there is a total of 13,567,981,410 changes, but the most relevant ones are 1. hollows are called skeletons, 2. everythings not in compleat shit, 3. estus flasks are replaced with healing potions, 4. modern terms and slang are used, and 5. there are no undead other than the hollows.
