Chris woke up the other day checked the Net on Info about the Helllion guild and found out that their leader had left the continent. It was a stroke of luck or misfortune but he Helllion's leader "Leonardo of Hell" a bit strange as a tag name but it was his avatar's name. He was fully prepared now to begin negotiations with any guild member that would come to his room.

He logged in but what awaited him was something he couldn't have imagined. He appeared in something that looked like a courthouse, there were few people around mostly Helllion guild members. and he was sitting in the defendant's seat.

"You probably know why you are here but there are three reasons for it, you will face the accusations and after that the system will decide on your punishment"

"Don't I get a lawyer or something?"

He said with an irony in his voice

"You are probably new to the game to not know how the system works and skipped the tutorial to not know what the trial is"

The judge said giving an aura of authority and power.

"I am an Administrator, there are three charges against you, the charges will be considered by the other administrators at the jury's' seats and a penalty will be given if you are found guilty, the max penalty is deletion of your character and a yearly ban from Allastar, which no one had yet to suffer, most likely you might get fined with a small amount of silver coins"

The judge said calmly

Darknym waited anxious to see what his crimes were.

"First charge, you are charged by the Hellion guild for obstructing a guard patrol and also attacking other players at the same time?"

"Can I ask when did that happen and what kind of damage did I cause exactly?"

"Here it says you put them all to sleep and left them on the streets after stealing some of their Items"

"I'm sorry to disappoint you but I have no skill that allows me to steal from others"

"Well that's probably right, since you lack the thief class but please refrain from talking back until the charges are set in place"

The judge said in an Irritated tone

"Second, you brought a monster into an Inn owned by the Helllion, which killed three of their members"

"What do you mean by monster?"

His eyes became bloodshot as he heard them mention something about a monster, knowing that the only monster in his possession was the fairy princess he was unsure of what had happened in his absence.

"Silence!...Last offense is the possession of illegal drugs that are hard to find in the game and a bugged object, you do know that normally you should report finding those things to an Administrator but since you are new to the game we will be lenient to the last offence"

The judge said with a calm and collected look on his face while the jury seemed a bit divided.

"First Accuser the Mage Dublin"

The fake mage came forth and with a confident smirk on his face said.

"I saw him coming down from the roof of the training hall and looting the bodies of the sleeping players and guards, he probably used some spell to put them all to sleep"

The jury spoke among themselves, the problem was that it was dark that night and all the material they had on the scene were pitch black, they could only see someone coming down from the building and someone stealing from the sleeping people.

"Do you have anything to say about it defendant?"

"I have two things to add, first I have no thief class and second what was mister fake beard doing exactly, why didn't he wake them up?"

The jury was in an uproar, they did understand that he had just accused his accuser of the theft while also accusing him of doing nothing to wake his fellow guild members, though he didn't deny the fact that he was the one that put them to sleep.

Dublin was about to say something when the judge hit his hammer down.

"Silence in the chamber!...We will just check mister's Dublins items and transactions and find if he had anything to do with the disappearance of the Items but making the players lose one gaming hour will still cause you a fee of 10silver for each player, I hope you can pay the fee or your money will go negative and you will have to do public services for some Npc for a little while"

Dublin's face paled at that time, his plan was to put the blame on Darknym for the theft and although it wasn't him who did the theft, he knew the real culprit's name.

"Second and third Accuser Fayte the Inn co-owner come in"

Fayte came with a bit of...a bit of nervousness all over his face and body.

"I was In the Inn when I heard a noise from upstairs, it was a room I knew Darknym lived inside, I knocked to ask him to make silence and he wouldn't answer, when we entered inside we saw a killed vampire and a fairy free from it's cage, I closed the door and called the guild members after forming a party and dying in the process we won over the creature, it was then that we saw the dead Vampire holding the strange demonic liquid"

Darknym wanted to laugh at the bad story but he was more mad about the death of Aretea and the Princess.

"Do you have anything to say to your defense Darknym?"

"There are three holes in his lies, which can be filled by three Npcs, first is the co-owner Theo, second the pet shop owner the dandy man I don't know the name of and third is the Brothel clerk"

The three Npcs were teleported there within seconds, the Jury seemed excited because of the first plot twist, now it became more like a trial. Normally they could just check the video but Darknym's Royal suite had some strange enhancements that obstructed even them from seeing what was happening inside.

