Max's POV

Early in the morning the four of them woke up and begun getting ready, each had their own room.

The one with the most luxurious room was Red while the one with the cheapest room was Lidie.

Even Max rented at least an average room, while Lidie took the cheapest, she didn't care about comfort and woke up with a terrible backache.

Suddenly a message was sent to Max from his father.

"Max did your mother go to visit you, if she is there please tell her to come and help me out, those idiots don't know when to give up"

Max had a shiver pass his spine, at the moment he felt fear. His memories of his mother were mixed, there were happy and painful memories of the past.

His mother was ruthless when it came to strength but when he needed her help, she was always there, even if the whole world was against him, she would disregard everything and come to his aid.

Max however knew his mother's standards and wasn't sure if she would get along with Lidie, after all Lidie was still somewhat cold towards him.

He could only curse inside.

'Uncle Dublin!'

But there was nothing that could be done, he wanted to first end the matter with Lidie and then show her to his parents.

Max walked rapidly after Lidie but before he could say anything a strange sound akin to a Zap was heard.

He was happy to find that Lidie was fine but he could see a rather large hole in the door next to her.

"Mother, what do you think you are doing!"

Max shouted rather loudly so that he could be heard by anyone who was around.

Lidie was shocked, of course it was evident that she didn't understand what was going on, the moment she steped outside A laser beam shot near her prior location targeting the place her head used to be.

If not for the copper coin she had seen on the floor she would have been 100% insta-killed.

Suddenly out of nowhere a figure appeared, she couldn't be sure who the woman was, or if she just teleported or if she was using some method to stay invisible.

"Mother, I love Lidie, why did you try to kill her?"

Max said to the woman who didn't look a lot older than himself.

"But she said she would kill you..."

The woman tried to justify her actions but the real reason was that she learned that they were still living in seperate rooms, so she thought that it wasn't late to get rid of her, after all they weren't as close as she thought.

The thing however that she couldn't have predicted was that not only did she fail to kill Lidie but she was even discovered by her own son.

"Who are you!"

Shouted Lidie somewhat shocked, the reason was that she could recognise Max's mother as a guardian and his father was also a guardian.

Lidie wanted to cry right now, how could she start a rebelion if everyone around her is a guardian of the empress.

"Oh, Lidie this is my mother, she's a little cold but she's a great person if you know her better"

Max said trying to calm the situation.

"I am Rain, you should be Galaxia or should I call you by your name tag?"

His mother said while meassuring Lidie from head to toe, she could only show disdain towards the person before her, after all she wasn't even near as perfect as she would have wanted her to be and her characteristics were rather plain.

Red who was travelling with them was a real beauty, while they were just average and knowing who Red's mother was Rain would have prefered if her son had gone for Red rather than Lidie, not that she would bless them as a couple but at least she knew that he would be safe.

"What's all the ruckus about!"

Shouted Red who had just come down with Galie, they were bothe talking when they heard Max shout something.

"Untie Rain?"

Shouted Red somewhat surprised, There were few among the Guardians and even Divas who didn't know Rain, also known as the right hand of the Empress.

She was the one who trained the Divas in the real world, her power and control was no smaller than the Empress herself but she was low profile and didn't really care being know by the public. Even Lidie had no Idea who Rain was.

"Little Red you have grown quite well but what did you just call me?"

Rain asked but her voice gave a vib of danger.

"Oh...Big sister, you should not tease me so much"

Rain said but they could all catch a sense of uneasiness and disatisfaction in her voice.

"Who is she?"

Asked Galie somewhat surprised, the cold and arrogant domineering glare from rain didn't even touch her dense head, she was like a stone unmovable by the great river.

"Max's mom"

Lidie said with disdain written all over her face, if Galie wasn't there maybe Lidie wouldn't have acted the way she did but with Galie there not even the empress could do something against them.

Galie on the other side felt sentimental after hearing the word mother, she just approached Max and said.

"Good for you"

and left in full distress back to her own room to cry. Lidie of course ignored everyone and went after the crying Galie.

