Lidie's POV

Lidie after escaping the floating Isle had to lay low for a while so she used her alias Galaxia to enter a high school. The security in schools was a little lax so the infiltration was rather easy.

'How dares he call me short?'

She thought as she threw a fit, she didn't care about being called average or even ugly but her size complex was a rather sensitive matter.

'Simon, I will remember that name'

She noted in her mind, as she was sure to repay him that Insult.

She was now looking around the school for a place where she could establish an escape portal in case of emergency when the bell rang.

Without even trying, not only did she get a little payback but even ruined his romantic scene.

'Well it was a bit of their own fault, didn't they hear the bell and lying in the middle of the hall was rather stupid'

She stopped as she saw something on the ceiling, there are air vents passing through out the school, she could use that.

She went to the toilet but before she could enter the vents she was apprehended by the teacher for skipping class. It was rather fortunate that she was allowed to stay after school.

It was a scene out of the movie after the last bell rung she activated a device called cloaking field and sneaked to the toilet, from there she went through the vents until she found a good enough place to set an escape portal.

The alarm took her by surprise, she didn't know if her cloaking field was the source of it although in truth is should not give a level 3 threat.

Threats are ranked by the level of interference an outside source has with the system, bringing an outside object is only ranked between 6-10 depending on the object, levels 1-3 mean that someone was highjacking the virtual space itself, something that was required strong psychic abilities or a good hacking device in the real world.

She heard a commotion downstairs and in order to not draw much attention she teleported back through her psychic ability called teleportation gate, there were two requisitions to the skill.

First the entrance would appear near her and secondly the exit can only appear in an area she had visited before. Of course that was only how it worked in the virtual space, in the real world it was rather weak and could only teleport somewhere close by, meaning that she could only teleport small items through the gate.

She was now back in the classroom once more, although the sensation of someone's head being between her legs wasn't planned, but the real problem was that there was a second she already inside the classroom.

"Who are you and why do you look like me?"

The copycat in front of her said to her surprise and irritation.

"What do you mean who am I, It's who are you that is a problem here"

She shouted at her irritated.

"Wait for a second"

The fake said and a window just like that popped up before her full of info on all the students.

"How funny, amazing"

The fake said and begun laughing as if she saw something cute.

'Is she crazy, well she doesn't seem to be with the system so she might be with another faction, probably the Funny stars, those psychos don't even care about human lives'

"Are you twins?"

The boy who was there asked, if she remembered right his name should be Simon.

=Never seen her before=

She said but the fake said it at exactly at the same time.

=Stop copying me=

She cried and the copy said the same once more at exactly the same time.

A second before the copycat cried "Die!" Galaxia/Lidie had already created a portal in front of her that led outside the school.

"So you show your real face guardian"

Galaxia/Lidie roared, even the Funny stars weren't as stupid as to use their powers so carelessly, of course she didn't know at the second that the whole school was highjacked by the fake/Galaxia.

"Tsk"

The fake just clicked her tongue and said.

"See you tomorrow, sister"

And begun giggling as if she had said something funny or done some mischief.

Of course it was strange and rather dangerous to let her flee, Galaxia/Lidie shouted to intimidate her into staying since she had already begun setting a small trap for her, if she was a guardian, then she would immediately die.

"Where do you think you are going!"

Galaxia/Lidie shouted as she charged at her but before even touching her she crushed on an invisible wall, it was the first time she experienced such a strong kinetic wall, of course it was just inside the Virtual space but it meant that the fake was either a great hacker or a powerful psychic herself.

"Well see you tomorrow Lidie"

To her surprise the fake already knew her real name and said it before leaving loudly, probably as a threat, but now she knew that she would be back.

'she should at least have stated her name'

Galaxia/Lidie thought somewhat regretfully, it was because she now wanted to recruit the person who had copied her avatar in the virtual space.

"And this is why plants need the power of the sun..."

The teacher's voice came and made her shiver in terror, if this was hacking then the fake was a first class hacker, but if it was psychic power then she was a monster.

Galaxia/Lidie now had two problems on her mind, first was how to recruit that person and the second 'What to do with Simon?' he had seen too much, in the next few days she would have to kill him unless...

