The next day he was exhausted, he overslept and had only three hours before the reporters arrived.

He logged into the game and went for Allastar, He only had to wait for a call from the director, He went for a walk to collect some souls but in the middle of it message appeared.

He left Allastar thinking that it won't take long to take care of the matter in Destros.

Destros

In Destros there was a full out war between the Land raiders and the Clear waters, a much bigger guild with at least 1000 players.

Darknym appeared in the lab went out disregarding the buglings and went out of the lab's door. A bullet, hit his head as he came out but he disregarded it since his pain resistance was at master now. he walked as if nothing happened as the machineguns were trying to fill him with lead.

"Must be a robot or a cyborg, use the lightning staffs!"

At least ten lightnings struck him raising his constitution for a little, he faked that he was malfunctioning or something doing a stupid robot dance.

"He's mocking us, don't use lightnings, try a grenade"

"Wait doesn't it say Darknym over his head?"

"What of it, we are not in Allastar, here he is just another nobody like the Land raiders guild who are hiding inside their barricades, and we don't even know if it's the same person"

Darknym now begun sprinting towards them and as he was about to reach them, a call from the director came.

"The reporters are at the gate waiting for you"

"Alright I'll be right there"

He said and logged out.

The Land raiders and clear waters were a bit surprised when Darknym's Destros character Just collapsed without a reason after a short while.

Landlady looked at her clock seeing it was 3o'clock. She cursed the day and time she agreed to ally with him, the Clear waters on the other side hit him with all they got.

Allastar

He was back in Allastar, in the middle of a forest where a monster was hitting him, just scratching at his magic shield.

He teleported to the gates of the City where 40 reporters were awaiting him.

"So who of you are the ones joining and who are the ones for the video crew"

Only one person raised her hand, although he could see her unwillingness to join his guild.

"It can't be Nancy the celebrity of the channel wants to join my guild, is this a hoax"

"Shove it, its in my contract that I must gather Information from a guild and I'm the only one no guild wants, since I'm too low level for them to gain anything"

"Don't mind I'm not that high level myself"

All the shrunk their faces in disbelief.

He Invited Nancy into the guild and invited them into his party so that they could enter the city safely, he teleported them in the city and said.

"Here is the commoner's quarter, to say the truth I wasn't expecting so many people so I have only twenty passage rings for you, at the time, the director sure did a shitty job not informing me of your numbers, well since Nancy is part of my guild she doesn't need one but the rest will need to stay in a party with at least one person who has a ring"

He gave them some bronze rings called rings of passage, they allowed them passage inside the city and through the Inner gates but not the outer ones.

"You can explore the city for a bit as I have something to do in Destros, call me if something happens"

he teleported to the tower and left for Destros

Destros

He woke up next to a scorched land, still being filled with bullets and swords and axes hitting him from all sides.

He use astral grasp to get someone closer to him and drained him of his life force.

"He's a mutant!"

Someone shouted stupidly, as if they hadn't figured it out already.

The one he now was holding was almost drained of Hp and he quickly grabbed another one.

He saw someone using a strange burning spear against him, at the moment he didn't know that it was a ki attack.

"He's some sort of tank, our attacks don't even break through his defense"

In reality it was the opposite it was his Hp that was too high so that it made it look like he took no damage at all, they would need a laser gun to see a small change.

Their leader the player Water Joe, had a strange gun that looked like a fat shotgun, he shot once with it and a small blast of beams like a shotgun shot Darknym backward, they could see a small 1% decline in his Hp happening at the time. going from 49% to 48%, three minutes of shooting and stabbing were only worth so much.

"So you decided to become a tank in Destros, what a waste of time, you could..."

He was about to say something but was awe struck when he saw Darknym's speed, he was fast, he had been running here and there from his spawn point to the hangar many times making his speed somewhat faster than a normal players, he was probably among the fast ones inside the game, of course it wasn't superhuman it was just fast.

The Clear waters used a smoke bomb but he could see right through it he grasped with his astral hand clear Joe and begun draining him, after pushing his gun aside and hugging him in a bearhug of death by gene assimilation.

The others could not see it but Water Joe and three others were tuned into gene material for him to assimilate not even leaving a corpse behind.

Darknym got a message from allastar.

He logged out and went back to Allastar.

Allastar

In Allastar the reporters were surrounded by the townspeople who were pleading them to save them,

"At least buy the children, they will have a better life away from this accursed city"

"Buy me I'm only worth 2golds from your world"

"I'm worth one"

The reporters were lost in terror

'What has he done with this city, for the people to sell themselves just to escape it'

Nancy sent a message for help as the town people wouldn't let them go.

