(perfect shapeshifting is when the shifter can imagine the stats and appearance of anything and turn into that without fail. with the added bonus of not having it's weaknesses but being able to claim it's skills and abilities for your own even when your not shifted into that creature.)

"that's fine... it got accepted and I read the definition from the mind. sure it might make you the strongest ever but I owe you"

Maybe I milked the situation a little. but it's not everyday a god owes you something.