"And that ends today's lessons"

Jazz said with a smile and escorted them to the school's gate.

After the AIs left she grabbed him from the shirt and hit him on the school's wall, while her other hand hit the wall next to him leaving a small crack on it, it was a small demonstration of what their group could do.

"You will tell no one of what you said today, otherwise you die for real, this is not a game, lives are at stake here and we can easily find you and make you a goner, are we clear!"

She said rather irritated, truth was she didn't want to kill him, their "Revolution" faction was there to save the people from this fake world and the tyranny of the Empress.

"You have three days to think, about it but I'll ask you now will you right now will you Join our cause and become a member of Revolution?"

She didn't know if he was an Idiot or no but he was somewhat absentmindedly nodding.

'Well if he already accepted to join then it's not a problem'

"I will be waiting for you in the HQ, there I will introduce you to my superiors and some of the bottom feeders, if you are Lucky you might even meet the leader, although Anderson is rarely at the HQ these days, don't forget the password is 'Freedom' "

She said but was somewhat puzzled as to why he was nodding, well he probably wanted to tell that he remembers it "oh" some things she had forgotten to say earlier popped to her mind once more.

"Congratulations on joining, take this device and when you are home use it and the door to our HQ will open"

She said satisfied and left to her own place.

It was rather dark and gloomy, but it perfectly revealed how she felt today, in truth she had just lost a good friend of hers on the Island raid but the gains could be said as enormous, at last they had a security clearance, it was the lowest of the low, level 1 clearance but it was a large breakthrough.

She was now crying in her bed as she remembered his voice, as he had once said to her.

'Don't cry Lidie, you'll see the day we are free will come and will have loads of children'

You might not understand it but due to people being unable to die only the rich and powerful can bear children or even enjoy the real world as the common people are locked inside the virtual world.

Lidie fell fast asleep only to be woken up by her alarm, only now did she remember about Simon.

'the poor boy must be lost inside the HQ'

She thought as she activated her own device and a strange glowing door appeared in the middle of the room though which she entered and saw the strange black box that was at least 3X3meters long and tall, it had no door and a graffiti was on it drawing "Password" with red letters.

She said Freedom and she appeared in a bar, she could see few faces she knew and others she didn't she looked around for Simon but couldn't find him.

"Doorkeeper, did a new guy named Simon come?"

She asked rather rather frustrated the barman behind the counter.

He was an Npc who had no face at all, but it didn't make him unable to talk, his duty was to filter through who can and who cannot enter the HQ.

"Hasn't come yet but the boss has come, he's rather interested in the package you retrieved, rumors have it that you even tried it at school and highjacked the whole virtual space with it"

Doorkeeper was blunt to a fault, he didn't keep secrets and gave information to everyone, truth was there was another similar Npc who was called the Broker, who was specialized in info if someone needed something more than just a rumor.

"I'll go see the leader, if a strange young Guy appears send him up as well"

She said as she entered the elevator.

From the buttons she pressed the strange red dot that was on the patterns of the elevator and the elevator opened once more but outside was no longer the bar, it was an expensive hotel suite.

"Sit down I'll be there in a few seconds"

A voice came from another room and female giggling came with it.

She sat on the couch and took a glass from the table, there was a fine liquor on the table which she enjoyed until the leader arrived.

The leader was an old plump man who by the Empresses' laws should have long been dead but he was alive, he was the mysterious leader of the Revolution and his codename was simply "the Leader".

"Galaxia, first I would like to ask you two things"

The elderly man asked while sitting in his favorite armchair.

"Were you really the one who highjacked the school today and if yes how did you do it with a level 1 clearance?"

He was no idiot anyone knew that you need at least a level 10 clearance to be able to do something like that so effortlessly, leaving not even a trace behind. Using a clearance always leaves traces so clearances can only be used once or at most twice safely before you are found out, but there was no such clue left at school, non at all.

"It wasn't me but some other person, I think that they are a hacker with great skills, by her actions she's probably a member of the funny stars"

Galaxia said rather nervous as the whole thing was rather strange and some things about it felt rather weird.