When he appeared she shouted at him.

"What have you done for those people to act like that?"

She shouted at him in rage.

"I just taught them how the world works, did they ask you to buy them or something?"

She nodded not understanding what he was saying.

"Its 100 bucks to free one of them out of the city, it's not a big deal"

He said laughing as if it was normal

"Are you crazy 100bucks just to free an Npc, you can buy your own Npc with that money and even customize their appearance"

Said a reporter dissatisfied with the price.

The town people dispersed instantly after hearing him say that with sad faces and some with angry glares. Another reporter hit the one who spoke lightly irritated.

"But its the truth, would you pay to free and Npc from a computer city?"

He complained and the other reporters just looked at him with a sad glare silently.

"You what's your name?"

Darknym asked

"Handy"

Said the rowdy man, who had probably selected a Drogan barbarian as a starting race.

"Handy would you like to join my guild?"

He said with a smile but the reporter refused thoroughly.

"I'm of the same opinion everything you see around you is just a program, the main reason is to have fun, will you be sad for eating the ghosts in pacman or stomping a goomba in super mario?"

"But they are Npcs not monsters"

said someone

"Can they attack you?"

Asked Darknym in reply.

"Yes, but only if you do something bad"

The reporter answered proudly

"And entering a monster's home and killing him is good but entering an Npc's is bad, you have a strange mindset"

The reporters were lost in though.Darknym let the discussion go and said.

"I'll let you explore the city, this is the commoners section so just follow the road to the classes section where the stores are"

"didn't you end your job in Destros yet?"

"Well there are some complications with a small guilds war nothing that can't be solved with a little time"

"Wait there's no major guild war in Destros today"

Said a reporter.

"I didn't say it was a major event its just a squabble between two minor guilds"

"Can't your guildmates take over, we have no one to guide us around"

Another reporter complained.

"You there!"

Darknym shouted to a guard

"Guide them through the city or die!"

He said and teleported before logging out of Allastar once more.

Destros

He woke up once more rained by bullets, his Hp was no at 44% and he was no longer approached by the enemy players, he could see them focusing their attention on the Land raiders guild who were almost out of the picture. Darknym now charged at the Clear waters, he didn't know why but the fire spear guy used his spirit spear, it was strange, but he charged at him first.

He felt a strange tingle that did almost nothing but just in case he looked at his status only to see no debuffs at all.

"He's resistant to psychic abilities"

He heard a woman shout to the spear guy who swiftly retreated towards the higher grounds.

Darknym didn't pursue, he just cleaned up those that were near the lab and in range of the Land raiders HQ.

The clear waters had retreated for the time being, leaving tons of spoils and only four Land raiders alive.

"You did a great job out there"

Landlady said to him

"Sure"

He said sarcastically

"At first we thought you had logged out but then you begun moving like crazy, killing at least 20 of their guys and then you begun acting like a slowpoke again and then..."

"Ah that, it's the indiscriminate slaughtering berserk that takes effect when I'm unconscious"

She was a bit disappointed with the word Indiscriminate, that meant that he would have killed even them if they had went to help him or even approached him carelessly.

"I'll go to the lab now and leave for Allastar, those reporters can't do anything without me"

He said with a smile as he turned around

"Sure"

She said as she looked at him rush towards the Lab. It was as if they had awakened some ancient monster from its tomb or something.

Allastar

As he entered Allastar and went to where the reporters were he heard them talking.

"Did you see the video of the Clear waters, they say they got owned by a monster, some say that it was Darknym"

A blur of sounds begun after which he couldn't make ends meet what they were saying as they were all talking at the same time.

"Aren't the Clear waters 1000members strong?"

And another flurry of pure noise pollution

"Wait they are saying they will be uploading their videos of the fight"

They were again saying stuff at the same time, until one of them spotted him.

"Looks its him"

He cried the whole group charged at him, Is it true that you just single handedly took out half the clear waters group.

"I don't know since I wasn't there all the time, I had to go between the two worlds to make sure that you guys don't get lost or killed by some rogue in my city, it would give me a bad name"

He said as he laughed somewhat embarrassed.

"But lets go to the main point, today will be the fight for Gloom, the Ork giant, I'll be fighting with Zeiseg so you won't need too much protection"

"So where will we be staying while Inside the city"

"Wait I will find Just the right place for you all to stay"

He used his clairvoyance and found a good looking Inn and teleported them there. It was closer to the last gate and away from the slums and the rich shopping area. He nodded them to follow him, The inside was quite nice and the Owner. The owner of the Inn was William and Despina who to tell the truth weren't too happy to see him.