"Can I ask the questions Sir?"

Said Darknym with a pleading tone

"Be my guest"

said the judge with an excited look as well.

"I will begin with you Theo, could you begin your story from the moment I left the training hall"

She was a little shocked, she didn't know what the eviction had to do with the whole situation so she begun.

"I had just scolded the instructor and my co-owner Fayte for evicting Darknym from his room, saying that it would cost them 900 gold to compensate him for the royal suite, which he had booked for three months in advance"

"Wait, what do you mean evicting?"

The judge said, he had never heard of eviction at an Inn before unless the guest had done something terrible.

"Well they said that because he wasn't a member of the Helllion guild they could not let him stay at their Inn, It sounded more like revenge for being beaten in practice instead of a justification"

"Can you Tell me more about this eviction mister co-owner Fayte?"

The judge said before

"I admit that I did lose badly to him but that doesn't have anything to do with the eviction, it was meant to happen because of the guild's rules"

The Helllion members were in an uproar, they had heard nothing of the grudge he bore towards Darknym before it was now clear that the whole situation happened because of a stupid grudge for a practice match non the less.

"Silence from the Helllion guild please"

"May I continue?"

Theo asked her expression was calm as if saying you had that coming Fayte.

"Sorry, of course"

The judge apologized.

"I was given the day shift so I went to sleep in my room, right next to the defendant's room, from there I heard a battle raging, I was too late to see anything but I did see a large party of ten people, three of which were now dead searching throughout the defendant's room, they said they were looking for more monsters, showing me the dust of some unfortunate fairy they had killed"

"Wait, a minute there's something fishy in her story as well"

Darknym shouted.

"And what is that?"

The judge asked Irritated from his interruption of her story.

"How did you hear the battle from your room when my royal suit is completely soundproof?"

"Ah, that's simple the door was open at the moment because they had their healers camped outside the room"

"Did you say soundproof?"

Said the judge with a glare that pierced Fayte's guts.

The jury and the Helllion members were both in an uproar, they knew almost nothing about the royal suite and the forums said nothing about it being soundproof.

"Mr Fayte could you tell us again why did you enter the room exactly, and why did your battle take place?"

Asked the judge angrily since he had been played like an idiot because of the royal suite's powerful enchancements.

"I, we.."

He looked at Benjamin and Dublin who were at the stands, trying to think a way out of this.

"Mr judge may I question the second Npc now?"

Darknym said.

"I don't see a reason why but why not?"

The judge agreed to Darknym's wish.

"Could the pet shop owner come forth"

The dandy man came and sat at the witness' chair.

"Do you remember the fairy I bought?"

"By a matter of fact yes, it was a rather weak but temperamental fairy, why do you ask?"

"Could you tell us if she could brake out of her small birdcage?"

"Well probably not until she gained some levels at least"

"How many levels are we talking about?"

"At least a hundred should be enough to make her able to break through the small level monster cage"

"Last question how much did I pay for the fairy and the cage?"

"Well normally I wouldn't remember but a generous patron like yourself paying 200gold coins for a useless fairy was hard to forget"

The jury and the Helllion guild were left speechless, Fayte had turned pale after hearing the price of the weakling fairy they had slaughtered with ease.

"Last question, would she attack another Npc under any circumstances?"

Darknym asked still holding his calm.

"Well normally monster aggression is drawn only towards Adventurers unless you are in a protection mission or the Npc attacks first"

"Now I would like to know how exactly did Aretea the Vampire die?"

Darknym shouted at the Helllion guild.

The brothel clerk stood up in shock when he heard that the vampire in question was one of his former colleagues and how could he forget the such an interesting event as a bet.

The Helllion went pale while the Jury was shocked at the accusation, they didn't know whom to punish and how to punish the ones in question.

A whole guild was bullying a single player but the one player was now in front of them crushing the whole guild, If the matter was as simple as Fayte had put it to be they would have just punished the ones who entered the room and Darknym for possessing the drugs but the thing was becoming an administration problem and there still was one witness left.

