UGH....... Spring is the most evil season for American Students, all the testing we have to go through this time of year threw my schedule out the window completely. Sorry for the hiatus but AP, State and School exams took up my time with no room for writing, worst thing is that my hard drive got corrupted so I had to save money to buy a new laptop as well as turning in my school laptop as school lets out very soon. Hope to be able to write more soon (more testing ugh).

Jack's body was wringing itself in pain, his body screamed out as his DNA broke down, his muscles appeared to be frozen, even if Jack wanted to, he couldn't will his body to move. Jack felt helpless as his eyes couldn't see, his body wouldn't move, but the sounds of his surrounding could still be heard.
Footsteps. Someone picked Jack up. Jack knew that in this world, death meant a game over. Nothing would allow for him to come back alive. Jack thought to himself: "Am I going to die, to die by exhaustion haha". Jack couldn't find the situation dire. He having fought with the team with the little powers he had, to survive to the very end only to fall because of exhaustion. Truly a laughable predicament he was in.
A howling sound was heard nearby. The footsteps and the person carrying him had quickened. Heavy breaths and the slight dropping and adjustment of my body showed that the person carrying Jack was slowly losing strength to keep moving. The ominous howling of the beast had only preceded to get closer and closer to the location.
Jack wanted to scream "Leave me, Save yourselves. Why save a dead man when you can do nothing to save him" and more. Jack felt as if he was the bringer of death, a helpless form that people wanted to save yet died trying. Jack attempted to scream out all kinds of messages many of which were pleas, arguments, and even threats were mixed into the mess of words that, to no avail, simply refused to leave Jack's mouth.

One word. "Go". and the footsteps stop.
Only the rough breathing of the person carrying Jack had continued to trudge on. Soon a yip and a scream of pain. The sound of combat shrinking into the distance and for a moment all time had seem to stop, then it tore as a dying yell penetrated his eardrums before silence.
He could hear sobbing and the tears dripped onto my face. The person carrying Jack just kept on running. Stumbling with Jack in arms. Almost dropping him due to exhaustion. The person kept running though nothing appeared to be following them.
Jack cursed himself for many reasons. The death of a team member, as a defender of his team mates he failed to protect them, being unable to act in the present situation. Jack kept cursing himself. He thought a plethora of questions to himself "If they had left me to lie in the fields they could have lived. If they had left me to the wolf they would have lived. If I wasn't so useless then I could have saved him. and the If questions kept on coming.
Finally Jack felt himself slamming into the floor. The rough breathing of the person echoed throughout the entire area. This person's lungs were singing a symphony of screeching for air, a thundering of rapid heart movements and deep and penetrating gasps of air.
A thud. Nothing.
Jack was left in a sense of timelessness. A minute seemed like an eternity. The unknown left him in fear. Jack couldn't tell if he was in the hallways or a room but being dropped senselessly made the dilemma appear worst to Jack.
Jack lie on the floor motionless. In a time-frame in which no one could tell how much of it has pass, Jack manage to open his eyes into sits. What he could see did please him to say the least, but his fears had slightly lessened.

Bright light filtered through closed windows. The sun high in the sky bore the signs that noon has yet to arrive and the hallway was by no means dark. Brightly lit and shining brightly it made it all to clear the mangled bodies that had littered the hallway as if a storm had ran rampant in a tiny room.
The person who had carried Jack, Luke was it?, had fallen and was resting peacefully. Claw marks and holes appeared all over his body and even now they were bleeding profusely.
Shuffling feet was heard and Jack struggled to turn his head to see the scared face of a teenager. They were wearing the same uniform as the rest of the members on the team, yet instead of the number five on the left breast pocket he saw a number three.
"Help" Jack whispered and attempted to raise his hand and the student scampered away. Jack felt crushed that his only savior chose to run but Jack could do nothing to chase after the fellow.
Jack closed his eyes and waited for the sweet embrace of death to be bestowed upon him yet hands on his shoulders and legs jolted him awake.
The kid was back, but he had a few students with him. Unlike the kid's three, these students hosted the number two on their emblem.
"Joshua you sure these guys are still alive, it'd seem strange that the Night-Beast would leave these two alive yet slaughter everyone else." a person spoke.
"Katarina these people are of different classes, the slaughtered members are of class seven, their emblems are different as well." Joshua ,the scared-face boy, exclaimed pointing toward the numbers and emblems that were on the uniforms.
"Class seven is a night class right?, how come they are slaughtered here?" another person spoke out, their voice so high it cracked at the last part.
"Doesn't matter, just bring these two back to the classroom, we have some interrogation to do" Katarina said and Jack could only watch helplessly as he and Luke were, taken hostage?