"39 of your best rooms for 10months, I will be paying in front"

"but we are 40"

said one of the reporters

"Nancy is a member of my guild so she will be staying at the tower"

She looked at him a bit afraid since the last time she had entered the Tower was the time of the siege.

"Oh yes, do you have the mage profession Nancy?"

She nodded a yes without talking.

"Great less time teaching more time doing, I should give you a gift as your new guildmate and as a member of my guild I can't let you being a weakling"

After saying that he looked though his Inventory and took out three rings and handed them to her.

"We'll talk about it inside the tower"

He teleported them both to his palace.

"Servants we need a room for my newest guest!"

He shouted and a butler and a maid came forth.

"She will need a tour of the palace and a room to stay, just make sure the rooms are empty when you show her around, Venariel has been a bit naughty lately"

He said to the servants who were now taking her away.

"If you want anything guild chat me!"

he shouted to her as she was taken away by the servants.

Darknym went to the magical lab to create more rings not that it would take too long since the rings were simply to allow them passage. But he also created 39 other rings with a great magical shield, although he would have to recharge them after the shield is drained out, for Nancy he made an earring seeing that she wore some small pearl on her ear.

One hour had passed, they only had half an hour left before the fight with Zeiseg.

Nancy POV

The Director gave her a last chance, her numbers are falling because of her foolishness of making her character a gnome, the only reason that she didn't want to delete the character was because she was an Archon cook and although she could use the last wish to change her race with many gains but she had spent too much of her own real world money to develop her skills as a cook and she probably wouldn't reach it again if she did.

Although that was before her becoming an In-game correspondent so it was fine at the time being, but then her in-game character was shown. At first everyone thought it cute, a gnome with her face but later people begun losing Interest in her, that's the way Bob came into the picture, they were the knight and the small princess.

Although Bob had more fans than her since his character was as handsome as him himself. Truth was Darknym's video of her made her popularity flare once more, for a little. This was a chance to become a solo correspondent but she was given three Objectives.

First was to find how Darknym got his in-game fortune and magical powers.

Second Map the Tower(labyrinth) so that their Alliance could take over the city.

Third enter his guild and take anything she can and give it to the director.

They had gathered in front of the city and were waiting for Darknym to appear. He was a little late, or they were just early she didn't care less. He asked who would join his guild, it was a great opportunity to accomplish some of her objectives, she lifted her hand as she left her old guild at the same time. She said some stupid stuff about no guild wanting her, but in reality she was in one of the VIP guilds for celebrities in the Isleplains "The Famous" and she lost that to enter "The Worst" a guild with only two members, one of whom was she herself and the other the guild master.

She could cry just thinking about it but she held her fist clenched as she thought of he future benefits.

He gave them some rings and left for Destros saying that he had some business there. She looked at the guild's status seeing that it was only level 62 and had 61 unallocated buff points, and swallowed in despair.

He must have been around level 610 since she was level 10 and since she was always protected by guildmates from "the Famous" she hadn't cared for such things as battles and levels. The famous had only buffs that helped them at finding more stuff at stores and better stuff at stores, but it was a 10000levels guild with lots of players who worked

as mercenaries.

The thing was Nancy was a little too caught up in the game she used a fortune to buy gold coins in the different sites. She wasn't the only one, everyone in "the Famous" did so but the problem was in-game gold only became more and more expensive. That was one of the reasons everyone was interested in Darknym's secret, as he had bought a whole mountain, that would have cost him a fortune in real world money. So that means he had found the goose that lay him golden eggs.

In moments after he had left the townspeople begun gathering around them they looked terrified and afraid they said some nonsensical stuff but the message was clear it was a cry for help.

She send him a message to return and told him a piece of her mind but then it appears that everyone was thinking in the same way as him only not as extremely as he did it. It was true after all that it was only a game, but he somehow twisted his words to make his own morals look more plausible.

He called them a guard and left once more, he said something about a guild war in Destros,

'I only hope he isn't a scavenger, my guild the clear waters had said something about attacking some guild today'

She hoped deep inside somewhat afraid that he might be in one of those raider guilds.

They didn't even reach the next gate and one of the reporters got some news from his guild, a large guild on Destros was forced to retreat or something. She almost had a heart attack, when she heard from her guild that Bob retreated and her guild lost the fight against a small 120 members large new found guild but the most striking revelation was that they had found Darknym in Destros, just a few meters further from their HQ.

Most of the reporters asked her about further details, knowing that she was part of the losing guild, they even asked her if they had a video of the battle, she messaged Bob and he said he had the best shots although he was sorry for losing, Merry said she was unable to use her mental attack for some reason, but he said that the guild would uplink the full battle.