"Your honor before going to the last witness I would like to know if any of my possessions went missing after their raid, I was supposed to receive in my room some costume made equipment and rings made by the blacksmith Bomid"

"Did you find anything like that inside the room?"

said the judge

"Yes but other than the loot from the fairy we took nothing"

"And that loot was?"

Darknym's eyes were stuck on Fayte's ring from the moment he had entered the room.

"Just this ring the fairy dropped which has a great luck enhancement on it"

He showed a ring silver ring with a fairy engraved on it, the fairy was well made after "Princess", and flowers were blooming all around her.

"Would you mind showing to the judge and court the ring's description?"

Darknym said boiling with rage.

Fayte looked at the ring and his eyes suddenly popped out as if he had seen something frightening

"I didn't know, it's true, the features just changed at this very moment, it had no such effect before"

"Show it you fucking murderer!"

Darknym shouted while his eyes started shining with a red bright light which was a trait of the berserker rage's ability, it shot light through the eyes gaining a light night vision but in the court with his red eyes it was as if he was Possessed by a demon.

The Jury didn't understand what was going about since they hadn't seen the ring's description yet.

"Just what's so special about as silver ring, show the decryption already"

The judge gave a command and a screen appeared with the Item in a large screen in front of him showing it to all the people there.

Fayte tried to explain but the jury was more shocked about the enhancement rather than the extra effect, a +80 luck meant a legendary object. Max luck could only reach an 100 so a good luck would become godlike with the Item equipped. His only misfortune was, it was a created Item so If Bomid recognized the ring it would also make him a thief.

"Last Witness please"

Darknym said.

The judge didn't even talk and just nodded for the clerk to come closer.

"What level was Aretea and would she die from a level 100 fairy princess?"

The clerk had tears in his eyes, tears of hate

"I don't know about the power of a fairy princess but she was a level 200 noble vampire, if not for the slave contract, slaying the whole town would not be a problem for her"

The Helllion guild was left with a deathly silence, a level 200 companion cost at least 1000dollars in the black market, that made sense how she had killed one of their guild members. The demon blood was taken as loot by the stupid players who had become chaotic and committed suicide to log out.

Their bodies stayed and were looted for what they had found, they carried 14 rings some boots and gloves, which they had taken from the room if not for the locks on the chests they would have stolen even more things from the room, but they could only be opened by the player in ownership of the room, not even the Inn owner could touch them. Since they didn't steal them directly but taken them from the corpses of chaotic players they thought they were safe.

"Last question, did Aretea have a tendency for attacking Adventurers without a reason, known fact that she can't be brain controlled or drugged due to being undead"

"Well there are ways to do that but I highly doubt there is a necromancer of such skill in our town"

The Court was silent and the Judge said.

"Would you mind numbering the items that were supposed to be delivered to your room"

"I think you should ask Bomid for that as I don't know if he had send anything extra"

Bomid was summoned to the Court and he gave them a strange tablet like computer, they looked through the Items, finding all the raid party's members, many of which had one or two of the Items inside their chests or sold them to other members of their guild.

They also found the portable alchemist lab in the possession of Dublin, while Benjamin wore one of the stolen rings, although without any abilities, they still were stylish and extremely expensive.

The judges didn't know what to do, they didn't like punishing players, the most they had ever put as a punishment was a week long ban but this was a completely out of proportions matter.

They first put all the pieces together,

First Darknym put some people to sleep and afterwards, someone stole their items, the normal fee would have been 10silver per person but seeing that all the victims are members of the Hellion it is really hard to say if it wasn't a planned action to extract money from him.

Next Fayte over a petty grudge evicted the defendant, but couldn't pay the gold for the refund, that is supposed to be a full refund and a 50% fee going from 900 gold to 1350gold coins.

Hearing that the Helllion guild who owed the player a large amount of gold which they couldn't pay, raided his Inn room, killed his slave which would cost a large amount of money to buy and an absurdly expensive caged monster, which costs at least 200 gold coins, and looted the place of any items they liked. Stealing a legendary ring that would be worth more than a fortune in real life money.

Although in the end they did find a bugged item, in the possession of his Npc slave it doesn't give them any excuse for their actions.

