"There's a strange side effect that was just found by the development team, the deceased Chief and ex-owner were the only ones who knew about the possibilities of such an effect but it's not something to be afraid of, it only awakens you to a new world, an age where you can move your pencil with your mind or communicate with telepathy"

That was what the new owner of the game company said to the media.

'They should have let the public relationships chick talk, at least she has her charms'

The opinion of the public and countries were divided, some saw it as something great while others thought of it as a disaster, governments all around the world bought the technology of how to make the game for a small fee but to fully understand how it works will probably take them a lot of time.

Twenty years after all was a lot of time and the world is now full of psychics,

Crimes are reduced due to it being impossible to commit a crime without being caught afterwards and penalties became more strict since there were people who could read ones mind, if given the right conditions.

My name is Simon, I am a student and the my psychic power is called "Indomitable Will" that's what the doctors called it but in reality it is called resistance to hypnotic and psychic waves. In other words I have no power at all.

Of course the laws of balance in the universe have given me something in return, I'm simply irresistible to any woman, at the moment I have three girls who are in love with me.

Simon was an average student in an average school, his parents were common people with psychic powers and the probably only big trait of his was his great self confidence. He could find a bright thing in his life even among the most bleak of situations.

To get into what is normal now and what is not, first I have to tell you about how much common life has changed.

People now don't even get out of their homes, their works are inside of the multipurpose VR capsules and like PCs they can download loads of applications and games. School is also a single app and his homeroom teacher is an "Npc" or rather AI that teaches them and helps them with any individual subject. It is funny to say but there are also student npcs among the real students that are there to help those that are too shy or anti-social, repairing any flaws in their personality and making them feel welcome in what can be called society.

The houses now were small rooms with just a capsule and food and nutrients were provided for those who were to leave their capsules for a limited amount of time, everything else was done inside the capsules.

The living next door girl was also inside the VR world, as inside that world there was endless happiness, of course descendants were something that was no longer needed and only rich people could afford to have real world relationship, as time outside the capsules had to be bought.

Yes, people now payed to get out of their capsules and since the capsules froze them in time their bodies didn't age at all.

There was a way to tell who were the AIs but it was hard and didn't really matter in any way but if someone did learn that his friend was an AI it meant only one thing. He earned the booing and criticism of others, since he probably had some psychological problem that needed to be fixed.

Truth was only elders knew that this was all fake and still remembered the real world, but their opinions were quickly silenced with sicknesses and other strange diseases that simply killed them. Anyone who didn't like the system was taken care of.

Among the people however there were also those that could escape the system or hide their presence, they were the terrorists known as "The Archive", "Anti-Empress faction", "Funny stars" and last "Revolution"

"Are you sure that this terminal will be good enough?"

A woman wearing a full face mask asked.

"Nope but one of the hundreds of terminals will do, we have already checked thirty, just put that thing in and we can be off a few second's earlier"

The masked man said.

"Did it work?"

She asked rather surprised.

"It seems so"

The man said not believing what he saw.

The announcement echoed throughout the facility, and they could hear the sound of metal screeching on metal and the sound of the alarms echoing throughout the whole facility.

They two people run for their lives following the predetermined path but something went wrong, a person appeared right in front of them.

"Why is he here!"

Said the woman, rather panicked at seeing the white uniformed soldier in front of them.

"You are under arrest If you don't surrender now I'm authorized to kill you"

The handsome blond guy said smiling as he saw no way for them to escape.

"(Lidie)...run!"

The name was said in whispers as the masked man used his kinetic force to blast a whole underneath her and charged at the soldier.

"Psycho-Crusher!"

Just joking, the soldier in a flash as if flying jumped atop the masked man and with his gun shot at both his legs to neutralize him, the pain would affect his psychic powers and losing his legs would halt any possibility for him to escape.

The soldier was about to go after the woman now but a strange gathering of psychic energies from behind him, exactly where the seemingly harmless man was made him turn to see what was happening. The reason for that was one thought that passed his mind.

'Was there someone Invisible with them?'

Invisibility is a hypnotic power that grants you invisible to other people's mind.

"For the Revolution!"

The masked man shouted as the strange psychic energies were dangerously condensing inside him.

'I must escape'

The blond man thought as the explosion of psychic powers was enough to fry not only the masked man's brain but also his own.

"I'm sorry Galaxia"

The man said before the psychic wave was send and his body turned into a mass of jelly, even the walls were somewhat distorted and melted away.

A figure of a white dressed soldier came from the corner, as he had luckily escaped the explosion by taking the corner with his acceleration power.

"So we have to find the girl named Galaxia, well at least they only got a low level clearance"

The man said and went away.

Somewhere in the bellow floors the masked woman took a parachute and jumped from the floating isle towards the ground.

Somewhere In space

"Are we there?"

A small brown head girl asked her daddy, it wasn't that she was a child it was that her height was somewhat short.

