《Heart Cores have hobbies (HIATUS)》Chapter 15

The ambush area was decided, it would be between 2 small hills with the forest covering both sides, after Robur and cub looked at the ground, all the frosty grass had be squashed recently, this confirmed that the Maktraka Clan was using area as a path.
"Patriarch, they will be here any minute!" The gray cub informed me.
(Okay, listen up and get into position as planned!)
Most of the party at this moment disappeared from sight, hiding in several places.
(It seems everyone is ready?)
Almost everyone was hiding, only the lvl4 and the 2 lvl3 goblins were in sight, wich were seen by the enemy group the moment they arrived.
The high lvl goblin slayer immediately ordered the group to stop, and with a few shouts, most of the goblins moved forward behind their leader.
With 2 lvl2 goblins on his sides and 10 lvl1 goblins behind him, the leader shouted towards my group.
"We Maktraka Clan! You?" (Goblin Slaver)
Seconds passed, no answer was given to him, the goblin kept staring at the 3 goblins in front of him confused.
"We Maktraka Clan! You East Horde?" The goblin again shouted.
But again, he received no answer.
Suddenly, the unknow goblin in the middle rose his right arm and put his axe on his shoulder.
"We follow Big Red Boss!" The lvl4 shouted at the lvl6 goblin.
"Big Red Boss?" The lvl6 goblin murmured, was their Boss one of the leaders of the Eastern Horde?
At first, he tought that they were the outcasts, but at checking their weapons and comparing their lvls, they seemed more like messengers from another clan as it was the only explanation for such low lvls to have such weapons.
"You messanger? Wich Clan?"
(Messenger? What the fuck is he talking about? Anyways, it seems that everyone is in position!)
(Everyone prepared?)
After asking all my minions, everyone nodded.
"Hello messengers!" The leader of the slavers spoke at seeing the 3 goblins in front of him nodding only to then feel an extreme pain on his left arm. "Kyak! Wha..." the goblin dropped his rusty sword, staring at his arm, wich was just hit by an arrow.
As the wounded goblin looked at his arm, he could also see who had shot at him, a female with a bow stood just a few steps away between 2 trees.
The goblin saw the female preparing to shoot another arrow, and he immediately understood that this was all a trap, rushing to pick his rusty sword, he shouted towards his troops.
"KILL ALL!"
Confused at first, the goblins finally understood what was happening, the goblins divided into groups, a lvl2 goblin lead 5 lvl1 goblins towards the 3 enemies, 3 lvl1 goblins aimed at the archer while a lvl2 and 2 lvl1 goblins guarded their wounded leader.

With the enemies approaching, I commanded my minions.
(Change your target, aim at the closest goblin!)
At my words, the female goblin pointed his arrow towards the incoming goblins who were now 6 steps away.
After 3 more steps, another arrow was shot towards the closest goblin.
In an instant, the arrow pieced the goblin's chest, making him fall on the ground.
The other 2 goblins got even angrier at the sight of his comrade's death as they rushed towards their enemy archer.
(Now!)
On my command, the 2 lvl2 goblin spearmen stopped hiding behind the trees on the sides of the archer, and rushed towards the incoming enemies.
The enemy's clubs that were about to reach the goblin female archer suddenly dropped on the floor as their owners were pieced by spears.
Meanwhile at the main frontline, 6 goblins rushed towards 3 goblins, but before they could reach their enemies, the lvl4 goblin suddenly threw one of his axes towards the closest enemy.
The lvl1 goblin stopped as he watched the stone axe flying towards his head.
The group stoped their rush 4 steps from their enemy as they watched their comrade who had his head pierced.
Looking at the 3 goblins, the 5 goblins trembled of fear, as they were watching their enemies giving them huge smiles.
(KILL THEM!)
Before the 5 goblins could turn away, the trio rushed forward and immediately 3 more lvl1 goblins died, cut deep by an axe or pierced by spear.
The goblin slaver looked at his dead soldiers, he was both mad and scared, where the hell did these enemies come from?
"Me must escape..." He whispered towards himself before shouting at his 3 soldiers who were guarding him. "KILL HER!"
In his mind, the only way he could escape was to distract the archer.
As the 3 goblins rushed forwards towards the archer and her 2 guards, their leader turned and ran towards the slaves.
(Get him!)
While the fight happened in the middle and the left of the goblin slaver's side, from the right, a shadow appeared.
"WAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Robur shouted as he jumped down from a tree, running towards the escaping goblin.
"Stop runin trash!" He screamed at the goblin slaver who ignored him and kept running. "FINE!"
With all his strength, Robur threw the dagger on his right hand towards the enemy.
"kyak!" The goblin slaver felt something on his back before falling down.
At this scene, goblins who were guarding the slaves started running forward towards their leader.
Goblin lvl2 has died!
(FUCK!!!)
The archer had just shot an arrow, but because she missed the target, all 3 enemy goblins reached their position, one of the lvl2 spearman was able to kill a lvl1 goblin immediately, but the other goblin spearman failed his attack against the lvl2 goblin and instead got hit on his head by a club.