"Oh, if it's the funny stars we have all their info, here are all their members if you can recognize the person I might try and convince her to join us"

The leader said while taking out a dossier with the funny star's emblem out of his Inventory.

She looked through the first three pages where the three most infamous funny star members were, "Jack the ripper", "Mad doc" and "Dracula", the rest were probably as Infamous but they lacked the skills of being in the top ten like the first three.

With disappointment she looked through the whole dossier a second time, the mysterious lookalike or someone who used such a method was not inside the dossier.

"I take it she isn't with the Funny stars"

The leader said a little sad, truth was that he had some connections with which to recruit any of the funny stars at any second but it was pointless if the target wasn't in their group.

"Leader, the person said that she will see me tomorrow morning, I think she might appear again tomorrow"

"Well a person with a clearance of at least level 8 or even a potential genius hacker would be welcome but make sure she isn't a spy other wise such a person can become a terrible threat to us, just yesterday we caught the one who ratted you out to the Empress Corps"

Galaxia till now didn't know how they were found out but know she knew, it was another betrayal, there have been lots of them recently and the members are even strictly filtered, it's also the reason why rumors are spread.

If there is a mole and he tried to send Info outside, he's instantly disposed of. That's the only way for the Revs to survive.

You might think why the password if it's probably already leaked, truth is the password plays little part in entering, there are hundreds of things that happen at that one second that you say the password, if you are not a recognized member you will end in a different bar that just looks the same.

"Take this orb, it will give you an indication if she is a spy or not, you see high clearance people can't escape it's detection easily, if it shines green then it's safe, if it shines red then it's a spy"

The leader explained as he gave her a little colorless bead the size a bean.

Galaxia went downstairs somewhat amazed, very few people could know something like that since if you do find one of high clearance and he/she hasn't killed you before, there is nothing that prevents him/her from doing so anytime he/she feels like it.

"I will try my best"

She said as she went to the elevator.

"A pity that if it turns red it will self destruct, but it's for the rebellion"

The elder said rather sadly as he looked at the funny stars dossier's number ten "Lunar bunny", a hot chick with fluffy long blonde hair wearing a black bunny suit.(the sexy one)

Downstairs Galaxia waited for a long time till she was too tired of waiting and went back to her own room and after throwing a fit on her sandbag which hanged in the training room she went to sleep.

She woke up after a nightmare where she saw her partner and best friend die, she went for a cup of water and took a bath, the memories of the psychic explosion that had almost taken her life as she was escaping the floating Isle made her even more depressed, she knew full well what this explosion was, self destruction.

She looked at the small status window that showed her now level 1 clearance but it was impossible for her to even modify her own room with so low a clearance, it was trash.

All she could do with it was steal something from a virtual space or another person's inventory.

She laughed feeling pathetic as she knelled naked in her shower, water flowing washing off her tears , for this stupid clearance she had lost her best friend and could have even lost her life.

Of course level 1 clearance meant that they now could go upgrade into a level 2 clearance at any terminal of their choice but she wasn't the one who wanted the clearance it was Axel.

Axel was her best friend and maybe something more in her heart but now he was dead. She spend many good times together as they trained in the simplest of hacking methods like stat enhancement and psychic power creation.

The first one allowed them to change their body attributes, to those of some other person or npc, of course most would chose an npc since they can be really strong or super fast.

The second psychic ability creation allowed them to use their psychic ability in any virtual space, normally they are restricted to their rooms, although there are also those that are so strong that their power manifests by itself in the virtual world, an example were Simon and his childhood friend Verina.

The next day at school.

At first she didn't care at whom had entered the classroom and sitting far from the teacher made it hard to see the face of the new student.

"Today we have a new student, everyone be nice to Galaxia Darknym, she just arrived and will be joining class from now on"

The teacher said introducing to them another one who called herself Galaxia.

"Too plain"

"just average"

"Not Her again!"

Lidie shouted in distress, in truth she was not yet psychologically ready for this, not yet at least and not first thing in the morning.

"why the long face, Lidie?"

