《The most human elf in Shaylet - Paused until further notice》Our fair city

I reached the tallest building to find a small crowd gathering around two people doing some sort of act. They were demonstrating amazing amounts of skill and controll over their spellcasting by throwing fireballs at each other and catching them. Tossing them between each other and juggling them before they disperse into smoke over the crowd. I was looking for the girls so I didnt stay too long, just long enough for one of them to 'miss' and hit the other in the face with smoke getting a laugh from the crowd. It was obvious to me they intended to do that, I can tell he dispersed the fireball early so his friend would be unharmed. Their skill at casting spells is amazing, they cant manipulate mana like we elves can but their prowess has surpassed what most manage in their lifetimes.
Malady and vylet are probably waiting for me so I pull my attention away from the performers and focus on trying to find them. They were sitting on the steps to the tall building, talking to a small boy with almost pitch black skin and tiny little horns on his head. He also had a arrowhead tipped tail that swished back and forth absentmindedly and two small bat wings growing out of his back. I think These creatures are called... an Incubus, they are a type of demon that I was told preyed on women just like the succubi do on men. All the other things I was taught were wrong so surely this one is too right?
I got close enough to hear what the boy was saying to them and notice their less than amused faces.
"I could show you pleasure the likes of which you have never dreamed of."
I guess some things they told me were true. I put my hand on the kids shoulder and he turned to me looking annoid and then scared as he saw I was quite bigger than he was and adopted a sheepish grin. His voice even changed from the somewhat deep one he was using with the girls to one of a small boy who lost his way.

"Sorry sir, just asking for directions bye!"
He ran off down the nearest alleyway to escape. The girls both thanked me for saving them from that boy, he wouldnt leave them alone and kept following them. I told them that we were invited to dinner and have a place to stay now and they both smiled. I didnt notice how tired they looked when I saw them at first.
"Come on, its not too far from here."
I started heading back towards Lari's place.

Loud blaring music spread throughout the empty space as Kevin worked. He had reset the entire world in here and only had one room built at the moment. It was a large room with many consoles on the walls and gray carpet covering the floor. A large glass tube went from the ceiling to the floor and had a lumninescent blue fluid flowing through it. There was only one floor but it was filled with consoles, most of them did nothing and were just there for decoration. Only the ones near the tube actually had a purpose and functioned. But kevin hated wasting space so he put other consoles around to fill the gaps and made it so they could have functions added later. The whole room really gave off that 'trekkie' vibe.
Kevin was on the floor underneath one of the consoles with a weird tool, working on the panel inside the console. He was humming along to the music unaware of anything except his work. The liquid in the big glass tube wasnt just something he made up. It was actually the core that Finch had created in his chest. Kevin had absorbed it into the inner world and was using it as a tool to generate energy. He was trying to get the liquid to move around, flowing through the systems and then back into the tube generating power. This was an inner world of Finch but power still needed to be generated for things to function properly in here. In order to gain divinity something has to happen in this place. Anything really, the creation of objects or energy was a good way to start generating it. But later, better means of getting divinity need to be developed.

He finally finished with the console and put the cover back over the panel. He approached the large glass tube and frowned. He had forgotten something. He created a small rounded console that went around the tube for about a couple feet in each direction. Then he entered a couple commands into the console and muttered something under his breath.
"engage"
He tried starting it up again and stared at the blue liquid in the tube almost as if he was trying to move it with his mind. A deep humm starting growing inside the tube, spreading to just below it. It wasnt very loud or unpleasent, something you can get used to over time and not hate it. As the humm grew the liquid started moving faster and faster, getting a little brighter.
"Yes!! Thank the engineers it works!!" Even though when he said this he had a specific engineer with head ridges in mind.
He was spinning and dancing to the blaring music around him. Happy that his experiment had finally worked. He checked the console and he was generating rediculous amounts of power. A while ago he had gotten annoid at having to create something to check the levels of energy he was creating or losing at any given moment. So he gave himself a heads up display that was practically a holographic computer in front of his face, that had many functions other than showing him the current amounts of divinity he was generating at any given moment. He could add as many functions as he wanted to it. But whenever he had to scratch that trekkie itch he used the consoles and pretended to be ordering various people around. Which is what he was doing at this very moment, the console showed he was generating both energy and divinity. However the divinity was generating at a very low but constant rate. This was the most fun he has ever had since he found himself being a divinity guide. He could never have this much fun back on earth before he died.

Heart of the World (LitRPG)
This is the story of how I stabbed a bear. Well... technically speaking, that became the moment my life went into a vastly different direction, all on my way to 'The Mission'. The one I had been given alongside two other seasoned players. To help people in a world with a world. But, oh hoh, that bear... Don't get me started on that. So, apart from that, here is the gist of the other part. I'm a year long employee. Though, several years before I became an employee of theirs, this crazy ensuing madness of a Full Dive battle royale between even more companies started to boil over to a breaking point. Mine thought to search for something that would truly blow the competition out of the water. Well, they found it. Deep under the sea actually. They called it a game changer. Rumors abounded of course. But the most common knowledge became that it was a power source unlike the world had ever seen. However, I can tell you now, the unknown sometimes bump back. Especially when experimenting on highly unknown elements. Still, years safely went by and thus I became a developer there. Now, what does any of this got to do with stabbing a bear? Well, ask them that! They started it all. I'm new remember! Though, chaos ensued, and well, I was there. It probably helped that I had proven myself a good fighter in game and that I had some knowledge that could help with the triplets. Oh, but my sister would box my ears if she ever realized how little time I spent learning what the other developers created in the game before I had to go in there on, 'The Mission.' So, this is a story of a mission to save the people in Realm of Ancients. Not those rookies! Oh no, that was just a precurser. AND THERE WAS THE BEAR! Sorry, I had trouble getting over it. But that specific moment changed things. -- -- Hi! This is a project I have started for the fun. This is not your typical comedy. Yes, I added quite a bit humour to the story, BUT as things go into the eye of the storm the character will face challenges that hits him down. So it is not comedy in every chapter. But what do they say, when you've hit bottom, only way to go is up! :D I am always open to suggestions that might take the story to new heights, so you all are welcome to discuss the story in the comments. Just remember the all important SPOILER tags. ;) -Omri - I'd truly appreciate if you rate the story and leave reviews as we go. ;)
