Arc 3 begins
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"In five years time, you must defeat Master Saki," said Cixi.
These were the words that were spoken to Akiza. Although Akiza got revenge on Haman for trapping her and Serph in the Immortal Realm, by fighting Haman, they angered his uncle, Master Saki. Master Saki swore revenge, but Cixi had managed to delay Master Saki in order to give Akiza a fighting chance. Cixi offered to train Akiza until her fight with Master Saki.
"Your methods are too reliant on brute force," said Cixi. "You never learn to take advantage of your size, your speed, or your abilities."
"But I have the experience to win," replied Akiza.
"Do you?" asked Cixi. "No matter how many hand to hand skills or sword skills you develop, there is nothing that can match the power of Spirits. It is most likely not enough to overcome multiple Stages of development even if used properly. A Master at West Wind Academy is capable of using more than one Spirit at a time and often has Artifacts. You have neither of those. On top of that, your strongest attack is slow and impractical. It doesn't even have a proper form or shape."
"What do you mean by use more than one Spirit?" asked Akiza.
"Observe," replied Cixi. Cixi summoned her turtle shell shield. It was solid black. She then activated another Spirit. Her sword turned into a water like substance. As she slashed, the blade curved and slashed an entire circle around Akiza.
"What power!" said Akira. "I've never seen something like this before. I did not think the elements could be combined like this."
"This is the power of a special item combined with a Spirit, but it does not end here," said Cixi. She then removed her turtle shell shield and the water sword. "Spirit Fusion!" she cried out.

The sword in Cixi's hands turned to wood. She stabbed the sword into the ground and roots emerged from the ground to trap Akiza in a cage. "This is the power of a Master," said Cixi. "This is the power that you must overcome in five years' time."
Akiza had never seen anything like it. In five years time, she would have to learn to use multiple Spirits and to combine them to create new elements and develop new techniques on top of it. "I only have a Phoenix Spirit," said Akiza.
"Then the first thing you must do is learn about different combinations, then you must acquire another Spirit," said Cixi. "Earth or Wind is probably the best for a Fire type to supplement their abilities."
"Why Earth or Wind?" asked Akiza.
"Earth allows you to add a dense core to your fire, giving it more of an impact and some weight behind the attack," explained Cixi. "Wind on the other hand increases the size or intensity of a fire by giving it more to burn."
Akiza now regretted giving up the Golem Spirit Core to Serph. That was the closest thing she had ever come to an Earth type up to now. But without access to the Immortal Realm, she would have to rely on the eggs in her Dantian to provide her with the Spirits she needs.
"For now just go study the elements, that way you at least know what your opponent might use," said Cixi.
"Okay Master," said Akiza.
Cixi left. Even though she was teaching Akiza, she was still a Master of West Wind Academy and had other duties to attend to.
"Come inside," said Akira. "That woman in purple cracked the second egg, you should be able to break it now at the Lord Stage."

Akiza entered the Dantian. She saw the giant tree was still there. That woman in purple was still there, watching them. She then approached the egg with rocks on it. She charged up a punch. BOOM. The punch landed and the egg shell cracked. Out came a two headed turtle.
"Earth type," said Akira. "At least you got one that supplements your fire."
"How long until it grows?" asked Akiza.
"It depends on you," said Akira. "It should grow faster now that you are at the Lord Stage though. Don't forget you can use me too".
"You're a Spirit?!?" Akiza said in surprise.
"Yes," said Akira. "But as a Hero, I cannot choose who I belong to, I will always belong to the current Hero until another Hero can take my place."
"What can you do Master?" asked Akiza.
"I can erase things with my Void element," said Akira. "But if you use my power, it means that you cannot use any other Spirits, it is a double edged sword with a lot of risk involved. I would also recommend that you do not use me with any other Spirit for a Spirit Fusion, I do not know what would happen if you combined a Void element with another element."
The moment Akiza activated Akira as a Spirit, the flames around on her body disappeared. She also could not Armatize. By using Akira, it felt as if it she was blocked off from her Internal Energy. However, she could actually cut her own flames that she created earlier. Void was essentially a counter to any element if you could counter it, but it also left you exposed. With this knowledge in hand, Akiza had to study earth now that she has access to her turtle.