The new Galaxia said as she passed next to her and sat at the exactly next desk to hers.

Lidie didn't know what to do and in a panic looked at the small orb in her inventory, she of course had to take it out to test it but that had to wait till the first break.

"Why is everyone so tense?"

Galaxia whispered to her somewhat smiling, she hadn't experienced what school was and in truth she didn't even have to attend, she could just absorb memories from the professors and viola, she becomes as great as them.

"Tell me, tell me"

"what's revolving force?"

"I thought you are more interesting, how boring"

She said after Lidie ignored her.

"Please do pay attention to class"

The teacher said sounding somewhat concerned.

"Teacher, why do you look like a sexy woman?"

Asked Galaxia somewhat puzzled, the teaching npc was supposed to look in the best way to attract the children's attention and teach them.

Truth was, a sensitive sexy individual was both attractive to the male students for her charms and to the females as an idol to look up to.

"Don't say that, it feels really weird"

Said the teacher as she blushed in embarrassment.

"Boo!"

Galaxia booed to the students' surprise earning a strange glare from all the students.

"What? my father said that you can be however you like to be all you have to do is try, the teacher wants to be cute but in reality she's not cute at all"

Galaxia complained, to the students trying to justify her actions.

"Poor child, you probably miss your mother"

The teacher said in a sad tone.

"I don't...(sob)...(sob)"

Galaxia begun crying as at the moment she remembered her mother, the only person that was always with her other than her father and who died in an accident that some idiots caused.

"Don't cry my dear, your mother will always be watching over us from the heavens"

Her father's voice echoed in her head and she recollected herself, although she did miss her she still had her daddy.

"Galaxia don't be sad, you know you have us as your friends"

The teacher said and Galaxia could see many students nodding in reply.

"But you aren't real, you are all just dolls"

Galaxia said somewhat puzzled by so many npcs trying to support her psychologically it was rather good to feel but it also felt like they were mocking her. How can a machine understand human pain, how can a program read the heart of a living person, they were questions that were rather delicate and profound.

"What do you mean we aren't real, aren't we here with you?"

The teacher said with a soft smile devoid of any negative feeling. Is Galaxia was a normal person this simple smile would have been enough to gain their favor.

"Whatever, by the way when do we eat?"

Galaxia changed the subject since she saw that the talk wasn't going to her favor and she wasn't into philosophical dialogues.

The bell rung and the teacher looked somewhat sad, she hadn't finished teaching the lesson yet but the rules were the rules.

"So what do you do for fun after school?"

Asked Galaxia, somewhat excited, it could be she thought that it was the end of classes.

"Wait, first I want you to take this"

Lidie said taking out the bead and giving it to her, directly. If it was green she could invite her if it was red she could just hide as a normal student or something.

'Black, what is black supposed to be?'

Lidie was surprised to see the small orb becoming pitch black.

"Gross"

Galaxia said and threw it down, the bead instantly crushed into pieces as if it was glass.

"Why do you have something that gross and slimy"

Galaxia frowned, Lidie could also see a strange black liquid now dirtying the floor.

Galaxia was about to leave when Lidie took the courage to stop her, truth was she didn't learn anything from the orb but she didn't think a second such chance would come.

"Wait, please don't go!"

Lidie said panic written all over her face.

"What's the big deal, she's probably just hungry and went to take a bite"

A voice came for another student, who probably was an npc. Npcs spoke to make the mood better and to calm people down so there was no doubt that he was one.

Lidie ruched behind her, she didn't want to lose her even for a second.

"Did you see what happened in Allastar yesterday?"

"I saw it, so cool, how do you even join the Dragon knights order?"

In the cafeteria people were speaking about many things but the main theme of today's gossips was the event that took place in Allastar. "Tobo is God" or TIG was having a war with another large guild and they had won although both sides suffered considerable losses. TiG's members had long changed their names but amongst them the Guild master TOBO was more of an Idol rather than the ace of the guild.

Galaxia was staring at the large screen showing a review of the battle, Lidie could have sworn hearing "Cool" coming from her mouth.

"Would you like to play that game too?"