Max was somewhat surprised, this was probably the first time he had seen someone who didn't give his mother any face. Most people would start shaking when facing her but both Galie and Lidie were fearless, this was probably one of the things he liked about Lidie, she wasn't afraid of anything.

The first time he had seen her she fell from the sky and was even hunted by a large mob of people.

Red on the other side cursed that she lost a great chance to leave. Well Galie was too unpredictable for her so she lost a great oportunity.

"Max, who was that last person who came?"

Rain asked somewhat nervous, the girl who had come at the end was too strong even for her and even worse she gave her a bad premonition when she appeared.

"I think she's Lidie's sister"

Max said, after all he never cared to ask who the others were, even Red he knew nothing about her, well other than she was too slutty for his tastes.

"Sister my ass, they are just look alikes"

Red said, she knew a little more about them that Max after all and she knew that Rain would find it out sooner or later anyway.

"Who is that girl?"

Rain asked somewhat puzzled, in truth there was no reason for her to fear her but Galie gave her a bad vibe through her body, as if danger came near her.

Red then begun telling Red her story of how she ended up meeting with the two of them, which in turn made Rain panic. In truth if she hadn't seen Chris's corpse, she would have thought that the two Darknyms were the same person but how could a dead person come back to life?

Max and Red were somewhat puzzled seeing Rain terrified for the first time in their life.

What did the name "Darknym" mean to them?

Rain was probably one of the few for whom Darknym meant something, the others were Leo of the Helllion guild and the last one was the empress herself.

Everyone else let the player called Darknym fade in the pages of gaming history, after all his rise was short and his disappearance from the gaming world too long, even Fayte might not remember the name Darknym, after all she had only known him for so long and although he might have had made some impression on her, he did die in the end, so why bother with the name, after all names are just that "Names".

You can call a dog Dragon but that doesn't mean that the dog will begin breathing flames and there were too many fake Darknyms over the years, all of course killed by the Helllion guild.

Red and Max stood silent as they saw how troubled Rain seemed. Red hadn't really put Darknym in her eyes after all he was probably weaker than her mother who was the Empress and no one could probably convince her on the oposite.

Rain in Red's eyes was probably the second strongest person on earth, but there was no way to know who was stronger Rain or the Empress. To tell the truth in the real world Rain would probably be stronger, but in the virtual world the Empress was supreme.

"Red, Max I want both of you as far away from those two as possible, they are troublesome and if that demon has returned from hell, Even the Empress can't quaranty your safety, I only hope he hasn't put you in his eyes yet"

Said Rain, her tone being one of complete despair and terror, as if the Devil had just descended upon the world.

Rain didn't even wait for them as she teleported away, there were plenty of things she wanted to make sure and one was that she didn't want to be inside the devil's toy when facing him.

W12 may be an improved version of the W6 that he had made but the mechanics were the same and who was stronger inside the game than its creator.

Max and Red of course chose the wisest decision, just disregard everything the wacky person said and return to their own lives.

Domina's POV

Just passing through the portal was the prelude to a strange event that sent a flare through the whole of Allastar, the fourteen chosens of the gods were the first ones to learn about it and npcs all over the world begun amassing armies and training their forces for the incoming demon invasion.

Of course most players knew nothing about it and the fourteen chosen(players) didn't mind much about it, after all it was a game event just for them alone.

In truth all fourteen were probably strong enough by now to fight any monster, the funny thing was that even those chosen that were in other worlds were given the message that there will be a demonic invasion in Allastar.

Domina despite his prediction didn't end exactly where he wanted, around him were ruins of some ancient cilivization while the sky lacked an atmosphere. From here he could see the planet of Allastar right across him.

Of course he could teleport to Allastar whenever he wanted to thought the Guardian options but what he wanted was a break, a large vacation from all stressful matters, he could imagine that somewhere on that large planet in the sky is Jak who right now is rather mad at him and will probably try to kill him.

"Master what are we to do with the demons of this world?"

A black Devil asked him suddenly.

The four bitches had disapeared of course and he was stuck on this planet with the black Devils, or more surprisingly with only one black devil.

"Where are the rest?"