"We judge the Helllion guild guilty of bullying, unsporty behavior and falsely reporting a player of misconducts they did themselves, over a grudge and a dept of 1350gold coins"

"Wait wasn't that 900 coins?"

Benjamin shouted in protest.

"Normally eviction of an Inn room is only viable under two conditions, first is if the renter were to do something real bad and is banned from entering the city,town or village where he is refunded the normal amount, since the Inn is a co-owned establishment half of the refund would have been payed by the Npc"

Theo's eyes were crying as she already knew that would happen.

"The other condition where he could be evicted with a normal amount is if he did something bad to another player while hidden inside the safety of his room, none of which was reported"

"The selective eviction has to be refunded with an extra 50%, so it will be 675 gold for the guild and the owner each"

Said the judge making the Helllion players curse Benjamin for not searching it throughtly, they could have found 175 gold more easily than 400 gold it was less than half the money they had been informed about and although a bit much they could have escaped the fiasco of a court.

"Silence, the problem begins after that, normally the Inn cannot be owned by a player so only co-ownership is made possible due to the matter of room privacy, access to the keys is only given to the owners so that the culprit can be easily found if something goes missing but you had to go and kill his servant and pet-something"

There was silence in the hall and only Darknym's glowing red eyes could be seen as if coming out from a nightmare, filled with anger and hatred.

"The Helllion guild now owes the player a total of 675 for the refund, a 1000gold coins for the raid on his Inn room, 100000gold for killing an elite servant and a 200 gold fee for killing his caged monster, making that a total of 101,875 gold coins, dividing it amongst its 1000 members, making it into 101 gold and 87silvers and 50coppers each"

The Helllion guild was outraged for the decision, well none of their characters was deleted or banned but they now owed him 101875 gold instead of the mere 675 gold, which divided by 1000 members would make a mere 67silver and 50coppers each.

They begun blaming one another for agreeing to the plan last night, only these not even 100 players knew of the plan and because of their plan the guild would go bankrupt.

"You can negotiate with the player about the price but if any of the Helllion guild attacks him in any means for the next three in-game months his character will be deleted on the spot"

The Helllion guild would have begun negotiating Immediately but the judge hadn't ended yet.

"Normally We would have revived your Npc servant but since the servant had some bugged Items on her it is Impossible to retrieve her files, as for the monster you kept as a pet, we are sorry but monsters are random generated so if you like we can give you a different servant with the same stats, appearance and name and a pet fairy that will be a thousand times better than the wild monster you had before"

"I don't want them, let the dead be or are you trying to torture me, you probably saw the extra effect on the ring, that's exactly what I will feel when I look at them"

he put the ring on and took out the pan's flute to calm himself.

"What is that?"

The judge asked not recognizing it as an instrument.

"Music"

Darknym said as he activated the the Summer breeze of Autumn song to calm his own anger.

His eyes regained their dim color, looking like a strange shade of brown.

The whole Helllion guild and Theo fell asleep as the song played for a minute. The administrators were left speechless, for them and Darknym it was just a calming melody but for those who hadn't a mage profession or high enough willpower, In the end everyone but Darknym and the administrators fell asleep.

"And this is the only song that can calm me down when I'm about to burst from anger, I don't want to do anything bad so I play it to relax"

"Well although the sleep spell is a bit powerful , I hadn't heard of it being so effective when used in a song"

One from the jury said.

"It's not just the sleep spell, it has the calm spell, weakness and silence input in the spell's code"

"Wouldn't that drain any characters mp in just a few moments, well it's a magical Instrument so it would be naturally balanced for a bard and not a mage to activate"

"I told you we should stick with classes and not professions now look at your mess, a magical object that would normally would only be activated once and fails or succeed is used by a mage to cast it for a duration"

Someone said from the Jury.

"Oi noob, if you are not doing it on purpose only activate it once, it will play out the song without casting the spell over and over again"

Someone else said.

Darknym tried it but the music stopped right away.

"What the...shit, let me see the item's description"

The same person said

The description appeared and their mouths dropped open seeing another legendary rank Item in the hands of the noob. An Instrument with 3 song was something ultra rare.

"Would you mind if we modified the abilities of the Item a bit?"

"If you strengthen the last song a bit, I don't really care what you do to the other two"

Darknym said with a smirk on his face

They looked at a decoded version of the Item and the females of the group said with one voice.