"Don't be impatient"

the young looking father reprimanded her, if someone saw them he could take them for siblings.

"But it's been a year that we are traveling and you have told me so many things about your homeland"

The girl complained, she was rather irritated since he had told her so many things about his home planet and clouded her mind with nonsense.

"See this is earth"

He said as they both looked out of the strange crystalline rhombus ,which by all mean could be called a UFO.

"Didn't you say it was beautiful?"

She said somewhat snorting since for her it was just another planet like others they had seen on their way.

"You are as insensitive as you mother, can't you imagine how it feels to be home after so many years"

The young man said with a voice as if reminiscing through old memories, letting a tear drop from his face rather theatrically as he smiled.

"Will we stay long?"

She asked looking unenthusiastic and making a bored expression.

"You scoundrel, let your father finish his travels through memory lane"

He said while fetching her head and rubbing it against his fist.

"Not the hair again!"

She complained while laughing.

"You know there is even a possibility you might meet your grandfather or uncles, let me check if they are alive"

He said remembering his family whom he hadn't visited in like ages.

"But isn't this planet too small?"

Truth was that in their voyage, they had traveled to far larger planets and explored far more developed worlds, but to her this was not her home planet, she was an alien and her father was somewhat special as well.

"Then how about a promise, if you get bored after a single month, we will instantly leave"

He said somewhat sad as he just found out that all his relatives had already died, although there were some nephews and nieces and even a grandchild alive but he himself had never seen them so he didn't care about them enough to visit them, not that they would believe him anyway since the world had already announced him dead years ago.

"Deal but no cheating, you are not allowed to turn the world upside down just to keep us here longer"

The game said rather angry, but he had done so once in the past and the aftereffects were rather bad, really bad.

"Galaxia, how can you think of your father as someone who cheats"

The young man said while putting her head.

"And what about untie Guba, lieutenant Lax and princess Alicia?"

She said somewhat irritated.

"Alicia doesn't count that was after your mother died"

He said somewhat uneasy and the argument went on for hours, until he sent his daughter down to earth.

"Yes earth is small but it has something that no other planet has not, the boundless depth of human creativity and imagination"

He said and smiled with a rather sinister face.

'Who said that I need to even act Merry has done everything for me already'

Simon's POV

"Today we have a new student, everyone be nice to Galaxia Wrathwell, she just arrived and will be joining class from now on"

Jazz said introducing to them a rather plain and short brown headed girl.

"Too plain"

"just average"

"Too short..."

Without even waiting for Simon to end, she threw the dusty sponge right in his face.

"Don't ever call me short again!"

The girl shouted somewhat surprising all the students.

'At least she has guts'

Simon thought at the moment, measuring her body.

'And the measurement are not bad as well ,her breasts are okay and her ass is somewhat well shaped, I could make her the fourth girl in my harem'

Simon thought and immediately stood up and apologized.

Simon was into games but most of his games were RPG games and some strategy games, he wasn't so into playing with other people, but this once he thought of how great it would be to show off how great he was.

"I don't know, If you enter I might not be able to play with you in the same team, at least until I reach your location"

Leo said somewhat concerned, he was a total noob after all and didn't know how far each town was from another.

"Don't be so down, I'm sure that fate will guide us to together"

He said while taking her hands and getting ready for his first kiss, when...

"Aaaaah!"

The pain of someone stepping on his hand was rather excruciating.

"Sorry I didn't see you"

Said Galaxia as she passed them by and swiftly disappeared into the distance.

said Leo as he gave him a kiss on the hand so that the pain passes faster, it's sort of a charm that mothers use, but to him it was like an invitation and...

He shouted as he felt a punch on the top of his head.

Jazz scolded them and accompanied them back to class, they were both a little absentminded and had completely ignored the bell.

When they reached the class, the teacher next to them went and became one with the one inside the classroom who was already teaching.

"You two are grounded to stay after school"

She said as she saw them entering.

They didn't even talk back as they went to their own chairs and a few minutes afterwards another teacher came inside with Galaxia who had also for some reason decided to skip a class, but she looked rather happy even though she was to stay after school as punishment like them.

The lessons were boring and mundane and Simon couldn't care less about biology since everything around them was programmed in unicode.

It was strange, the teacher never came for the supplementary after school lessons and Galaxia didn't even come. It was unusual and somewhat thrilling to tell the truth, school being boring never changed even in 1000 years it won't cease to bore the students to death with multiple unnecessary subjects that won't ever help a person in his real life.

"Simon I'm afraid"

Leo said seemingly frail and afraid and the lights begun twinkling. Scared of the unknown and it was understandable since anything out of the ordinary means trouble.

"Leo don't be afraid if anything happens I will be sure to protect you"

he said while taking her hand and getting closer for the kiss...Bam!

This time something heavy fell on his head and he was now on the floor, all he could see before everything went dark were red polka dots but the strange alluring smell made it somewhat strange.

Strawberries ascended in a strange blue sky.