He clearly remembered the dozens of devils that had passed through the portal before him.

"Oh, they are all right here"

The Black Devil said while taking out a rather disgusting dirty sock.

He opened it wide and Domina could hear voices from inside, of course he wasn't an idiot so he tried inspecting the sock and the devil with his guardian options, but what he found out was terrifying.

It turns out that the sock was too complex for him to understand, he couldn't tell what it did and for some reason needed a higher guardian level to touch, but the most shocking thing was that the Black Devil himself was now called "The Devil" and he was also outside his control.

'Well at least they had a contract before teleporting here'

Domina thought to calm himself, after all he had signed the contract with just an npc devil, it wasn't like he would lose his soul or something.

"Master don't be afraid, the contracts will of course be honored and I won't kill anyone without your consent and of course I am to do as you say, as for usable items of course they all belong to master"

The Devil said with a rather arogant smile.

His goat legs and goatee made him rather repugnant but Domina was too weak to do anything about it and he had no psychic powers because he was a demon and demons had no soul to speak of, well in truth it wasn't that they had no soul, it was more proper to say that they were a demonic soul themselves, they had no physical body, they were pure magical beings.

"Master, so what do you want me to do with the weakling demons of this world"

by world the devil probably meant this strange red planet, which was probably the red moon of Allastar, after all Allastar had seven moons and three suns and this was not the red sun for sure.

"Just bring the beuties to me the rest you can keep to yourself"

Domina said, he didn't care much about the inhabitants of the planet and he had no disputes with the devil so far.

The devil took out his sock and from within came an army of lesser demons, non of which he had seen before. It was evident that the devil wasn't trustworthy, but he didn't relly care.

Four strange demons were brought before him, they were definetely not the beauties he had asked for but they seemed strong. The first was a furry demon, the second a fishman demon, the third a stone elf and the fourth a flying elf or something.

They all had one aspect in common, they had three eyes two normal and one vertical on their foreheads.

"Master these four are the leaders of the four Skyrre tribes"

The devil said with a rather strange smile on his face. No one probably knows what a devil thinks about but his smiling mutt was really scary, after all any person that smiles without a reason is scary.

"Master Domina, we the four elders of the Skyrre race want to devote our lives to the plan Lord Doom left behind"

The Hairy demon said, or should I call him the fire skyrre elder. Skyrres were not a playable race, but there were ways to change your race into a Skyrre but you had to start as an Ork or other evil race, since skyrres are an evil race, due to the heavy infuence of demonic energies, the original elfe-like skyrres had mutated into the abominable demonic Skyrres they are now, the original Skyrres are thus called Ancient Skyrres, who have been extinct.

The tale goes long back, before the appearance of the players. when the Great gods were still fifteen, it was then that the demon Doom first broke free from the Demon realm, he and his subordinates fought with Skyrre, the god of Time and Space and miraculously won against him, the other gods were probably too afraid so they left the Red moon of Skyrre to the Demons.

'The god Skyrre named his moon and creatures with his own name, how arrogant can that be, he would have probably named everything in the world Skyrre if there weren't other gods, just maybe'

Thought Domina but somewhat understanding where their explainations were going.

Doom of course wasn't satisfied with the small red moon and so he created a teleportation portal to invade Allastar. To this you must understand that demons become bigger the more magic power they absorb and although the Skyrres gave them a nice boost in power, the more powerfull demons weren't satisfied because their share was too small for them.

Thus the first Demonic Invasion of Allastar begun, but it ended soon after with the emergence of the fifteen chosen of the gods, the fifteen powerfull mages with the help of all the habitants of Allastar, even the orks closed the portal from which the demons came and one of them even killed Doom himself.

He is now known as the guardian of Doom, the main reason is because left behind traces of his power, which all the demons crave for.

Of course the guardian failed once already as Isoul the fire Devil descended to Allastar challenging the most powerful mages of Allastar to show off his power and lost miserably.

The guardian however had survived and is still guarding the deactivated gate to Allastar even now.

"Master you must defeat the Guardian and open the way to Allastar"

The stone Skyrre elder said decisively.

