- “Ichia, this!!”

Irs was aghast.

- “Do you perhaps think it is worse than death, Irs?”

- “…”

Irs had no answer.

- “Indeed, eternal slumber must look sweet to you. It even does to me. However, I have been a True Immortal for a long, very very long time now. And if you want to know what I think of it, of being used by Planetary Spirits… if you want to know what I think of Tiphoon… ”

- “Please, Master, please don’t say anything against the High One…”

- “It’s all shit. If you want to stop it, then die at once. But if you don’t… if you really love that damn ‘god’ of yours so much, then just hope he won’t throw you away at some god-forsaken planet to be a damn SEED for it!”

For some reason, I was yelling.

I only noticed so after Irs and Ichia covered their ears, the cave around us itself shaking and the earth giving moans of pain.

I held my bathed breath for a bit and composed myself.

- “Those are your brothers and sister. As much as their Seeds are them.”

I threw the seeds of the other three at Ichia’s direction, and then pointed at Irs before leaving.

- “And about you… do whatever you want, but don’t blame me for being how you are right now. Do not BLAME ME for what you have become, for what you might be someday…. And for losing your damn wife. Not ME!”

Lastly, a ray of essence left from my finger and penetrated deeply inside of Irs’s body.

Ichia cried, thinking I had killed her father, but I had no time to expend there, seeing the old man regenerating slowly and becoming, once again, a young man.

He is a fine specimen. A very good dog.

A shame his damn descendance didn’t inherit his brilliance.

I left the planets’ surface and returned to Hestia.

It’s time for me to slumber again, and wait.