Darknym had returned someone said. They saw him and stormed him with questions he didn't seem too cooperative, must be outside his contract.It was true, the Director disregarded his Destros character because Destros was one of the least interesting places, as only the new order and mutants had something to do, the Industrials just enjoyed the game inside their underground bunkers, while the scavengers were fighting amongst themselves. The only exciting events of Destros was the strange mutant that only appeared once, an A.I. going crazy beginning to kill the residents of the bunker and making them into robots and the New order hunting for a mutant on the surface of Destros to delete his character, he could of course return as a descendant but they don't know if he did or not since they didn't know his name.

Darknym took them to the Inn they would be staying and said that she would be staying at the tower, She was a bit nervous since the tower was her goal from the start. He said something about magic and gave her three rings with extremely overpowered enchantments, she didn't know to give them to the director or not, she did have a good justification to keep them of course. If he wanted her to stay under cover he would have to concede her the rings or at least the Archmage's gift that gave Mp regeneration, a dream of any mage character. Her last profession was that of a mage but she had only taken it in order to use magical cooking utensils.

He teleported them to the tower but...

'where's the labyrinth?'

They were in some sky palace, she could see the clouds all around the palace, from the windows he send two servants to show her to her room and give her a tour, she would make the whole tour into a video for the director, he did say to map the tower and this was probably the top of the tower.

"Are you the newest one?"

Asked a rather rude and slutty girl younger than her.

"No, I'm..."

She was about to say a guest.

"you don't seem to be his type, so you're probably a guest, look not to get on Mr. Moneybag's bad side he gets angry if you get too greedy, mother was a fool to think she could steal his most treasured possession"

She was Velarial and she was just looking for someone to talk.

"You two can stop escorting her I will show her around myself, her room's probably the first room after the corridor"

"Are you also a guest?"

Nancy asked surprised.

"I'm his wife"

Nancy was left speechless at the answer, she didn't know he was married. Of course she had a slight suspicion that she could be an Npc but most Npcs acted only their role, she on the other side looked free and even badmouthed Darknym openly.

"Are you a player?"

Nancy asked

"Ah you also like kinky stuff, the others say that I'm a pervert because I like doing such things the other day Moneybags caught me on the action and just laughed, I know he also likes stuff like that"

"I wanted to ask if you were an Adventurer but I think you have answered that already"

"Wow you must be the first adventurer he brings to the palace, what a surprise I thought that he wasn't Interested in other adventurers"

"Let's say it's for mutual gains"

She said with a somewhat unconfident voice.

"Don't take me the wrong way but if he has allowed you here it's probably only for his own amusement, although I have to say he knows how to do business, yesterday he brought a dragon to the harem as his fourth wife, I think"

"to the front is the throne room, it's a stupid empty room with only a throne, to the right is the Harem tower where you can find me if you need me and to the left is the dining room, which I redecorate each week. those doors next to the throne room will take you to the garden, I don't dislike flowers but I hate bugs, up are the guestrooms and behind me is the exit, although I doubt you will want to leave after you see what this place has to offer"

Velarial said and dragged her towards the dining room.

"What? Why are there two more sofas than needed, servants!"

She called for the servants to take away the sofas and bring them something to munch.

Nancy saw a violet woman with green hair sitting on one of the sofas.

"That is Takako, the dragon I told you about, she's nice to talk to but is too conservative for my tastes"

Takako the violet dragon queen turned and looked at the two of them, seemingly she was annoyed by the noisy human.

"Hi Takako, this is Nancy she is an Adventurer like Moneybags although she's a little"

She pointed at her hands to her head pointing that she was a bit crazy.

"What do you mean I'm a little!"

Screamed Nancy in response.

"Get out of here if you are going to fight, you are ruining my midday nap"

Takako said giving them a threatening glare.

'scary'

Nancy though seeing Takako's eyes flaring and in the next instance both, first the gnome and then the beauty left the room running for their lives.

"That was fun, you should have seen your face when her eyes were struck on you, you run away as if you had fire on your hair"

Said Velarial laughing

"You say as if you know how someone with fire on her hair runs"

Nancy said with disdain

Velarial just looked at the ceiling whistling

"Did you really set someone's head on fire"

Nancy asked panicked.

"A few times"

Velarial said with a small smirk on her face trying not to laugh at Nancy's surprised face.

"Lets go to the garden next, I'm sure Yu will be there she's always there, she's my only friend here in the Palace and she's quite funny"

Velarial dragged her to the garden through one of the two gates, the garden was enormous, There were many fields for different sports and there was also a pond and a maze.

