"Why are you here!"

Galie said almost mad from anger.

"Is that how you talk to your father, this pains my heart to hear"

The masked stranger said rather theatricaly, they couldn't see what race he was nor if Darknym was his real name tag.

"Whatever, I will go with Jak, Verina can go with Zephir and you two go play with daddy"

Domina/Simon said laughing his mouth off, truth was he didn't care about the others but he wanted to spent some time with Kaj until they return to the VR world they call reality.

"Funny clown, at least you have a nice ass"

Darknym said letting a small laughing sound escape.

"shut your mouth!"

Jak said as he charged charged at him, but this time it was the reverse of what happened with Galie, Jak was on his knees his hands behind his back as if he was apprehended for some crime or something.

"Since you are a noob and don't know who I am, I'll let you go but remember I'll be always nearby"

After saying what he wanted the masked man let Jak go and he himself went towards Galie and Lidie.

"Galie today I just came to give you a little pocket change for the start since your friends are probably wealthier than you right now"

He said as he took out a few gold coins from his pocket throwing them towards her, although in midair they begun levitating and went right into her hand.

"I'm off now, if you need anything I've already sent you a friend request your friends can teach you how to use it"

He said as he walked away down the street.

"Dad!...erm thanks"

Galie said rather awkwardly and in a silent tone.

They could hear a laugher come from the direction the man had taken, giving an aerie filling as if he had heard her.

"Weirdo"

Domina said as she helped Jak up.

"So what will we do now?"

"First We will join my guild"

Said Lidie but a message appeared in front of Domina, it was private so others couldn't read it.

-This guild is only a trial so don't go talking to-

Simon/Domina only now understood that Lidie didn't trust them one bit, well it was to be expected since he just joined.

He sent a message to Zephir explaining some things about the guild so that he won't do anything stupid and also asked when will he make him a guardian?

The last was probably because of Kaj's power, Inside the game everyone could use a slightly stronger version of their psychic power, that was because in the real world psychic powers were rather weak, people used guns to fight and those that had strong psychic powers were all members of the empress corps.

Domina looked at her status but it was a normal level 1 noob, the psychic powers she had were three and they were rather strange.

Psychic powers use Ki to use but since it's easy to raise people don't really care, there is however the problem that when using psychic powers, first you can only use one power at any given time and rather than monk powers, psychic power don't freeze you when used.

Ki also determines how strong your powers are, in other words a kinetic shield that uses 100Ki to create will shatter when hit by 101Ki of power or 10100Damage, of course the shield may sound OP but there are many ways to do such damage especially if your oponent also uses psychic powers.

Domina was more attracted to the three psychic powers.

All three of the skils seemed rather overpowered but the first was rather hard to train, since he would have to die countless times. The secont only lasted for 1 minute and although you could say that it was rather powerfull to the weak it was useless non the less, not to tell that to train it he would have to suffer psychic attacks or something for the duration of that one minute. The last was just mind control defence which wasn't that usefull and the ways to train it were also difficult.

"Domina lets go, I'm sure that you can still play together with your friends even if you are in different guilds"

Jak said as she dragged Domina away, leaving the others behind talking between themselves.

"Lets go to the harbor, you wanted to become a sailor didn't you?"

Jak said somewhat unsure.

"Just Lead the way"

Domina said, she/he didn't care about professions anyway, he only wanted to have fun and sailoring the world sounded good.

"Well first lets go to the harbor's sailor training facility, it'll take a week before you can sail but together we can do anything, right"

He said, but Domina could only gulp as she said "Right"

Lidie's POV

Lidie was left with Galaxia, Verina and Zephir.

Zephir was too suspisious a figure and Verina was too friendly with him for Lidie's liking.

"Will you be joining the guild as well or do you already have a guild?"

Lidie asked Zephir since the three of them were in the noobie attire but he was fully equiped and was even a dragon knight.

"I've got a guild but if you like I can leave it to join yours"

He said, even without seeing his face they could tell that he was smilling.

