《Ruthless Reincarnator》Winning the War

Book 2

As time went by, I won the war.
Meaning I took the entire continent, wiped out most of the dumb Elves in it and spread my settlers all over the place.
Those, faster or slower depending on if they followed my army or stayed in some camp, kept progressing in their civilization training, but changed a little bit.
After Grundir’s example, only two other mages appeared. They dared not to act like her, so I gave them several gifts and presents.
This stimulated the other Elves to learn magic, and by the end of the fifth year of campaign the Top ranks of my army already consisted of Long-Spear-using-reasonable-language-understanding-elementary-magic-users.
The language was still awfully unrefined, but the top echelon could hold short conversations while using it.
More importantly, it had become a living thing!
One day I hear a new mumbling, and immediately knew, thanks to Tiphoon’s power, that it was a new word - as well as its meaning.
The first new word uttered by a member of my tribe. I gave such a big smile to the one saying it, he or she may not have understood why I was so happy by she using the word “poop”.
Anyhow, I gave her a name. Those are important for my followers.
That gave rise to a small misunderstood as some of the Elves started saying “poop” and pointing it to me whenever they saw it, but I just ignored them and eventually it seems someone understood that what I liked was to see them inventing new words.
Soon the Elves under my banner started naming all sorts of things and practices. I laughed soundly for the first time in a long while!
That night I single handily brought an adult brontosaurus back for dinner, slowly roasted it using three giant trees as a meat hack and the ten-thousand strong army ate to their heart’s content until there wasn’t even a single piece of bone marrow left.

The dinosaur’s skeleton and meat hack then become the foundation for my new endeavor.
Teaching those brute salvages some more refined arts.
Most specifically, agriculture and animal taming.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was a surprise for me how quickly the Elves learnt those two arts. It took only around half an year for them to learn how to plant and tame small animals, as well as rudiments about how to build simple cottages.
Language is a wonderful thing, wonderful indeed!
What should take years in middle of weird grunts, gesture and mumblings could be taught in a single five-minute conversation.
I silently tanked the heavens in my heart. Strangely, Tiphoon seemed to answer, as a ray of light pierced the heavy clouds above me to light the place I stood in for a few moments.
It should be obvious that the Lord, this planet’s spirit that is, would be watching over me.
Only when it receives the blessing of Eternally Rational souls will I be free to leave this hell, after all.
Am I not a fallen angel of some sort, paying for my sins in eternal damnation?
Non-sense.
I’m just a reincarnated human. Not an angel at all

Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!