"Over here!"

Shouted Velarial taking her deeper into the garden. They climbed up a very big hill, on top of which was a girl standing on one leg in a karate gi, her head shaved and her breasts were seemingly too large for her gi to fully cover.

"Is she Yu?"

"Nah, she is she"

Answered Velarial

"Just kidding, she's Yu, my dear friend"

Velarial said and rushed to hug her but Yu with a fast almost instant movement to the back avoided her hug, Velarial then sidestepped and a game of cat and mouse begun until Velarial was too exhausted to continue.

"Do you also like it here?"

Asked Nancy

"No and No,I may hate that cruel and indifferent nature of his but I still owe him for taking revenge for my father, I won't help you map the tower"

"How?"

"I'll help you"

Said Velarial as she charged at Yu pinning her to the floor and tickling her, she could have sworn she saw her put her hand inside the gi for a moment but Yu was providing ample resistance to whatever Velarial was trying to do, until smoke begun rising from Yu's body.

Velarial quickly retracted her hand and rushed to Nancy, lifting her off the ground and running away from the hill. Nancy could see a small mushroom like flame coming from the top of the hill.

"So you want to map the Tower, that's a funny hobby, but it might be fun, you know we can Ask Theo to come as well, She's been looking for a way to escape since forever"

"Who is Theo?"

"The first Girl of the Harem, she was here before me but all she talks about if Fayte this and Fayte that"

"What's Fayte"

"An adventurer, whom Moneybags used to beat even before he became a mage and her disciple at blade dancing, from what I heard he's an Idiot that doesn't knows when to give up, he is going to challenge moneybags in 10months before the whole tower goes to hell"

"What!"

Shouted Nancy with a face full of surprise and a trace of fear.

"Oh, this is a secret, but the truth is that only the tower will leave to the demon realm, the city will stay here under Lightnym's control"

"Who is Lightnym?"

"Ah, you're no fun, lets go find Theo she's probably in the jacuzzi room"

"What!"

Shouted Nancy in surprise,

'how can the Npc know what a jacuzzi is?

how can even a jacuzzi exist?

is she a player in disguise?'

These and millions other questions came to her mind, as Velarial dragged her away, gromes are so small that she was only as as big as her waist, like a small child.

Velarial took her to the harem tower, it had at least 20 floors with all kinds of luxuries and even an elevator. It made her doubt how great "the Famous" guild really was since they did not allow low status members like herself into their more luxurious Installations.

"We are here"

Said Velarial as they entered a room with 16 smaller and one large jaccuzi. In the large one she could she a blonde head at one corner of it. She saw Velarial sneaking behind her and do something to the jaccuzi, and bubbles begun popping out of the water.

"Velarial!"

Theo shouted and just realized that Nancy was standing nearby.

"Velarail who is this, a new addition to his collection, I didn't have him for a pedophile"

Velarial now naked entered the tab sitting next to her and said.

"This is Nancy a guest, she's an Adventurer and her hobby is mapping, she wants to map the whole Tower"

Theo begun laughing out loud.

"Sorry for laughing at your dream but the whole tower, that's just funny, you do know that the Tower has 70floors above ground and another 70bellow, even thinking about it is funny, well if you are an adventurer you probably won't be staying in the tower long enough anyway"

"Wait, Theo it's not a dream, it's a hobby, she could always just ask for the plans if she wanted to know what's inside, I doubt anyone's so stupid as to try to map something already mapped by others "

Said Velarial giving a relieved cry of satisfaction as the bubbles caressed her body.

"By the way Nancy is there any special reason for you being here, because if you are thinking that you can rip him off, I would advice against it"

Said Theo sincerely concerned about her safety.

Nancy was a bit more interested in the four Npc's stories, since they all have some background with Darknym.

"Are you just going to stand there?"

Asked Velarial.

Nancy felt ashamed for a second but then again she felt stupid, they were Just Npcs. She took off her little clothes and entered the Jaccuzi.

"See it's much better in the warm water"

Said Velarial still eating her with her gaze.

"Well are your plans...Not there...Velarial...stop it"

Nancy wasn't sure to speak or not but seeing as she had no way of asking Darknym to give her the plans of the tower she would have to ask one of the four Npcs in the Tower for them.

"Well I can vouch for myself, as I hate Darknym's guts but if it's something that will threaten our well being don't even bother talking about it"

Theo seemed to also be interested in what Nancy had to say, but didn't trust Nancy yet, she was a gnome after all, a distant cousin of the Dwarves.