"Alright lets all join the guild"

'I hope that there's no problem like with jak and Domina'

Lidie said and thought respectively.

They didn't go far until.

"Blazes, why has it got to be that guild"

Zephir said and immediately added.

"Sorry I have to go, Verie lets go"

He said leaving like the wind, as if he was never there, it was rather comical in a way but all that came to her mind was 'Shit, Verina too is gone'

"Galie lets go, I'm sure you will love this guild"

Lidie said as she guided her inside the strange building that looked like a western saloon on the outside.

The inside wasn't much diferent, tables barrels and a wooden floor, there were many people sitting on the tables drinking beer and there were even some playing cards.

Lidie took her to the barwoman, a roudy half ork who wore an eye pach and was dressed like a pirate.

"Aye Aye matey, did you by any chance come to join?"

The barwoman said, her face making a puppy face as if pleading them to join.

"Of course we are"

Said Galie not waiting for her to talk to the barwoman.

"Wait, Galie she's not a member of the guild"

Lidie said but it was rather late as Galie had already pressed the join button.

"Leave the guild at once and you why are you always infiltrating other guilds like that"

Lidie said rather angrily, she was at her wits end with all that had just happened.

"Don't be so rude"

Said the one behind the bar, but they could now see that the half ork had now turned into an elderly male captain who wore an eyepatch.

"Why don't you just join, I'm sure we can have plenty of andventures and being a member of Time to travel is not so bad"

"What! Time to travel?"

Lidie knew the guild, in truth many would have loved to join this prestigious guild but she was on a mission, if not for that she would have happily joined.

"Our Guild leader told me that two beautiful ladies would come and that they will become quite famous, don't be afraid, he also told me that he will have your team mates join us as well"

The man named Applebeard said taking out two beers for them.

"Rounds are on the house!"

He shouted and all the people roared in excitement, but that was until a shout came from upstairs.

"What did you say!"

It was a woman, the half ork woman from before came out from a door upstairs, her name wasn't visible but her anger was.

"Don't be mad, Time will pay for it of course"

The man said somewhat afraid of her.

She silently calmed down as she approached the bar and took a mug of beer.

"Wait, aren't you Galaxia"

She then pinched clapped her own face and said.

"I'm not drunk yet so why are there two of you?"

Lidie dragged her closer and whispered.

"Quickly invite us both to your guild, this guy tries to lure Galie to the 3T guild"

"What, I too want in, tell him to invite me too"

She said rather enthusiasticaly.

Lidie could do nothing but smile worriedly, the half ork was called Mary and those who knew her called her bloody Mary. Her guild owned the bar but they were plainly used by the revs as a filtering guild, there were other such guilds, the problem was that the guilds had lots of drop outs and very few were real members of the guild like Mary.

Lidie knew Mary from school so it was easier for her to join the specific guild but now her plans went astray, who would have thought that the 3T guild would also be interested in acquiring Galaxia.

Lidie after joining the 3T guild with Galie and Mary sent a message to the revs HQ and followed Applebeard to their guild's base.

"Are we there yet?"

Galie complained, their stamina was too low and every ten minutes or less they had to take a break.

Simon POV

Jak and Domina were walking the streets of the town, it wasn't that it was a large town, it was rather that it looked like a maze when you entered the smaller streets.

"Here we are"

Jak said as they arrived at a rather aerie place, somewhat farther he could see the town, he didn't really understand when they had left it or how but they were headed to a building that was outside the town which looked like a small fort right next to the cliff facing the sea.

"Everybody hide, Jak is back!"

A voice shouted from inside the small fortified settlement or something.

Jak took out his rapier and after a blurry of swinging it in the middle of the air a strange sigil was made which headed towards the gates and upon touching it...

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Multiple explosions occured, it was as if the gate was made of gunpowder, in the end only smitherins were left of the gate and a huge scorn mark that showed where the blasts had taken place.

