I was now 2 years old. Apparently I look exactly like my twin sister dark hair white skin but unlike her who had both eyes red i had a red eye and a black eye which was very uncommon .I could already speak this new language (the demon language) and walk on 2 legs even if it required a lot of effort unlike my sister who could hardly say 1 or 2 words and was still walking on 4 legs. I found out that my new name is Arius and my twin sister name is Sabrina. My parent names were Sabrath (father) and Aria (mother). They were part of the demon nobility, a rank which they acquired not inherited, but through their own efforts and strength.

One day, after i turned 2 years old, i suddenly began to ask a lot of questions about magic and about our own race. I knew magic existed in this world because my mother used healing magic to heal a small scratch that i obtained when i first attempted to walk.

* Mother what was that weird power you used to heal me when i hurt myself a while back?*(Arius)- I asked her trying to sound as innocent as i could.

* Dear Arius, that power was called magic and we demons and many other races can freely use it in all sorts of ways but it's too early for you to worry about this now. You and your sister will be training to use magic from the age of five and you'll go to the school from the age of 12 * (Aria)

*Why should we start training from the age of 5 and not earlier?*(Arius)~ I asked her a bit curious about her statement.

*If you try to train in magic when you are too young you'll stress your mana core and you might not be able to use magic again ever or even die. Your mana core stabilizes usually when you are 7 years old but for both me and your father's race our mana cores stabilize at 5 years old* (Aria)

* Ok mother until then could you teach me how to read?* (Arius)

Even if I know how to speak the demon language because i'm only 2 years old, I still don't know how to read and because I need to know more about this world the only places i can find that knowledge are books and for that I need to read..

* Hmm i thought that it might be too early for you to learn how to read because i started reading at 6 years old but the younger you are the better.We'll start the lessons tomorrow* (Aria)

* But how about Sabrina?* (Arius)

*Hmm we'll wait first for her to be able to speak atleast and then we'll see. You are really abnormal. You develop even faster than me even if I am considered a prodigy .* (Aria)

*Hehehe*( Arius)

And so for a few months I started learning how to read and write and I can tell you it wasn't easy. This new language was hard to write and there existed many dialects and my mother as she doesn't like to thinks halfheartedly and wants to teach me all of them. In the meantime my sister has caught up a bit and now can walk and make simple sentences. She seems to want to learn how to read too...

* Mom what are you teaching Arius? ( Sabrina)

*I'm teaching him how to read and i'm surprised as he can already read and write in different dialects* (Aria)

*Wow brother is amazing I wanna do it too* (Sabrina)

After another year and a few months both of us brother and sister were 4 years old and both of us finished how to read and write. My mother which was always with us was praising both of us and started teaching us basic math, history and other sciences. Even if my sister was a faster learner than i was at drawing and magic theory i was on par with mother at math and other sciences like Alchemy and soon learned most of the history of this world. Our father was the lord of the region so he had to go and fight on the front all the time as we were a border region and were at war with the humans-elves-beastman alliance but we weren't scared as the fights were pretty far from us and father was keeping them at bay. By the age of 5 i had already started together with Sabrina our magic training.

In one of the days of training our mother decided to tell us about the magic proficiency ranks.

** Sabrina ,Arius do you know the 9 levels of the magic power?* (Aria)

* lv1 Elemental, lv 2 elemental-intermediate, lv 3 intermediate, lv 4 intermediate-advanced, lv 5 advanced, lv 6 sage, lv 7 great sage ,lv 8 ruler, lv 9 GOD* We both said at once.

* Yes but did you know that there is a proficiency level for using magic?* (Aria)

* No mom what are those levels?* (Arius) I asked her because i really wanted to know anything that could help me.

* The level of proficiency is the way you use magic and currently there are 3 ways: the most elemental is with the help of a magic chant and circle which most of us can manage the second 1 is only with the help of a chant and many get stuck here and the last 1 which is the hardest is with only thought or just the need of a single word to cast any magic you desire.* (Aria)

* Cool and what level are you mom* (Sabrina)

* I'm currently a Great sage and while i can't cast great sage magic without the help of chants i can cast lower tier magic chantless without any problem* ( Aria)

* So cool* ( Sabrina +Arius)

*And what level is father?* I really wanted to know because mom is so cool and i thought dad would be the same*

*Hmm your father is currently at sage level chantless which is also a great feat as most demons are stuck at Advanced magic some even reaching ruler *(Aria)

* Ruler class?? so cool* (Arius) Hmm both of my parents are cool but how long will it take for me to reach their level?..

