Iris POV ( one of the heroes that was in Adrianna's group)(3 months later than the last chapter)

* We have found the wereabouts of the ex-hero Adrianna . Our spies or what's left of them said that she went to the demons side and that she has been fighting in small skirmishes and has rutelessly killed many soldiers.* (King)

****** What?****** ( gathered heroes)

Aparently Adrianna has switched sides not that she really was on humans side in the first place. During many nights when we were travelling or staying in the castle I could hear her cursing and swearing that she'll kill the king and the pope in the most gruesome ways possible.

Honestly i hope she succeeds after what she did to us.. no what she did to herself especially and to the rest of the women. Even before we were gathered he was very corrupt and would mutilate his so called sex toys and still does even if they only ressist a week at most. For him women were nothing but a way of penting up stress by torturing them and the only thing that saved Adrianna (and the females of the group) from death trough mutilation was our status as a hero .

* To be expected of her she was the most brutal and one that hated this kingdom the most* (Adrianna's old group).

*In order to erase this shame from our history we need to destroy it , so 5 of you will go and lead an army in order to take out the fortress she is currently residing I think James group will be sufficient .*

In fact he doesn't give a shit about Adrianna been there he just wants to motivate his soldiers wich are currently gathered in the war camp to go to war... His real objective is the annihilation of the Dark Blood battalion lead by Sabrath.Aparently he is quite the bigshot around the demons and if the strategical position he is defending drops then the kingdom will have a huge advantage in the war.

*Do you have intelligence on the enemy forces?* It was James who asked that. He is now supposed to take his group and kill a former classmate because of some slave seals and orders of a trash King *You should atleast have an estimate from the skirmishes we had with them so far*

After hearing that The king''s face stiffened. * In fact we have a rough estimate of them being 20.000 strong but it's just an estimate as the forces that destroyed our men in the skirmishes were just 4 combatants?

*********Just 4?******** This time all of the high ranking soldiers and the heroes were stupefied. In those "small skirmishes" there were 1-2 thousand fighters in each fight and they now tell us 4 men just trashed them?

*With a sigh the king continued* Aparently they are all Master class warriors and atleast Great Sage rank at magic* and with another sigh he said* There seems to be 3 women 1 of them being Adrianna and a male.They are most likely directly under Sabrath and on par with the heroes most likely a special force for self-defense and scouting as they never travel with the main forces but they shouldn't be a problem against the heroes who are the same rank* Yeah all the heroes are currently the same rank as the ones mentioned before with some being only at advanced magic rank but Master at warrior ranking.

*Our main force of 250.000 soldiers will depart in 1 month in order to crush the enemy forces and make sure we will defeat the evil demons* Said the Prime minsters who is also the second in command after the king*May the gos be with us*

*May the gods be with us*(Human soldiers)

As i heard all of that I could only sigh 250.000 soldiers of top-notch warriors against 20.000 defenders this is going to be a slaughter and on top of that we'll be fighting someone on par or even stronger than heroes..
