《The Never-Ending Search for Amusement》Challenge
Advertisement
I haven’t explained the challenge yet, have I? No? Ok. Basically, I’m going to create a bunch of sentient species on Earth and have the deities govern them. I’ll give them ten thousand years to do something cool, or I’ll kill them all. Fear is a great motivator!
It’s not going to be very easy, though. The various species will be made with different strengths and weaknesses, so only by uniting them can they reach their full potential. I’ll put keep them far apart so their different cultures can evolve and they become intolerant of strangers.
I decided Earth would have one giant continent, split into several chunks by giant rivers, chasms and mountain chains. I called it Unguis. Dunno why, it just seems right. Unguis looks a bit like a triangle pointing up, with a scattering of islands surrounding it. I gave it various biomes with their corresponding inhabitants.
Good? You understand? Ok. Now for the people! Let’s see, I’ll make:
Elves; long-lived humanoid; limited control over atoms (can use magic)
Dwarves; short humanoids; lots of upper body strength
Centaurs; humanoid torsos attached to equine bodies; lots of lower body strength
Lizardmen; humanoid lizards; can swim very well
Avians; humanoids with bird wings; can fly
Giants; giant humanoids; very strong
The other species except giants (they’re to OP) can also use ‘magic’, but not as well as the elves.
My idea is that I put a deity in charge of a species, and have them lead them indirectly. Meaning, they can’t just force everyone to get along; no, they’ll operate in dreams and prayers and blessings. This is going to be a very religious planet.
Now, I was going to tell you about the deities’ reactions, but it was pretty boring. Some disbelief, some anger (at my threat) and then some sighs. Not the kind of stuff you want to read.
Well, I’m going to head to my castle of relaxation for a bit, and then tell the deities to start.

Just a random Zodiac Book in the Internet
I really love the zodiac signs so I decided to write a book about them. Ps. This about what the zodiacs would do in certain situations. NOT THE PEOPLE WHO GOT CANCER OR VIRGO BUT IF THE SIGNS WERE HUMANS. So don't feel offended.

The Swarm
The Swarm – a world spanning empire – feared by everything and everyone. Endless glory and food to all! No sickness, no poverty, no depression and no allies. Truly, the perfection of life! However, nothing lasts forever; not even the Swarm... The cowardly major races teamed up in an unprecedented alliance to fight the Swarm, but even that was not enough. What brought true doom to the Swarm came from the inside: a high-ranking General’s betrayal! An action that was more shocking than all the other races putting their differences aside and joining together. The Swarm’s strength came from their unity and this shook them to the core. The various Kings and Queens led their armies separately as a result, nullifying their greatest advantage – numbers! Only when the war was all but lost, did the Swarm finally reunite again for one last stand. Afterwards, only one Queen survived, and she would do anything to restore the Swarm to its former glory – even asking one of those 'Gods' for help. To reform the Swarm, a new leader must arise. No, not just any leader – the Emperor must return!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Other stories by me: World of Conquest: http://www.royalroadl.com/fiction/1513Slime Hero Saga: http://www.royalroadl.com/fiction/1415Hunter, Adam Hunter. The 48 Laws of Power in Practice
Discover how power works in the world, through true stories and real-world applications. In the game of power, we all play - as either conscious or unconscious players. So we can't afford not to know the rules. The ** chapters have the most outrageous content. In each chapter, I will be summarizing one of the laws and how it can be applied to current events and pop culture. Some of you have told me the stories are what you enjoy the most. They are real, raw, and anonymous so that others may learn from my mistakes. There will be cringe-worthy stories of self-sabotage, but perhaps also some unlikely triumphs. Some of the details are changed to protect the innocent, (or perhaps guilty). "The 48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene illustrates truths about power, through philosophy and lessons from three thousand years of history, which still hold true today. There is a lot to learn from each chapter. I encourage you to go on this journey with me by reflecting on how each law might apply to you. Together, may we learn from the past and take control of the future.