"You demon, we should just delete it for him, to make it more fair"

But they were stopped by someone who looked like the leader.

"Where have I seen you before, I'm sure we have met before"

"Wait wasn't he the one making it out with the succubus in the pain sensitivity trials"

"Yes it's him, that maniac!"

"Would you like me to stream what you just said about me, to show the world how polite and good the administrators are?"

Darknym said in an angry voice, it was a good thing everyone else was sleeping.

Normally they would scream "drop dead" but since this could cost them their jobs, they apologized and fixed the first song and gave the flute back.

He activated the effect of the flute, first the first song, but only once and it played on.

He stopped it and activated the second song, the bodies of the sleeping players begun to rise and dance, it didn't affect all the players but he didn't have to keep it activated like before and it ended quite shortly after it started.

Last he activated the final song and after seeing the two Npcs having a hard on and Theo getting wet he stopped the music.

"Well it seems to work better than before, I should thank you for fixing it"

"Well sure"

said the judge holding hidden his hardened lower part just by hearing the elf moan a little in her sleep.

"So could you wake the players up, I wouldn't like to be accused of taking another hour from their playing time"

"Sure"

Said the judge as he moved his hand and all the players and Npcs woke up.

The Npcs had a strange dream while most of the players disappeared, having logged out instead of waiting.

Only three of the remaining twelve players he knew, they were Fayte,Benjamin and Dublin.

"I'm calm and collected so I'm awaiting any propositions on how to make ends meet"

"Well we could end it with real world money, it would be much better than losing the guild and all we worked so hard to gain"

Said someone from the guild but the Idea was shot down by someone in the chat room, no one wants to pay for someone else's mess.

They were arguing a lot at the chat room, even the guild master had entered the chat but what could he do, it was in part his own fault.

Since he was the one who came up with the Idea of framing him in order to have him banned for a week or so until he came back, the initial plan was killing him in his room but the assassins stumbled upon two problems. first it was the fairy who cast spells on them when they approached the table alerting the vampire who easily had killed the first three invaders. The next was a makeshift plan to take them hostages but the vampire was too strong and the fairy ended up being a monster and not a pet like they formerly thought. The last problem was Theo's arrival at the scene, when she arrived the fairy was still alive and out of panic they killed it to make it appear that there was a monster loose inside his room.

"Can I ask what will be Theo's future?"

Darknym asked the Judge while the guild was deep in their chatting war trying to find an agreeable scenario.

The greatest problem was that there was no expensive enough item for his level they could give him in exchange and seeing his costume made equipment and royal suite he probably was someone rich in real life, or so they thought.

"Well she will probably will become a servant in some other place, to pay her debt"

"Can I make her my new servant, I do know her longer than any of the pets you would have given me"

"Well since she would most likely end traveling as a bard for hire why not but know that she is only level 50, probably not even half at Aretea's strength"

Normally most common Npcs are around level 50-150 it wasn't hard to kill one when you leveled up but you would become chaotic and wanted at the same time, gathering bad karma which resulted in many bad stuff to happen.

"Well I do understand what you see in her but know that doing "that" would lower her loyalty"

"It's not a problem if I don't touch her until I reach level 50 right or if it's a form of punishment if she did something bad or not listen to orders"

Darknym said while Theo listened afraid and uncomfortable, as they were talking about making her into a slave.

"Well just remember to check her loyalty stat"

"Can I get more servant Npcs if they begin owning me money?"

"Normally it depends on the amount of gold they owe you, the well being of their business and how you will handle the negotiations with them, know that this one is an exclusive bending of the rules"

"How much is a town worth anyway?"

Darknym said making the chat room battle still for a second.

"First you should know that there are five city sizes, a village has 10-20Npcs and is worth 100gold, it produces 1gold as taxes unless you want a rebellion on your neck, a town has from 50-150Npcs and produces 10gold as taxes unrelated to how the businesses inside suffer or not and it costs around 1000gold, a City has 500-1000Npcs and produces 100gold as taxes, costing a 10000gold, a Metropolis has around 10000Npcs and costs 100000gold, Megapolis has the least 100000Npcs and costs a million gold to buy"

'Wait a minute, if a city costs 10000gold how exactly were they unable to pay me?'