Lidie asked with a rather baiting voice. She didn't know why but the girl who called herself Galaxia seemed really alien right now.

"Is it fun?"

The somewhat lost Galaxia asked.

"Games are always fun if you play them with friends"

Lidie said smiling as friendly as she could.

"What is a friend?"

Galaxia asked, in her life she had heard the word before but she didn't really understand the meaning and she had already investigated Lidie earlier so she knew some things about her, at least what her profile said, in the data there were two names Lidie "Galaxia" Wrathwell but she thought that Lidie should be the name so she decided to go with Lidie, truth was that the virtual world restricted her powers by a lot, at least when the system is still up, normally she would have been able to read her mind but truth was she didn't really care, she knew that she wouldn't stay long anyway, her father never stayed too long in one planet.

"Friend is someone you can trust and enjoy his company"

A voice came from a table and yes it was another meddlesome npc.

"Like daddy?"

Galaxia asked, her questions sounded like a small child asking for explanations.

'Is she really that genius hacker from yesterday?'

Lidie asked herself, truth was as she acted now it wouldn't be surprise if she was an npc herself.

Simon's POV

Simon's day started rather delightfully as he woke up next to Verina, the alarm was too loud but both had to go to school after all.

Simon was in a hurry when Galaxia/Lidies pushed him into the wall and dislocated his jaw with a single punch.

"How dare you not appear yesterday, I did you forget it or are you so keen on losing your life"

She shouted.

Simon looked around him and saw only darkness and luminous green lines,

"Are we in the space between the walls?"

He asked somewhat surprised, he hadn't given much attention yesterday but something was off with this girl.

Can it be...his mind begun working faster and he thought of an explanation.

"Are you with the revs?"

He asked somewhat excited.

"Of course I am and you are also going to be one didn't you listen what I said yesterday?"

She said somewhat irritated but seeing his somewhat ashamed expression she could tell that he wasn't.

"Today use the device and come to the HQ, if you didn't hear the password is freedom and don't you dare being late"

She said, but in her hands he could see a small green bead.

"Can I bring another person with me, she really wants to join the revs"

He asked without thinking.

"Under the condition that you can vouch that she isn't an npc or an insider then sure"

There was a reason why the bead turned green at the time and it wasn't because Simon had a high level clearance, it was that his powers were just stronger than normal humans have otherwise the orb wouldn't have reacted at all, of course she could tell that he had such strong power from yesterday, since his whole body is full of psychic power.

Simon was somewhat excited as Galaxia escorted him to class, explaining some things about the revs, She called it a guild so that it wouldn't arouse suspicions.

He didn't care about the new transfer student, she was probably also from the revs since she was so close to Galaxia, funny thing is that she calls Galaxia as Lidie for some reason, maybe I should stick to that, it will be easier to discern them.

The two of them never came back after the first break.

'Did the Jazz let them leave for some unknown reason or are revs so good at hacking that they can even skip school'

You have to understand that school is a virtual space and without proper authorization no one can leave, of course if you hide the teacher will appear and take you back to school.

All these long lessons are always painfully boring. Is there even a reason to learn this stuff at school.

He now entered his home and inside he found Verina still sleeping in his bed, if he hadn't seen her personally leaving this morning, he would have thought she hadn't moved an inch from the room.

He took off his clothes and joined her in the ruined bed. He kissed her sleeping face and begun going down her neck. He felt a little uneasy doing it while she was sleeping but he was to frustrated and she looked so lovely as if inviting him to do it.

as he sucked on her nipple a low moan came from her mouth, her body probably felt the heat from his actions. He couldn't see but a smile was on her face at the moment as his hands went to take off her small underwear.

"When did you come back?"

She asked him smiling with a cute voice as if she didn't care about him doing what he did.

Well since there was no way to let her pregnant or damage her body anyhow people had become somewhat loose but even so there were no crimes, since the system was everywhere even in their own homes.

A small moan left her mouth as his fingers begun working inside of her.

"You still want to join the revs Vivi?"

"Don't call me by that name it gives...Ah"

A small scream left her mouth as his fingers went a little too deep.

"Well I have a way to get us in!"

