It's not because he was being chased, it's just him experimenting his subject every day, all of the demons thought he was mysterious and didn't bother to pursue their curiosity afraid that he will vent his wrath at them.

Lich look beside him, took an old looking stone with engrave pattern on it, at first glance, the stone will not give off a unique aura and it will look like an ordinary stone.

But after a long research, he caught a glance of it and discover its power. Lich didn't want to leave the demon continent because of this stone, he just want to continue research all day.

A day later, the stone omitted strange light like an arrow pointing in the humad continent, the Lich eyes became greedy and goes out for the first time to debate at the council.

The council didn't make hard for Lich and make him the lord of that continent, so that time Lich was absorbed in researching, but the result was no avail.

Three years later, he experimented some humans and created a chimera, this was the knowledge he gains after studying the old stone for a long time this knowledge filled his bony chest with satisfaction.

"This stone is mysterious after hundred years of studying I only discover a part of it, If I completely understand its power I will become the Emperor of this world"

The Lich laugh again, it's so creepy, so let's back to our MC Gabriel.

The chimera felt wrong and sweated a bullet, the chimera sense a foreboding danger, his instinct told him to get away from this boy as far as he can.

But the order of his creator dominated him, the chimera let out a desperate howl and charge at Gabriel.

Gabriel was cursing non-stop and charge at the chimera while pointing his middle finger like a sword stabbing it.

Pola and the others turn away and pretended not to know him.