He thought with a puzzled expression

The members of the Helllion guild also looked a bit surprised, it took ages to buy the town, one store at a time for a total of 1200 gold only missing the blacksmith and Library at the moment.

"To the people of the Helllion guild, since you will probably be unable to pay the fee, I have a proposition"

Darknym said.

"Well Since you want to throw away an opportunity and become bankrupt suit yourselves, I'm sure some other guild will take over the town before you even pay me back"

Truth was that the accusation trials are always aired to show people what is punishable and what is not and a whole guild getting punished was a disaster by itself.

"My proposition is simple, you will give me ownership of the dragoncliff village, provide services at all your facilities until the debt is paid and One building in the merchant area that will be turned into a bank in the near future where you can deposit what you owe me or take a loan to expand the town into something bigger"

The Idea wasn't so bad, paying with items and services the extra amount and only losing a village deep in the mountains.

Dragon cliff village was a village positioned on a mountain slop near the most dangerous area, The DragonMountains. It served no real purpose as Ork raids are usual there and the last few months it was almost burned down and destroyed. Although it would make a fine mining town if they had the capital to upgrade it, getting rid of the money draining village would on the contrary benefit them greatly, but that would only lessen their fee for 100gold coins, the building for another 20gold max, if he took some big expensive building that was, and since it was in their town a 10silver tax per real life day was the proper tax for Adventurers in a town, 10copper in a village and 1gold inside a city, making them no better than an Inn room, but they could be converted into shops or in Darknym's intentions a bank.

"Before you go on with the deal Darknym, you should know three things"

Said the judge that was listening to their discussion

"First for a player to own a village you must be a part of a guild, be it another's or your own, second to opena shop or a bank you must establish a trading company, lastly to create a guild or company you must at least be a gold status player in order to be able to fully utilize a village, city or even a shop, all together costing 200dollars, if you raise it to platinum or diamond status it's 500dollars and 1000dollars respectively"

'so much I can do with in-game money'

He felt the emptiness of his pockets once more since that was almost a 1.5 months' salary, He had to use his emergency funds if he wanted anything other than gold status, but the possibilities of a diamond status were so tempting, it gave so many micromanagement options that he could become a little god in his own city with it.

"Well can we speak somewhere privately about that while Helllion decides on their answer"

The only reason no one was in a hurry, if you want to know is the fact that time in the court room was slowed in a 10:1 ration making only those from Helllion understand the subtle slowing of the game was easy as well.

"Could I pay in three doses for the diamond status, and is it true that it will be effective in all three worlds instead of one?"

"Well about the first, I'm sorry but it is Impossible but for the second it's true"

"By the way is there a reward for reporting bugged Items, like the demon blood"

"As a matter of fact no but there are three kinds of such bugs that appear lately, the Illegal products that corrupt the data of an Npc, the forbidden spells that are only illegible if you are a champion and the unknown Items that are hacked weapons with large attack or defense numbers, so as long only these three exist if you find a merchant who sells one of those things do tell us and we might consider to raise your status as a gift for your services against hackers"

"I'll be sure to remember that"

He said with a smile on his face.

Hellfire came shortly afterwards with an agreement to his terms but he had to wait for the guild leader for the matter to be closed.In a week in real time the guild master's boat would reach the fishing village to the north and from there it was another five real world days of traveling.

"I won't be taking a penny until the contract is made but know that if you refuse the deal in the end I won't even wait for a day before bankrupting your guild"

Darknym said with a serious look on his face.

They were teleported, he appeared in his Inn room, seeing the evident chaos of a battle, and the corpses of the vampire and fairy in the room, the cage was opened, not even broken like they said and the chests had strange marks from weapons, they had tried to destroy them probably.

He put their corpses inside the chest, until he gained enough money for their funerals. Theo was also there waiting for his orders, but he said nothing.

The eviction order was halted until they could come to a deal so he had 17 days before being evicted from the royal suite.

He called the room service and in a few seconds the room was like new.He felt a strange glare and silently moved to the door, opening it forcefully to the inside.

A young human girl with long black hair fell into the room, she had been peeping inside for some time now.

"And who might you be?"