The stone skyrres were akin to elves only that they had sharp fangs and their hands were somewhat strange, they had large claws instead of fingers, something akin to scissorshand only with sharp claws, the others also had claws but they seemed more fitting for them.

Domina was at a predicament after all right at the moment he was weak, well he could try to copy and paste the guardian's stats but seeing that he couldn't even open the Devil's stats, the guardian could also be one of those immortal bosses of this world.

This is probably where a player will seriously think about loging out and carefully thinking of what to do next but Domina was not a normal player, he didn't give a shit about what happens to his world, even if the Demon invasion succeeds he wouldn't care at all, after all he could just switch to another world.

"You Devil or whatever you call yourself, how many demons do we have, call them all we are taking the guardian down"

Domina commanded and the Devil took out another sock out of thin air, he opened it and another Legion of lesser Demons came out of it.

"Master, are these enough or do you need more?"

Asked the devil with a smile on his face, as always he was rather repugnant, but if Domina wanted to win he needed all the help he could get.

"Not enough"

Said Domina arrogantly as if he was the Master and all the others were his slaves.

The Devil seemed even more happy as he took out another sock and even more demons came out.

"Still not enough"

Domina said, he didn't care if the Devil had or didn't have more troops up his sleeves but he was somewhat curious, after all he had already empied two socks full of troops. To his surprise the Devil took out another sock.

"How many of these socks do you have in total?"

Asked Domina somewhat surprised, after all this was the third dirty smelly sock.

"Forty one my Master"

The devil said still smilling but his tone seemed somewhat puzzled and then he continued.

"Would master want all the legions under my control just for one meager Skyrre guard?"

Domina thought for a while and then said.

"Yes I would!"

The reason was because he wanted to make the devil a bit weaker. After all he was simply too dangerous.

"If master commands so, but the last one I cannot use yet, it's because I simply can't"

The Devil said with a smile.

Domina didn't care he just wanted to see the place flood with lesser Demons. In truth even the demons that he saw right now were alreadt good enough for him, it's just, you know when you want to feel that you control someone and not he controls you, that kind of action.

After all the socks were opened and the place was full of lesser Demons the Devil spoke once more.

"Master, you should grant your servants with the Doom knight power"

Domina had seen his skills before and indeed he had such an ability, he could convert lesser demons into Doom knights. Doom knight were like puppets that would do his will, they had strange heavy armors and looked like Red knights with horned helms, he knows that because he had tried the skill before, the only problem was that it ate some of his max Hp to do so and the doom knights were too stupid.

"Master, you don't have to do so immediatel for all of them, just sent ten Doom knights at a time and see how well the little guardian can stand his ground"

The Devil said, but at that moment the four Skyrre elders spoke up.

For some reason the Skyrres wanted to become mindless puppets, of course he couldn't have known that mutated beings like the Skyrres don't become puppets but gain a boost to their power.

Domina could only smile as he scanned around for any creature with more Hp than his own. He could of course just absorb all the lesser demons but that wouldn't feel right, after all they did say, they were his soldiers. What sort of General kills his soldiers before a battle.

"Em...Do you have any subordinate with lots of Hp"

Domina asked him, after all he could still "copy&paste" the Hp from someone else while at the same time use his skill a thousant times.

He could of course just use his guardian options to try edit the powers of those lesser demons but that would take too long, even doing so for one Npc would take him all day, he had already tried it on his little demon army and he found out that there were simply too many anticheating mechanisms in place, if he had his psychic powers he could probably have done it with ease.

The Devil laughed out loud but didn't sound arrogant.

"Master, why are you asking with such a petty tone, you are my Master just command and I will bring out the most powerful of my subordinates"

In just one second the Devil took out five candles and a small pouch of dust. Domina just stood there watching how the Devil drew a pentacle with the red dust and put the five strange candles on each side.

"Master, this might take two or three days"

The devil said and he begun chanting some strange tune, he didn't understand what language it was but it was probably just gobbledygook that some programmer came up with.

Domina could do nothing but wait, wait and wait even more, his Doom knight skill was rather low level right now and needed too much max Hp to use.
