Chapter 8: Their money, my dinner

Next day I wake up and head to hall. When I reach the room, Anna is already there sitting on the couch.

"Good morning, my lady." I say with a grin.

"Good morning" she says, looking my way "Lets eat breakfast and head out."

She doesn't give much of reaction. I don't mind though.

"Alright" I say. She stands up, goes to kitchen and comes back with warmed bread and soup. 'Ho she went cooking.'

We eat our breakfast. That was good not very tasty by still good.

I sprout wings and tail in D*pp mode, catch her by the waist and behold, we are flying directly above yesterday's battle ground. The carriage is still there all destroyed.

"Here we go flying" I yell and start flying along the road, but high enough so that not much people will be able to spot us. After flying for at least half an hour at top speed we clear forest and come across the green plains. Ah it's a sight to see.

"Lithius, I remember now, So, why am I flying out with you, when I can be sitting inside your portable house?" asks Anna.

"What are you talking about? Don't spout nonsense." I yell. Ah, people below on road are taking fighting stance and readying their weapon, upon hearing my yell. Someone is finally looking toward sky after few second. Thank the gods, I already passed. Or maybe no, I take back that thanks, god. Even if he spots us, it won't matter.

Anna is looking at me shocked, at my sudden outburst.

"Well, I mean, you would certainly be lonely inside and don't always get the chance to see such beautiful sight right? look below, wow what a heavenly sight. It's like every other medieval city, only a little small and way too crowded because Paradise Island academy's new season is soon going to start. To say exactly today is 23rd day of 12th months, students should report on academy by 29th day starting from 26th of this month. Opening ceremony is on 30th and class officially starts on 1st day of 1st month of next year which will be year 4527 A.W.

We move toward the area where good inns are, we got direction from guards. We quickly find a inn called 'The Fragrance' which had a restaurant on ground floor and rooms in upper 4 floors. "Alright, you will be in dimension house." She was trying to voice something but I ignore her and send her to dimension house. I go out and close door behind me. I go to room where Lucy was but I ignore her and enter bathroom close the door, and teleport to Anna's room. Lock the door from inside and teleport back to my bathroom. I slightly open the door and peer into the room. Lucy is sitting on bed with her revealing clothes on and appears slightly nervous. I open water on basin by applying mana in it for cover and after a while take mana out of it to close. When she hears the water close she has determined look on her, looks like she is resolved. Her change in expression was fun to watch.

After that I open the door and walk into the room with a smile hung on my face. She also shows a hollow but trying hard to show a lustful smile. She was trying to say something but I directly kiss her. She had a bewildered look on her face. But I kept at it, after a while she started responding.

Then he left for restaurant.
