark Biopunk Fantasy]
TLDR; A slave monster survives horror, war and servitude, while trying to live with himself. Thralls are a race of monstrous slave soldiers, in a universe where biological magic takes the place of technology. Centuries ago, their ancestors were desperate humans, who volunteered to be transformed for the Poison War. Today their unfortunate descendants are still soldiers and laborers. In contract law they are 'corporate wards'; slaves owned largely by arms dealers. Dally Harper starts this story as a champion cage fighter. He is one of the 'lucky' ones. It's all downhill from there. Content Warning: Explicit violence and gore, slavery, implied sexual assault. None of these are framed as positive or glorified, however they do have a strong impact on the plot and main characters.

Among other things, I separated it into a new book as it has elements of progressive LitRPG and a fantasy-world setting.Since I'll keep on writing The Wardens of Destiny, this will be one of my side-projects. Eventually in the future, I plan to integrate some of the protagonists in this story with the main storyline.