"Sorry for using you as a pillow and please die for me"

A voice said and momentarily he dodged a small fireball that left a charring mark on the floor.

"Easy there girl, It wasn't my fault you fell on my face"

He complained but that didn't stop Galaxia from tossing another fireball towards him but the fireball stopped as the alarm sounded.

He heard her say and the alarm instantly stopped.

"Oh yes where were we...Die!"

She shouted but at the moment Leo charged to block the fireball and a strange wall of fire protected them from the explosion.

"Is having npc friends fun?"

Galaxia asked him and he saw Leo had frozen solid, her eyes were blank and he could feel her soft skin touching him as her body fell like a rag doll on his body...Bam!

Now he saw sea stars before the darkness once more and a different scent of alluring perfume.

He tried to talk and with a strange moan the stars left and he could now see two Galaxias.

"Who are you and why do you look like me?"

The first Galaxia asked rather puzzled as she had seen the second one fall through the ceiling just now. I'll call her Galaxia1

"What do you mean who am I, It's who are you that is a problem here"

The second one said rather irritated, her I will call Galaxia2.

"Wait for a second"

She said and a widow appeared before her full of info on all the students.

"How funny, amazing"

Galaxia1 said and begun laughing as if she saw something cute.

"Are you twins?"

Simon asked rather interested as to why they were identical, even their voice was the same.

=Never seen her before=

They said at the same time creating a strange sound effect.

=Stop copying me=

They both said irritated.

"Die!"

Galaxia1 said and a fireball was sent towards Galaxia2.

"So you show your real face guardian"

Galaxia2 said and a strange ring of light appeared before her absorbing the fireball.

The explosion from the fireball was heard from outside, so it must have been some teleportation ability.

"Tsk"

Galaxia1 just clicked her tongue and said.

"See you tomorrow, sister"

And begun giggling as if she had said something funny or done some mischief.

"Where do you think you are going!"

Galaxia2 shouted as she charged at her but before even touching her she crushed on an invisible wall.

"Well see you tomorrow Lidie"

Galaxia1 said as she left, leaving Galaxia2 dumbstruck on the floor.

"Simon did anything bad happen?"

Leo asked as she had now regained consciousness.

"Nothing much"

He replied.

"And this is why plants need the power of the sun..."

Jazz's voice came and giving an impression as if she had been talking for hours now.

Galaxia2 sat on one of the still usable chairs and the others did the same. She was lost in thought completely disregarding the lesson but he couldn't blame her, he himself was not much better.

"And that ends today's lessons"

Jazz said with a smile and escorted them to the school's gate.

As Simon was about to leave Galaxia2 grabbed him from the shirt and hit him on the school's wall, while her other hand hit the wall next to him leaving a small crack on it the shape of her fist.

"You will tell no one of what you said today, otherwise you die for real, this is not a game, lives are at stake here and we can easily find you and make you a goner, are we clear!"

The threat was rather crude but effective, who would have wanted to die when he had three beauties all to himself, three beauties he hadn't even tasted yet. All that he did was nod at all the things she said to him as if he agreed to everything.

"Congratulations on joining, take this device and when you are home use it and the door to our HQ will open"

Galaxia said, she had probably said too many things before, he didn't even understand what was happening, she talked too long for him to stay focused and he earnestly didn't care.

When he arrived home through the Virtual gates outside the school he heard the doorbell ring.

Without a care in the world he opened the door and saw Verina in her pajamas.

He didn't know what was happening but she hugged him with strength and begun crying. Her cries send psychic waves all around akin to a bomb exploding, any other psychic would have died and respawned but he was resistant to such things as psychic waves.

Verina had a peculiar psychic power, whenever she felt too strong an emotion she sent psychic waves all around her, it was rather weak at first but as she grew up it became stronger and stronger, the system to help her begun trying to make her unfeeling and cold but to her good luck there was a person who didn't care about her outbreaks, he was her best friend and neighbor Simon.

"Was it Fred or Igor this time?"

He asked rather sad.

"Both"

She said and showed him the mark on her breasts from a bite.

"Should I give them a beating, again?"

He asked her and a smile appeared at her somehow teary face, her mascara was ruined but she still looked gorgeous.

"Would you marry me?"

She asked him rather uneasy.

"We both know that you don't mean it"

He sighed as he said that truth was he himself had confessed to her three times but each time she refused him again and again saying that he was a precious friend to her.

They were now lying next to one another completely naked under a small soft blanket.

In reality he didn't care but he would always just go with the flow.

She said rather sad but she didn't care anymore, deep inside she knew that she didn't love him but she wanted to see if she would feel any emotions after sleeping with him. The answer was no, she felt as if he was nothing more than a friend.

"Wait, if you join them then I will too"

He said, he was a little reluctant to lose such a fine relationship and he really enjoyed his first time.

"Well when I find a way to join, I will send you an invitation"

She said giving him a kiss and went to sleep a little longer.