My brother is extremely powerful he is already at Advanced chantless magic even if we started 6 months ago while I'm stuck at intermediary with chants.

* Don't worry Sabrina* mom said * Your brother is truly a monster of learning. At your age i was stuck at Elemental stage chantless and he is right now trying to get to sage rank. Both of you are prodigies but he is an irregularity even among our clan which is known for our fast ability of taming magic* (Aria)

*Wow is brother really that strong?* Sabrina*

*Yes he is and it's quite frightening that in a few years he'll surpass me even if I am 100 years old. By the way keep this a secret from your father he still thinks i'm 60*

*Yes mom but i'm starting to be a bit scared of brother* After that sentence she starts to pat my head.

~~~~~ Aria POV (MC is 6 years old)~~~~

Today is my kids birthday. 2 beautiful twins: a girl called Sabrina that is almost my mirror image when i was young except for the horns she inherited from her father from the Rao clan. She can already use chantless advanced magic and none would be mistaken if it were to call her a prodigy. She is smart, brave and an avid learned but despite all that she is nothing like her brother, a monster, he has the same black hair and white skin like me but has a black eye like his father and the other one is red like my eye but that's not the reason he is a monster ( not a real one off course). He at the tender age of 6 it's already on par with his father when it comes to magic a Sage rank capable of using magic with only chants and despite calling my daughter an avid learner she is a small child compared to him. He has already finished the entire library we have at home and started going to the city library to satisfy his thirst for knowledge which is higher than the thirst of blood of a starved lower tier vampire. His name is Arius a being that can be called a genius by some and a monster by others. Even so i love both of them equally.

My husband Sabrath (of the Rao clan) it's still on the front lines fighting the greedy humans that despise us based on our looks and call us barbaric monsters that taint the image of the earth. Nonsense if you ask me they are the real barbarians’ who is attacking everything out of greed and using religion as an excuse. A few months ago i've sent him a letter regarding the progress of the 2 kids, and today on their birthday I received the response wich i decided to read it in front of the kids.

* ~Dear Aria

I'm glad to hear that the kids are fine and growing healthy and strong. Even if i'm having troubles to believe Arius and Sabrina's impossible growth I'm forced to believe it as I know you wouldn't lie to me regarding our kids. Anyway the war is not going very well. The humans constantly attack us and i've heard that they summoned some heroes from another world to try and fight us. The spies say that even if they are very young and with no battle experience they are strong and in a few years they'll be on the battlefront. Humans call them heroes but the moment they were summoned they were transformed into slaves and put to train to fight us against their will. Anyway i won't bore you with other details of the war as i am sure you read this to the kids I'll write a small dedication to the little brats ~ hehehe~.

Dear Arius your growth is great but I'd like it to be on par with your body training. I believe that soon I'll see you fighting with me slaughtering elves, eating humans, and fighting par on par with me hahaha.

~ Dear Sabrina don't be discouraged by your brother Arius growth. I'm starting to see him myself as a monster or a genius or even both and that's only from what I hear. I'm sure you'll end a up a great woman that will make every man go for you ( Side note from me for Arius kick the ass of everyone that tries to make a move on your sister while I'm not there) like your mother and will make everyone jealous on your talent and hard work.

While i know you will be 6 by the time this letter reaches you I want both of you to go to school starting 7 years old because i think you'll be more than capable of doing it and even beat the crap out of some teachers.

Even if i was startled by he starting to doubt my age the fact that the 2 of my kids had to start going to school by 7 was a bigger issue. Even if i agree they are more than qualified to even teach there they are still smaller than the other kids none of them been younger than 10 years old, but he is the head of the family so I can only start and prepare them for this adventure , I just hope they don't destroy the school It would be troublesome to deal with the aftermaths.

Hmm in 1 year i'll go to school and I'm not scared but I can see Sabrina's scarred face and mom's worried face.

*Don't worry mom while we are at school I'll protect Sabrina and I'll kill everyone that tries to hurt her (Arius)

* Brother there is no need to do this, stupid!!!( Sabrina) - and then she left going to her room blushing. "Weird i thought" while my mother could only give a faint smile before returning to her worried face.
