Mazir and Ren shot like predators trying to catch their prey.They had already reached the 40th stair and were pretty much the first candidates of this examination to enter the second stage,Inner Demon.But Mazir was slightly forward at the 41th stair and Ren at the 40th stair.They were really fast,20m per second.But the pressure lowered it to a meter per second.But their speed was still huge.They were certainly tens of times faster than the other candidates which were tens of stairs below.The strongest was only at the 25th stair,far away from the 40th stair let alone the 30th stair.

“See you Ren!”

Mazir grinned and a light enveloped his legs,he shot like a lighting forward.In less than ten breaths he had already left Ren stairs away.But Ren was also grinning.”Don’t think that you can go ahead!” Suddenly he also was enveloped in light and shot like a phoenix forward.In fifteen breaths he was already one stair behind Mazir.But no matter what he tried he couldn’t arrive to the same stair as him.”Why?!”

Ren was confused,but then Mazir turned his head back.He was calm.”Why?That is probably what you were thinking right?My speed is now at 50m/s while yours is 40m/s.It is impossible for you to catch to me with that measly speed of yours!See you now,Brother!” Mazir smiled and said,he turned back and climbed even faster.

He almost had reached the 50th stair.After that the second stage would begin.”Dammit!” Ren gritted his teeth and suddenly his eyes turned red.His skin had almost disappeared revealing his red fresh flesh.But in exchange his speed shot up.In less than two breaths he already was one stair behind Mazir.His speed was 100m/s.Mazir saw him and then sighed.Suddenly his entire body disappeared.Ren was confused and looked everywhere,he looked at the higher stairs and saw him.”Damn!He already reached that fast speed?He is going 200m/s!”

His eyes turned even redder but his skin slowly returned to normal.He then sighed and scratched his head.Beating Brother Mazir really isn’t easy…He thought in his mind.He had trained harder and harder to defeat Mazir.But he then smiled,”I still can go faster!” Suddenly his speed rose to 210m/s!Mazir looked at his cultivation and knew that he had reached the extreme realm of the Elemental Spiritual Realm.But it already was too late.Mazir had already climbed to the 55th stair.But suddenly after Ren reached the 50th stair everything expect him turned dark.

Mazir looked around and saw a single figure.Somehow it looked familiar,but somehow it wasn’t familiar.He looks a mix of every beast and human I have ever slayed with my sword and hands.Are they my inner demon?He thought in his heart.The figure before him looked ugly.It looked like a million beasts and humans mixed together.

“You Finally Came...Do you know how much do we want to kill you?Oh Damn Human!”

He said and suddenly rose to his feet as he previously was cross-legged.Mazir sneered at his words,”Waited?Why should I care about a few million lives I have killed?To be a cultivator you need to be true to your path.I save who I can and kill those who make my live very difficult.Each of these guys were either to weak or were idiots.The Weak die the Strong decide.Nobody can ever change this natural law.The world may look safe,yet the next moment it might become chaotic.A few million lives aren’t worth a world.”

“Just die You Damn Human!”

Suddenly a black sword appeared in his hand and dark aura covered his body.He ran towards Mazir as the black sword was clad in a thin layer of evil,dark and deathly energy.Mazir took out the Legendary Sword,which trascended the mortal realm and swung it towards the black sword.It was no need to do anything to it.The sword’s raw power was enough.The two swords clashed.But unfortunately in less than two breaths the black sword was almost broken.The man saw that and retreated together with the sword.”Damn!Sword Mode - Death Mode!”

The sword released a death aura and evil aura mixed together.Mazir smiled,”As I thought,you aren’t the beast or human I have killed.You are yourself,and yourself is me.You are my other part.”

“SHUT UP YOU DAMN ANTY HUMAN!”

Mazir raised his left hand which was holding the Legendary Sword.He made the sword disappear and said,”I will defeat you without injuring you.I swear an oath to the heavens!No to myself!”

Suddenly the dark space slowly turned white.The man who looked like a million beasts and humans mixed started to sweat,”NO!NO ! No! It can’t bee! “My other self,I Mazir Kongxu accept you as a part of myself!Become me !Become ME!”

The man suddenly started to disappear.Tears fell from his eyes.”This is my heart.My heart is my space,my own world.I can’t let somebody other than myself rule it.”Mazir said softly,”Become me.That is the only way to controll my heart and body.”

The man laughed,”You aren’t scared of me killing you?” Mazir replied happily,”I don’t think you will do that,My other Self.”

The man smiled and slowly disappeared.This was the best way to end this fight...There was no need for blood to cover my heart...Especially a fight with my own self...Mazir muttered softly in his heart.Suddenly a light covered his core.Slowly but powerfully his cultivation rised.From the intermediate layer to the late layer.From the late layer to the half step layer.From the extreme layer right to the Elemental Spiritual Realm!That was what was holding his cultivation back,it was himself!

The Elemental Grandmasters outside of the Heaven Stairs opened their eyes wide open.It was normal to breakthrough a layer or two or even a realm if they were at the peak of a realm if they killed their own inner demons,but never had one jumped realms for the middle of a realm!Even the Headmaster hadn’t done that!Even The Elemental Grandmaster Disciples Alen and the others had been stunned and dumbfounded from Mazir.

Slowly but with might,Mazir opened his eyes.He looked around and raised his hand.He moved it freely around and then smiled brightfully.”I finally broke through.”Mazir climbed stairs.But this time his speed almost reached 300m/s!That speed even Elemental Masters would have to use time to get to.A simple Elemental Spiritual Cultivator had easily reached the speed of an Elemental Master?!That was way too shocking!Even these old freaks who had reached the Elemental Lord Realm would be driven to vomiting if they heard it.

“That brat...He really isn’t that simple as he seems.”

The 5000 years old Elemental Grandmaster smiled brightfully.”I have to make him my disciple!” But Mazir may not accept him as a master,but it was sad that he didn’t know,or rather had no way to know that fact.Ren a few minutes later also opened his eyes.He had entered the Elemental Master Realm!He was extremely close to the Elemental Master Realm before the second stage,but now he already entered it!IT seems he also had accepted his inner demon.Looking at the now far away Mazir he grinned.He suddenly shot forward.His cultivation had reached the Elemental Master Realm and he was stronger than a second cycle Elemental Master.His speed was almost 350m/s.

Mazir saw Ren almost catching to him and smiled.His speed also reached 350m/s.The speed of a cultivator rised quickly.But not many actually relied in their speed.After you reach the Elemental Grandmaster Realm your speed development slows a lot.The limit until the Elemental Lord Realm is 500m/s.Mazir’s limit is 350m/s.The only reason he was that fast was his mastery in the path of Void.Although he had only touched it,he still was extremely fast for mortals.

“See ya!” Mazir grinned at raised his speed to the maximum.Even Elemental Masters could barely barely barely see his figure.Ren did the same and Elemental Masters were left in rage,cursing them with all their power.They both were powerful,But Ren was slightly weaker,that was because Mazir had already condensed the core to a Spirit Core or Soul Core.He now was the strongest under the Elemental Spiritual Realm.No Elemental Spiritual Cultivators would be able to kill him,at least in this world there would be none.But maybe freaks who had lived for five thousand years and were Elemental Spiritual Cultivators may have a chance against him,but the chances were far too low.

Mazir after a few minutes had already reached the 85th stair.He was just one minute away from the 90th stair where his talent level and cultivation level would be completely revealed in the sky.Many Elemental Masters and Grandmasters were excited to know his and Ren’s talent level,was it 7?8?9?10? The limit was ten,but that was the limit of the Elemental Continent,Ren was sure to go through the limit,and so was Mazir.
