My arrival at my inn room was met with angry screaming from Vylet for leaving them by themselves all day. Showing her my haul of gems and valuables didnt even calm her down. I waited for her yelling to subside and then I asked about malady.

"She is a lot better now, she woke up a couple hours ago but she got tired and went back to sleep. I dont beleive that old demon guy. She really doesnt seem like a godess to me."

"Remember she is only a piece of the godess, maybe she is the lazy part of her?"

Vylet chuckled at that.

"Whatever she is, we can worry about that later. Right now I need to go sell these and get some gold. So we can get the hell out of here."

Vylet gave me a weird look.

"As long as you dont ditch us here all day again."

I smirked and shrugged as I walked out of the room. I could hear her sigh before i closed the door.

Well, its back to the underground market.

I ditched the coat and mask outside of the city as i dont need them anymore and they would only tie me to the crimes I commited. So i was back in my normal clothes, a normal pair of pants and a shirt covered partially by a dark green vest. I started walking towards the slums again, hoping that someone will buy my stuff. I got to the place where we found the boxes last time but they were gone. They must have moved their location again so I have to wander around till i find the boxes again. It didnt take me long to find it because they leave markers scattered all over the slums. They seemed to have changed from boxes to strips of cloth hanging from the roof. I followed these markers down several alleys and back streets till i arrived at a door with a poorly made hole in it for people to look through. I knocked on the door and waited to be asked for the code. It took a few minutes and some shuffling from the other side of the door and then i was finally greeted with the beggening of the code.

"Blessed are those infernal"

"May the angels cry eternal" I replied.

They opened the door and I was welcomed by the embaressed looking guards. Their clothes were disheveled and they looked like they just finished wrestling. It wasnt hard to guess what they had been doing. I just passed them and went on with my buisness. I guess they werent expecting anyone to come around this time. This area was a bit smaller than before, however they somehow still managed to get all the shops in here. The area wasnt bigger than before but there were slightly taller buildings. I looked around for a shop that dealt in gems and precious metals. But it isnt very easy to find. Not everybody is literate so most of the signs for the stores are just pictures. None of the signs i have seen have anything valuable depicted on them. There was alot of people here now that the sun was starting to set. Most of their buisness came after dark, when visibility was low. The current location was just a simple street with some slightly tall buildings. As usual, stalls were set up all over the road with a small space to let people walk through.

There were signs hanging above some of the doorways showing that they are open for buisness. One sign caught my eye, as it was simply a box next to an arrow that was pointing to a bag of money. I entered the building and followed the signs till i reached the third floor. The signs led me to a door that also had the same sign on it. Inside was simply a small room with a gated window on one side. Behind it was a woman in loose clothes with huge bags under her eyes. She looked very bored and was staring at a young man that had put some sort of bracelet on the counter and pushed it under the bars so she could look at it. She picked it up and inspected it for a couple minutes, before she snorted and threw it back at him.

"Its fake"

He looked angry as he tried to assure her it was real. The man looked desperate and was starting to make me nervous.

"I assure you this is real! It is a priceless family heirloom that has been passed down in my family for generations! and all you offer me for it is a lousy 17 gold?!?!"

He reached for something in his pocket but before he could pull it out a huge person appeared out of seemingly no where and grabbed his arm, Squeezing it soo hard I could hear bones crack. The object he was grabbing in his pocket fell out of his now useless hand and started rolling on the floor. It was a small talisman, I dont know what it was meant to do but it gave me a weird feeling as i could feel some mana coming off of it. The woman from behind the counter had come out into the room when I wasnt paying attention. She picked up the talisman and gave it a look before handing it to the giant person, who took it and stuffed it into its pocket. The man was blabbering and crying, trying to apologize. The woman merely stated "Any attack on any store in the market is an offense to the owners of the market itself and will be dealt with accordingly. You knew the rules, yet you broke them."

The man was terrified at her words, he started trying to bribe them and promise them riches. They obviously didnt beleive them because if he had so much money, why did he seem so desperate when trying to sell the bracelet. Also he did just try to kill her. The 'guard' Walked away while dragging the man by his ruined arm into a door that was hidden behind a curtain. His crying and yelling didnt stop even after the door closed i could still hear it as it faded away. The woman was already back behind the bars with a bored expression, she looked up and saw me standing there and with a small smile, only said one word.