"Mercy! We just fixed the gate yesterday"

A man shouted as he came out, he looked like a bandit or something.

"Don't be so tense today I came to have a friend of mine trained in your profession, isn't that great?"

Jak said smiling wickedly.

The man looked terrified but said nothing, he whistled three times and more people begun emerging from well hidden trapdoors in the ground and barrels. Not even one came out from the building doors, which showed how much they were afraid of Jak or how used they were to attacks.

"Domina lets go inside, you see Blacky here is a good friend of mine, he will provide you all the equipment needed to become a sailor and even help us train your profession"

Jak said as he looked at the bandit who lacked a name tag, he was either a stealth profession player or an Npc but seeing how he trembled for his life he was probably the second.

Domina was given a beginner axe, fishing pole and a knife.

"These are the basic things you will need to have at any given time, now follow me inside"

The man said as he led them inside through a trapdoor.

It was rather dark and the few torches that lit the unrefined cavern led them shortly to a large cave.

They could see three ships docked to a rather messy but large dock.

"Welcome to the Lost Docks"

The man said, but Domina could only laugh inside, it wasn't that Simon didn't want to be a pirate, it sounded rather interesting but the ships that were docked were rather small in size and were made more for versatility rather than attack power, not to say how shady and damaged they were.

"We really are two of a kind"

Jak said detecting a small smile on Domina's face.

"So what do I need to know in order to become a captain?"

Domina asked excited.

'the ships might be small but it doesn't mean that we have to use one of them like the others, we can always just steal a better one'

"First of all to become a captain you will need to know how to navigate the ship and read a sea chart and maybe read the stars"

Jak said smiling somewhat mockingly.

"Spill it, you know something I don't, don't you"

Domina said rather angrily.

"Truth is I already know those things and was a captain for some time but I was so bored that I made my Npc sailors walk the plank, they didn't die but the man you see was one of them"

Jak said laughing just by remembering that day.

The waves were high and they were about to return once more, they didn't find a single ship like always and suddenly she had come with a fine idea which he did every time he was bored. The crew to this day curses silently each time they see Jak Rapier.

"Lets begin with the basics"

Jak said as he took him on board of one of the ships.

Zephir POV

Zephir was lost in thought, he had some old history with the Owner of the bar, namely Mary. In other words if he saw the owner face to face his cover would be 100% blown, he had already scanned lidie and Galie but only one of them had a security clearance and that was the lowest of the low level 1 clearance. He himself has a level 28 clearance, he was among the medium ranks of the empress corps.

"Verina, are you sure that One of them is Galaxia?"

He asked somewhat anxiously.

"I'm not sure, Simon should know for sure but I forgot to add him as a friend"

In their haste, they ideed had forgotten to add each other as friends and Galie had refused Zephir's friend request for some reason. Well it was to be expected since she didn't trust him yet but the real problem was Lidie who seamed to be the mastermind behind the girl called Galaxia.

Zephir didn't know why but Galaxia's father was even more mysterious, he had tried to scan his status and clearance but what he found was that his clearance was suprior even to his own. He was either a super elite or a really dangerous person, with whom Zephir didn't want to have anything in common, he was also the reason why he didn't try anything against Lidie and Galie when they were alone.

Zephir and Verina were now going towards the mage guild, he took a few gold coins from his pockets and handed them to the one responsible for the teleportation circle.

"Where will you be going?"

The old mage asked with a happy smile.

"New Shellon Governor's Office"

He said and both he and Verina who had already stepped into the circle dissapeared in a quite dramatic special effect, with purple smoke and red sparks.

Zephir and Verina appeared in front of a beautiful fountain, around them was a beautiful garden and all around them was a large seashore Villa.

"Verina lets go, remember that you are not yet a full member of the corps so by any means don't leave my side"

Zephir said to her. Verina didn't understand why the governor's office was considered dangerous but she did what he told her to do, a pity he was wearing a full plate armor, otherwise they would have a little more skinship.

