Hello ladies gentlemans, and androgenous beings this is the last chapter of this volume. With this ocasion i'll also post pictures for a part of the characters.Unfortunatly i don't have any ilustrator for this series so the pictures have been selected from the internet so they aren't 100% accurate. I have edited them a bit to suit my needs but the credits for thinking,drawing and posting them goes to the official maker.(whoever that person is-If you know please tell me so that I can thank Chapter 6.5

Sabrath Pov~~~~~~

It's been several years since I've seen my kids, two beautiful twins that make me more proud of them with every passing second and my wife the only woman I ever loved, even if demons are allowed into polygamy (having more wives or even husbands, it gets tricky after a while).

I've been spending my time defending this god forsaken place from the human and faes instead of seeing my 2 kids grow. The humans keep trying to get into our lands for its riches in ores, wood and to enslave the population. But this is war and the weak must submit to the strong and many of the demon race would do the same if given free reign but the council of the arch demons said that an highly offensive stance would be doom to us and i agree with them. We have a tenth of the population of the faes and humans combined (demons have 12.5 mil while the fae-human alliance have 130 mil - quality vs quantity) and 1/5 their army (demons are more militaristic than humans mostly enrolling in military and administrative forces). If we were to expand heedlessly we couldn't defend the territory and we would fall and that's why the demon army only had some minor offensive attempts to take out small forts and 1 city in the past few years all ending in victory but with a huge price.

A few days ago we captured the so called rogue hero. She managed to get her freedom a few years ago but locating and the preparations for bringing her here took a lot to do. I’m heading to her tent to wait for her to awake and try to draw her to our side. A hero is worth a army and I heard that her hatred for humans is genuine and with it we might be able to add a good acquisition to our ranks i don't see what could go wrong.

Adriana Pov~~~~~~

My head is dizzy and my body feels heavy .Apparently I'm in a red tent and if I concentrate I can hear the sounds of soldiers outside.

*Just where am...* In that moment i see a someone entering. I couldn't see him properly as my vision and concentration was still affected by those freaking darts.

*Who are you?* I asked him while the effect of that poisonous dart were still there I don't even know if he could understand what i was saying but while i was thinking...

*Here drink this and you'll fill a lot better hero* He handed me a potion and I began drinking it. As soon as i drank it i could see him properly now .He has white hair, dark eyes, a pair of strange horns on his head and his face and body from what I see beneath his armor looks like it was sculpted by a god. A lot of muscles, that seem to have been created for his body alone to maximize his (what I assume to be a) herculean power.

*Thank you but who are you?*

*My name Is Sabrath and I'm the general of this army*

*Hmm a general. And why does a general bother to go through all this trouble just to meet me?*

*I want you to work with us to help protect our lands and if all goes well we will help you to find a way to get back home if that's what you wish for*

"It sounds too good to be true." I thought to myself.

*Sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?. There is always one.*

*You will have to kill humans and your colleagues that now serve as heroes*

This is hardly an inconvenient so I ask you again what is the catch?* Honestly killing the other heroes doesn't sound too bad to me even if I knew them they would kill me with no regret if they had to.

*Smart girl indeed no wonder you survived a few years on yourself in that hell. But there isn't anything else to this. You will help us and in exchange we will help you find a way to return to your own world.

*Hmm*

"It sounds to good to be true but let's go with it for the time being" I thought to myself .

*Ok I accept! *

Sabrath Pov ~~~~~~

This girl is quite unusual. She doesn't have any qualms about killing her own race. From what I've heard the people from their world have a deep hatred on taking lives especially the ones of those you knew but she doesn't seem affected by it in fact i think she seems eager to do it.

*Ok I accept* that’s what she said now let's see what she can do.

*We now need to test your power to see just how I can use you*

* Ok so what do you have in mind?* She said that without even caring She is either foolish, brave or just arrogant and i don't know why but i think it's all at the same time.

*First take a rest and fully recover then come and find and I'll test your ability. Mark my words if you fail you will die.*

*Seems fair enough and now if you'll excuse me I'll go and rest*

*I have other obligations now so I need to go*

*Wait a minute just what is my test by the way?*

My son and daughter will come to this camp in one or 2 weeks. You are to fight my son and give a good fight. If you manage to do it you can join us if you'll suffer a crushing defeat ... well dead people don't need to worry about anything else.

PS: this is the so called prologue volume(volume 0) in fact and the real story starts in the next volume. I hope you liked the past of the MC because the next volume will focus solely on Arius and other characters POV will be extremly rare