"Velarial, can you also vow not to say anything?"

Asked Nancy while looking around for any prying ears.

Velarial just nodded a few times and came closer with a pop up message.

Nancy recollected herself and begun putting her clothes on, since the wet condition wore off quite fast in the game. Velarial seeing her sudden change in behavior went back into the water.

"The offer stands, anytime you like, all you have to do is say the yes and all the doors can open for you"

Velarial said and closed her eyes relaxing in the now silent water.

Nancy left the Harem tower and found Darknym waiting for her near the exit of the palace.

"You sure took your time"

He said with a smile on his face trying to be friendly.

"Women need more time than men, do kindly remember that in the near future"

A bit mad since five minutes weren't a lot of time to begin with, and she did have to dress up properly.

He just laughed and teleported them away since they were 12seconds late. Darknym likes to be as punctual as possible, getting easily irritated when he's going to be late for something or by unexpected situations.

Darknym and Nancy appeared in front of the Inn, only 18 of the reporters were present making Nancy a bit Angry.

Reporters' POV

They waited for another few minutes for all 39 reporters to gather. Darknym gave each of them another ring and an earring that she didn't like to Nancy. They only had one ability and that was an elemental shield with an awe inspiring durability of 12/100million damage each. Nancy's earring was something even more unbelievable, it had 12millions out of 100trillions and even offered a minor resistance to elemental and physical attacks. It had taken him most of the time just to charge the rings up to 12millions since the shield could only be charged at a 60mp/sec rate. Of course he charged all the rings at the same time otherwise it would have taken him days to charge them.

With the rings on they could probably survive 12 attacks from any 500levels player, which is the unofficial level cap of the game.

"Wait just a few moments for me to find where The event will take place since I don't know where the ork is"

"Watalock's cliff"

Said a reporter.

"And that is?"

Asked Darknym a bit confused.

The Reporter showed him a map of the orkish mountains and pointed at a small Jagged part of the map.

Darknym teleported them all there, It was a sandy beach overlooked by a gigantic cliff in the distance. They could see the Ork warlord without his Armor sitting on top of the cliff and a small orkish village at the distance.

The reporters begun taking their places irritating the Giant ork since most of them were different races but his eyes were still locked on Darknym.

They could see a smile form on the ork's face as he took out of his gear and equipped it, Darknym took off his mask, his name was now hidden due to the spy profession, until he did the first attack it would remain so, Darknym knew that the mask would not withstand the punishment although it was also the first time the reporters could see his face, some of them even recognized him instantly, Nancy included.

"I came for the second Round and this time I'll be taking Gloom away with your approval"

The reporters were still little shocked shocked but there were 40 reporters all around, Nancy felt a bit awkward as she had to commentate on what was happening behind her.

Everything happened fast, Zeiseg jumped from the cliff crushing on Darknym's passive shield. Darknym disappeared in the thick smoke and teleported outside it, he did so only for the reporters. The battle was seemingly heading in Zeiseg's favour as he pushed Darknym towards the cliff. Darknym had only punched him on the leg one or two times, while another ten Zeiseg blasted him here and there all over the beach.

Zeiseg seemed happy for some reason, the reporters could not have known.It was the first time in all the years of Allastar's release that he had an opponent worthy of fighting since most times it ended in one or two hits.

Darknym suddenly took out of his inventory a crooked ceremonial knife, with the demon head on it's hilt.

Normally it would just cause a small haze feeling when it hit someone, as if he was closing his eyes for a second or seeing a hallucination but being a knife that was intended to inflict extreme pain as it entered the body, and with the bosses' extreme healing powers, being Immortal doesn't mean he doesn't lose Hp, He just can't lose the last of his Hp.

Darknym teleported above the ork and took a ring out of his inventory, which he wore on the ork's finger. The Reporters made different comments like is he making him a proposal or something and laughed at the stupid looking screen.

Darknym didn't hear them and didn't care He took back his knife and after some minutes teleported Gloom to his location.

She saw her father as if dead and could not believe her eyes, she charged at him with rage, her eyes shining an orange light and with two swords at hand. Each step she made on the beach sank her deeper and deeper into the sand as the gravity spell was already cast by Darknym beforehand, one reporter who came too close saw his shield being depleted as he himself begun sinking in the ground. There was a reason why Darknym didn't, after becoming an Ancestral dragon he had lost the flight ability and gained the Levitation ability, and he was holding onto Zeiseg so that he wasn't buried alive.

He waited till Gloom was buried to her neck to turn the gravity to normal. He also teleported three reporters above ground, since they had his rings that had a tracking spell put on them. All the Items he gave were made with that function but to use it he had to have "the one ring" equipped which he never unequipped to begin with.

