Sometimes there are mysterious changes in a progeny, which leads to the birth of variants. Variants have characteristics completely different from their original race, and they might have strange inborn abilities. History has many examples, the most recent being the birth of the Vampires and the Succubus.

Druid camp, Gateway Continent.

The captain of the expedition group had many responsibilities, and she was almost never free. Currently they were organizing their gains and beginning to pack away their stuff. Yesterday they heard shattering noises, and the shock wave even reached the camp. Even the ever-confident Yun Bao was a little scared. This was the first time Param saw a nervous expression on her face. According to her, the ancient beasts on the Continent were getting restless because of their 'intrusion'.

While the camp army was busy packing the couple was immersed in analyzing how the magic spells work. There were many papers messily lying all over, and weird noises were occasionally heard.

"Ah !.. Damn it !.... How does it work ?!"

"Ooohhh... Hahaha... I got it ! ... So this is how it is !"

"Son of a ... I got it wrong again"

"Aaahhhh... This technique is wrong... this technique is wrong..."

Two people with messy hairs occasionally mumbled, then went back to checking and perfecting their experiments.

On an elevated ground near the Druid camp, Gateway Continent.

It was almost night, the last rays of the sun were disappearing beneath the horizon. Nara Hibiki, the first prince of the Eastern Blood Kingdom signaled his soldiers to get ready. The light disappeared, and the soldiers who were in a formation ran towards the cliff. Suddenly a luminous force field appeared connecting their limbs like a cloth, and they jumped off the cliff.

With the prince in the lead, the made use of the wind and glided towards the camp. The scouts in the camp only detected them when they almost landed.

Hibiki rolled over as he reached the ground. The 'wings' connecting his limbs disappeared, and red luminous swords appeared in each hand.

"Vampires !" a soldier screamed as he saw the luminous weapons made of force fields, and slashed towards the prince.

"Humph !" the prince snorted and waved his sword. One sword changed the momentum of the incoming sword and the other pierced into the poor soldier's neck. Blood splurted as the soldier's body collapsed and went limp. His expression was that of unwillingness.

*Boom*

The remaining soldiers stomped their foot as they landed on the ground. Soon various weapons appeared on the Vampire soldiers' hands which shone with red light. The camp became chaotic, and it became difficult to recognize allies.

"Kill !" Claire shouted and charged towards the intruders. Dozens of elf soldiers followed her.

Yun Bao rushed out with her juniors, and grabbed some nearby weapons. No one would imagine that the sexy senior and her group could pack a serious punch. Limbs flew out around her, and her soft hairs flowed lightly with each strike, painting a beautiful picture.

The prince soon locked on to her, and dashed towards her. The twin swords disappeared and a single handed sword and a shield appeared in his hands. Yun Bao looked at the prince and threw away her sword. Her smooth hands were clenched into fists and she took a fighting stance. A transparent glow appeared on her fists.

Prince Hibiki shifted his weight forward and attacked in a piercing stance. The senior shifted her feet and dodged the attack, followed by a swift fist. Her opponent was ready and moved his shield made of force field in her fist's direction. The fist collided with the shield, and numerous cracks appeared on it. The prince struggled to keep his hand firm. At the same time, the other Druids attacked with their weapons and aimed at his vital spots. However, bowl shaped shields appeared just before the weapons reached their target.

"Sh*t. These vampire bastards are too much trouble !" one of the elegant Druids spoke.

Fists and weapons clashed, but they could not make the prince bleed. This was the power of the Vampires - the Force Field !

Inside a tent in the Druid camp, two naked figures lied on a makeshift bed. Innumerable sheets of paper and scrolls lied near them, and there was a scent of sex in the air. After spending lots of time to 'work', the duo could not help but rub their hands and spend some energy to 'play'.

Sounds of weapon clashing and roaring and moaning of soldiers were heard, and woke up Madhu. She heard the noises and quickly dressed up.

'The soldiers are being too rowdy ! Did they catch a big one ?' she thought and opened the tent. What greeted her were a mess of soldiers fighting and killing each other. Suddenly a soldier popped out and slashed towards her with his luminous sword. Madhu was surprised and instinctively dodged followed by a kick to his nuts. The Vampire soldier could not keep with with the speed of the kick, and her kick tore through the partially formed shield. The soldier froze as he felt terrible pain and the luminous sword in his hand faded, disappearing into nothingness. Madhu clenched her fist and sent the soldier flying, breaking some of his teeth. It was a perfect knock out !

She quickly ran inside and nudged the naked idiot sleeping care-freely.

"Five minutes." the sleepy guy showed five fingers and changed his sleeping posture, turning his head away from her.

Madhu fumed, and her Profound Energy surged. She grabbed Param's shoulders and picked him up like a wet shirt.

"Oy !" Param snapped his eyes open and grabbed his underwear-looking thing. "What are you doing ?!"

"Idiot, we are under attack."

"Really ? FOOk !" he swore as he watched the scene outside while dressing up. They had already noticed that the Vampires were a little different and could create intangible weapons.

Param was a little flustered as he was worried about their research. He quickly picked up the papers and stashed them in a corner.

"Quick ! I'm picking up this side and you pick the ones over there .... FOOk ! This barbaric woman just loves to fight."

The Vampire soldiers were soon attacked by a vicious woman who was throwing fireballs all around. Even the elf soldiers p*ssed their pants after they felt the heat from the fireballs. The Vampires immediately changed their target to 'greet' the newcomer and surrounded her.

When Param dashed out of his tent he saw two circles, one was the prince surrounded by the Druid beauties while the other had Madhu surrounded by the bloodthirsty Vampires.

"FOOk !" he glanced around and kicked the legs of a small tent. The tent collapsed and was grabbed by the white guy. He took a throwing posture and prayed that it would work out. The broken tent was thrown with a boom, and flew near the prince and the Druids.

Yun Bao noticed Param and signaled the others to retreat. The prince noticed this anomaly and his eyes widened when he looked above. The tent immediately covered the prince, and the angry Druids quickly pounded him with fists.

At the same time, Param circulated his Profound Energy along some specific paths which filled his body with endless strength. He picked up a large tree trunk which formed as the main pillar of the tent and charged like a cavalryman. Many soldiers which surrounded Madhu flew away and she quickly escaped the encirclement. The trunk was quickly cut away by the sharp luminous weapons and Param had to throw it away.

The remaining Vampire soldiers looked at Madhu with red eyes, this woman was too barbaric !

"Kill them !" one of them shouted and they almost charged forward.

"Stop !" a feminine yet domineering voice was heard, and everyone turned around. Yun Bao held the unconscious prince by the neck, and her other fist was near his head, surrounded by a transparent glow.

Param wiped his sweat. These were one of his most stressful moments.

"Haaa... It ended so early." Madhu sighed, and Param almost staggered and fell.

The Vampire soldiers stood still, until finally a soldiers released his luminous weapon. Soon, every luminous weapon faded and disappeared, turning their hands empty.

The atmosphere was tense, until one of the soldiers spoke. "We are willing to pay for the prince."

Words were thrown between Claire and the leading soldier, and although Param didn't know the value of the 'ransom', by the soldier's expressions he could tell that Claire had asked for a big piece of meat.

Hours later, the Fairy camp received large boxes of collected herbs and processed carcass. The prince was tightly bound all this time, and was only released when Claire caressed the treasures.