They entered through the main doors and without even answering the clerk's questions, Zephir led her towards a side door to a small waiting room.

There were four people there but their names were hidden although anyone at first sight could see that they were players, mostly due to their non assorty equipment.

"Guys, is Frost still in his room?"

Zephir asked somewhat uneasy.

They looked at him, then at one another and then at him again.

"He is, but he's in a bad mood, after that Galaxia knocked him out cold in the real world he's somewhat depressed if you don't know where she is don't even think about entering his room"

One of the men warned him.

Zephir smiled as he gave him a thumbs up and the four men's faces became rather happy. The four of them are Frost's subordinates, they have been grounded in the governor's office for a day now and they thought that it would be forever since Galaxia or rather the person who called herself Galaxia had suddenly dissapeared from the Virtual world, Zephir explained as he led Verina up the stair towards one of the guest rooms and knocked on the door.

"Who is it!"

A broad angry voice shouted from inside.

"Informations on Galaxia"

Zephir said, not daring to state his name first as it might complicate the matter.

Frost was one of the elites of the Guardians, they were called "the Centurions" because they were exactly one hundred in number and they were very strong not to say about them having an above level 50 security clearance above them were only the ten Divas and below both were the called "the Legion" or Legionnaires although to outsiders they were all called guardians, be they stong or weak.

Zephir although was rather high in the Legion but in the total rankings he was only a lowly Legionnaire. W12 for guardians was a place to advance in ranks, each world holds 5 security codes, if they can gain them they can reach level 61 and meet the empress herself.

Zephir himself had already conquered 3 of the worlds and gained some codes from the others reaching 28 levels but frost was beyond 50, meaning that he was well established in all twelve worlds.

What the others probably didn't know was that Kaj was also a guardian, although her clearance level didn't even reach 10 but she was quite notorious in the Legionnaires ranks because she had killed quite a lot of them, of course there was no way to clarify how they died but many rumors said that it had to do with them trying to hit on her.

Frost was a rather young man around his twenties, he stood in the middle of a rather luxurious room.

"So what Info do you have for me?"

The young man asked but his voice was that of someone older.

"Sir, Galaxia has just entered the Isleplains, I have already input a tracking code on her, if you want to we can charge at her right now"

Zephir said rather anxious.

The young man with short black hair and a strange barbarian style armor, with fur and leather smiled and gave him a thumbs up.

"I have taken the liberty on releaving you of the code, as a reward for your service, I can grant/tell you how to aquire two codes that you don't have, one now and one after the bussiness is concluded"

Frost said although with one eye he stared at Verina, upraising her like a wolf seeing a sheep.

"No need you can tell me both after the work is done"

Zephir said somewhat scared, it wasn't that he was afraid for himself but Verina wasn't even a member of the guardians yet although she had full potential to become one.

"Alright, but if you are lying and the girl isn't there I will make sure to punish you throughly"

Frost said somewhat dissapointed that he didn't have the chance to make some underhanded deal with the man in front of him.

Truth was Frost and Zephir had no relationship whatsoever other than both being guardians, Zephir had heard rumors of two centurions being knocked out but the other's base of operation was another world, not that he wouldn't inform him later but for now one Centurion was enough or so he though.

Inside the game Guardians and other players had higher psychic powers than in real life but there was a limit for players but for guardians it was different, each clearance level made them even stronger inside the Virtual world, although there were also exceptions but these exceptions were found early and either recruited or eliminated.

The ten Divas were such exclusions, they were individuals with a psychic powers off the charts.

They were called divas because they were all women but those who saw them would bow before them within a moment's notice.

"Lets go Verina, we have done what had to be done, now it is all in Mr Frost's hands"

Zephir said as he hugged her tighter and left. He did so to discourage Frost from making a move on her but to Verina although it was somewhat uncomfortable to be hugged by a cold metal arm, but inside she felt rather good.

Frost stood there like a fish out of water seeing them leave and only cursed inside for not being in his shoes.