He took off the ring from Zeiseg's finger and he sprung up to life once more.

"Father!"

Shouted Gloom with tears in her eyes seeing that he was alive.

The ork wasn't sure what had happened, he only remembered a small prick on his arm and the nightmares that followed, but somewhere inside, that this fight he had lost, before it had even started.

"You can take her but know that If I hear words of you mistreating her I will..."

He was about to say the rest but Darknym interrupted him with his own angry voice.

"Don't Bark when you cannot bite, ask your daughter on what she saw when she arrived and before I leave..."

Darknym came closer to Gloom's sticking head, everyone waited for something rude and disrespectful, but what happened was something extraordinary. Darknym released green lights from his hands that engulfed Gloom, slowly gloom became smaller and smaller, she was now around 2meters tall, for some reason her equipments shrank too, with her even her swords became normal for her size.

Three figures could be seen in front of the setting red sun on that sandy beach

"I will allow you one day to say your goodbyes with your father, tomorrow you will come to my palace"

Gloom looked at her own reduced size with curiosity, normally it was him who became large for her, what had changed, she thought.

Darknym for the rest of the night now was busy with grinding his magic professions with the three dwarves forgetting Nancy alone Inside the Palace.

And later that day power leveling with the buglings while at the same time meditating and draining them of their life force.

Nancy POV

After we arrived the other reporters weren't even there, It was frustrating, why did we even had to hurry in the first place since it was him who would trigger the fight anyway.

He gave them rings and me some stupid earring, It was a long crystal attacked to a ring, well 12million shield could become handy.

'Can you believe it, he didn't even know where Zeiseg was and wanted to duel him'

We arrived at a beach, We can see Zeiseg.

Tadadadam, Darknym, he took off his mask and reveals to all of us that he's Chris the sound engineer, well it was a bit unexpected to say the truth, but now the battle rages and all the reporters have to stay focused.

The battle looks a lot too one sided, he's getting his ass kicked, well at least it was better than TOBO's record of two blows, he now takes out his dagger and charges at the ork that stopped for a second.

The both clash, the shine in their eyes gives them a good special effect.

3,2,1 Bam and Darknym is blown milles away towards the sea.

A few seconds afterwards Zeiseg falls to the ground and begun screaming as if he was seeing a nightmare. Darknym appeared once more and he puts a ring on the pinky of the ork, I don't know why but I say that it's a Boss killing ring, It would make sense. In the end It proved to be real close to what happened next, god bless my fast wits and luck, because I'll be needing them today she thought.

Darknym took his dagger and summoned Gloom, Zeiseg's daughter, she charges at him with fury but each of her steps burrows her deeper in the ground, It's a gravity spell some of my colleagues say.

Nancy was about to leave when she saw that she hadn't money in her wallet, she just had to go to the neerest Atm to withdraw but she was a bit embarashed non the less as she went, when she returned she heard Bob and Merry arguing about something.

"If she's in his Guild can't we form some sort of Alliance with him through her?"

"Wouldn't that be dishonorable towards the good name of our guild"

"She's a burden anyway all she does in the game is cook food, she isn't even level 10 and is the leech of our group, that's how othres in our group call her at least she will be helpfull for once"

"But she's one of our group members, we can't just give her away like you said, we must first ask for her opinion"

Nancy didn't know to come closer or to run home in tears, she gathered her strength and formed a smile on her face as she came closer to the table.

"Ah, Nancy you're back, I and the other 8 members of our group in the clear waters have come up with a good plan, we are even willing to pay you a healthy sum if you are able to bring Darknym on our side"

Merry said in a clear and collected voice.

"Wait, Merry I just gained a call from Joe, we might not need to do anything, he has a 'friend' in the New order, you know the one who provided him with the evaporator cannon we lost today, he says that if he's a mutant the New Order are going to do the job for us"

"Shut it Bob, he's nothing like the last guy who was killed by a few laser beams,didn't you she how little damage the evaporator did to him, it was as if it just scratched him, not to talk about the crazy moves he showed when we thought he had disconnected"

She showed her on her smartphone a video of something, that looked like a ghost, blitzing through their members punching and kicking them, of course that was not enough to kill them but it was enough to scare the shit out of them as he dodged blades and bullets alike.

"Is that really him, inside the game?"

She asked surprised

"We are sure about it, at the start of the video someone got the name, although by your saying either he has some strange ability that only triggers when he's logged out of the game, that would explain why he wasn't using the draining ability earlier"

Said Merry who was also their strategist.