He said as his fingers went even deeper rubbing on her insides making her wet.

"Ah...Are you telling me the truth?"

She asked after taking a few deep breaths.

He stood up and took out of his inventory a strange device and pressed the only button.

"This is the gate to the HQ"

He said and Verina's eyes were shining with excitement.

"Shall we go now?"

Simon asked but to his surprise Verina grabbed him from his thing and dragged him back to her side. she begun massaging his erected dick with her hands and licking it a little to make it more slippery before putting it in between her legs and jumping casually with each jump releasing a small panting noise and maybe a moan or two. He felt good and with his hands begun caressing her body reaching for her nipples that although small were now hard to the touch.

He drew her closer and kissed her body, as he now reached for her lips. She was somewhat shaken as well, he didn't know if it was happiness or a strange feeling of freedom that she felt but he liked it, he loved this happy face of hers, or more like excited and free of all worries face.

After an hour maybe, they both got ready to enter the Door that had appeared in the middle of the room.

To their surprise inside there was only a small 3x3 black box with password written on it.

"Do we need a password?"

She asked somewhat nervous.

"Well let me remember, it was I think...freedom?"

He said and appeared inside the bar, while after a few seconds Verina appeared besides him.

"Welcome to Revolution"

Said Lidie who was there with Galaxia who was trying out all the different drinks, and yes it was alcohol but they were in the virtual world so no one cared.

"Everyone these three are new members of our Resistance group, please everyone meet"

Lidie was somewhat lost as in her hurry she had announced them but didn't know their names.

"I'm Simon!"

He said to make a good impression, at least to the girls there.

"I'm Verina"

Said the girl next to him somewhat shy, hiding behind his back.

"And this is..."

Lidie didn't want to say Galaxia because that was her own Allias.

"You can call me Galaxia"

The girl who was still drinking said and everyone begun laughing. Now because now they had two Galaxias who were absolutely identical on the outside but nothing alike in character, one was a business woman and the other a child.

"Wait I told you before that you cannot call yourself Galaxia"

Lidie complained but Galaxia didn't seem to care at all.

"Why should you be called Galaxia when you are Lidie, it's totally stupid, but if you like I can ask daddy to change your name for you"

She said and smiled thinking of all the stupid names she could give her.

"You keep saying Daddy this and Daddy that, is he even a real person!"

Lidie said that rather Irritated, since her Alias was just stolen.

"Dad come down here my friend wants to meet you!"

Galaxia shouted somewhat irritated but mostly she wanted to boast about her father being handsome and really strong.

It didn't take even a second and a young man appeared next to Galaxia.

"Galaxia, did you search for someone who looks like you, a pity she's not as pretty as you or I might have fallen for her"

The young man said as he walked towards her.

Lidie didn't know why but everything around her was frozen, it was as if time had stopped around them and only the three of them could move.

"See, Daddy is the best"

Galaxia said as her drink was now never ending due to a system bug.

"Sit down Lidie"

The young man said somewhat displeased and when she did he continued.

"You see Lidie, Galie here likes you a lot, although parts of it is that you look like a perfect clone of hers, but I don't like your intentions"

He said and she could feel her muscles stiffen for a moment and her whole body paralyze.

"If you or your little group tries to use her, I will show you that there are far more painful things than death in the world"

She hadn't even a chance to fully grasp the situation she was in when she opened her eyes and she was still standing and Galaxia was still drinking.

Shocked Lidie looked around her.

'Was that hypnosis?'

"Didn't I say Daddy is quite powerful, although I highly doubt you can outsmart me anyway"

Said Galaxia smiling at her lost expression.

"So what do we do to sign in?"

Simon asked rather irritated since he had been completely ignored for this whole time, although he did see a strange person appear for a second like a ghost and disappear but he didn't care about it since it had nothing to do with him.

"First lets go establish you three in my group, next we will go get you a level one clearance"

Lidie said with enthusiasm, since all low rank members had to have at least a level 1 clearance to be able to go on missions.

"Boring, why don't we go play W12, I want to see how Allastar and the other worlds look like"

Everyone in the room paled at the mention of the game.