"Why's he naked?"

She asked seeing the underwear used in the age restriction that is applied on recorded videos.

"Maybe he can't equip Items, otherwise I'm sure he would have grabbed a gun from the floor long ago"

"How are you so sure it was him and not someone else, he did say something short of a boast about a guild war but on the video he's logged in all of the time, and I have heard no such skill that will allow the body to not disappear when you log out"

"Hear me Nancy, barbarians in Allastar have a special skill that when they are unconscious their body moves by itself and fights the enemy on its own, some players use it the same way this scum used it on our allies, when in a battle if you log out your body remains falling unconcious to the floor but if you are a barbarian, it will go into berserk until it kills the enemy or dies and then disappears, they are saying that TOBO also used that skill a lot in his videos, to prove it do you think a normal human can fight like that?"

She showed her a movie of TOBO's fight with a guild at first he was fighting them normally but once they were overpowering him he became crazed, teleporting, shooting fireballs and acting as if he was in a frenzy, disregarding area attacks and dodging all and any melee and missile attacks.

"You see the only thing that the berserker can't evade are area attacks, our three flamethrowers had an easy work to do since their attacks did most of the damage when he was logged out"

"Here is the moment he logged in again, he fell to the floor and our guys surrounded him in seconds trying to do some damage"

Nancy saw nothing of his former speed and frenzy when he stood up, although she found it strang how one of their members flew towards him at some point.

"If there's trully one level 5000 player in Destros, then it can only be him"

The statement shocked her two listeners and she continued onwards to her plan.

"So here is the plan, If he survives the new order, that he will cause they are too full of themselves, then I saw we Invite him to our guild and if he has a guild of his own or something, we give him Nancy and make an Alliance"

"Because he's a fan of yours probably, he even offered you 1billion to stay in his guild and be his virual hooker while you are a gnome there, think what he would do to get the real thing, In Destros your character is even more popular than our nine together, since it hasn't aged a day from when we started playing the game, although I wouldn't say the same for your Altgaia character"

Bob said

The servants left and in a Minute Darknym appeared inside the room.

"What was our agreement Moneybags?"

"Did she ask you for money?"

"No I just want to make her my slave and she says that it's some plan of yours or something"

"Cut out the act Chris I know that you are that sound engineer who accompanied us that day, you really fooled us then but you can't do it twice, I know that you know about me being a spy for the "the Famus" guild and their alliance and that you are a fan of mine so you ordered the Npc to offer me 1billion for being your slave, I accept but only under certain conditions"

"Wait, wait and No I don't approve human slavery and no I didn't order this naughty chick to offer you money for anything"

After casting a sleeping spell of Velarial he teleported himself and Nancy away somewhere in the garden, where a small table and chairs were.

"Servants!"

They sat and the servants brought them some expensive looking drinks and a dessert for her.

"First of all you are probably mistaken about some stuff, in the game there are all kinds of Npc, but there are normaly only two kinds, good and bad, but after a little interaction like you saw in the city they change, Velarial was born in a competitive environment with her sisters another two Npcs so when they were sent to the glass prisons she became arrogant and uncontrollable, not that I dislike that trait of hers, of course you must understand that this is only a game, it's like we two are in a dream, would you care if someone in a dream dies after you wake up?"

"Lets say that you didn't make her offer me money so that I would become her virtual bitch and not you and lets say you didn't have any control over her action then why are we still talking and you haven't kicked me out of your tower"

"second point even If you were a spy, what would you get from it, other than Velarial's offer, you could only take a little gold or some items of no importance and smugle it out, I don't even see the point of you being a spy, what do they even want?"

"Well, your moneymaking method, your labyrinth blueprints and probably more rings like the three you gave me"

"My money making methods are as bad for them as the rings you are wearing, you probably don't know but I can find every ring I have enchanced and even punish any thief or fool that might try to steal them, the labyrinth you speak of is probably the last floor of the series of traps I have now upgraded to kill any Intruder instead of trapping them, I don't see how the blueprints of the ten floors will help them but if you go up in status I can give them to you, you probably don't know but you are the lowest status of the guild's 30 status ladder, you can't even Invite others at the moment although I would be glad to Invite more people to my guild if you have some friends who are willing to enter but only if they are sure about it and as for kicking you out, If you want to leave the guild you are free to delete your character, I'm against ruining other people's fun, unless they had stoke first and you have done nothing yet as for Velarial's offer disregard her I would void the contract anyway, a human slave to an AI is just stupid, machines are created to make our lives better not to torture and humilliate us, although the first is not so bad sometimes"