Seconds later, that same lvl2 goblin was shot in the head by the female goblin archer while the first lvl2 spearman had killed the other lvl1 goblin.
At the same time, the last 2 goblins of the frontline attacked the goblin spearman with the shields with their weapons, but such attack failed as the clubs had simply broken from the clash against the shields.
Those same goblins were pierced by the spears as the lvl4 goblin grabbed his second axe from the bloody broken head of the first kill.
Then, forward, Robur had finally reached the goblin slaver who had fallen on the groud.
"Trash!" Robur shouted as he rose his left leg, only to then drop it on his enemies back.
The goblin slaver tried to crawl to escape as 2 lvl2 and 5 lvl1 goblins were rushing to rescue him.
In 4 seconds, Robur threw his dagger into the air, only to catch it and immediately swinging his weapon to the enemies neck.
After the screaming released by the goblin slaver stopped, Robur picked up his daggers from dead body, at this scene, the remained enemy goblins who were rushing forward stopped as their leader was dead and most of their group had be slain.
Fearing for their lives, the goblins turned and ran.
(Get them!)
I commanded Robur, the lvl4 goblin and the lvl3 goblins to pursue the enemy.
"""""Yes Boss!""""
The four shouted as they ran forward.
(Follow them!)
"Yes Patriarch!" Leaving her hiding place, the wolf cub followed behind the group, leaving the 2 goblins and 2 cubs behind.
My lvl5 Imp appeared in sight, aproaching the my 3 goblins who remained, the lvl2 goblin spearmen who remained behind to protect the archer, wich stood still, staring at the body of my dead minion, with her eyes wet.
Small enemy SubFaction has been defeated, you have been awarded with 1 XP.
(The slaver's group was a subfaction?)
I turned my atention to the deceased minion.
(You will bring his body!) I commanded the goblin spearmen.
(You will bring his weapon and the rusty sword!) I told the female archer.
Both nodded and punched their chest and all 5 minions then approached the captives.
At the same time, Robur and the trio returned.
(Now that the enemies are dead, time for diplomacy, Robur talk with them.)
"Yes Boss!" Robur shouted as he punched his chest.
At this moment, all the goblin captives were happy as they recognized that most of their saviors were their family, but unlike them, the white bear, the 4 long ear creatures and the black birdmen were still afraid and confused.
"My Big Boss save you!" Robur informed the group.
One of the long ears stood up and spoke with arrogance.
"We are not saved yet green skin, how do we know you will not enslave us too? How can we trust your kind!"
"Rude trash!" Robur shouted.
(Possession spell!)
The lvl5 Imp stepped forward.
"Robur, calm down."
"uh?" The goblin turned back and saw the Imp speaking. "Ah, yes Boss!" He punched his chest and took one step to the side.
"You are their leader? A red demon?" The long ear inquired.
"Yes? You dark pink skin got a problem with that?"
These dark long ears really look like one of the pink skins that I had seen when I was with blue, the only exception was their skin color.
(I do wonder what is up with their levels?)
Now that I noticed, their levels were strange, this was the first time I had seen people having more than 1 level.
Some of the goblins had 1-2 level above their heads, the elves and black birdmen had a mix of 2-7 while the bear man was 4-9.
"How rude! Pink skin? You dare say that we are with the light elf, human and dwarf races! Do not insult us!"
"What are you then?" The little Imp inquired the group.
"We are the beautiful dark elves!" The long ear shouted with pride.
One this moment, a black birdman spoke.
"My apologies for the rudeness of the dark elves, we are one of the Avian's clans, the Crow Clan!"
"What do you mean rudeness? He is the rude one!" The dark elf complained towards the Avian.
"Thats it!" Out of patience, I took out the pickaxe from my back. "I don't care about you anymore!" Aiming at the dark elf, the pickaxe went into his head.
Imp has reached level 6!
(Uh? Just from one kill? Was that because he had 2-7 level?)
Upon seeing the dead elf, another elf screamed at me. "Father! You killed my father!"
"Shut up big tits! Want to be the next one? How about the other two?"
(Was big tits an insult?)
At my threat, the other two dark elves moved behind the dark elf female.
"No! Don't kill them! Don't kill my little sisters! I beg you!" The dark elf begged.
"I told you to shut up!" I roared at the dark elves.
As the dark elves were now silent, I turned towards the Avian who spoke with me.
"Please continue!"

8 93The Event Master
It is a reincarnation/transmigration story where the MC can only do magic that is socially condemned, but is protected somewhat by his powerful political station. For as long as he can keep it, anyway. With a little luck and some modern world thinking, perhaps he'll come up with something to change people's minds. Not forcefully though, that would be unethical. ** The MC is not a fighter. He's a gamer. He loves rpgs, movies, modern music, and telling stories. I intend to post at least once a week in the range of 2k words. If work eases up I'll increase the amount again. ((Work has instead intensified to the point where I'm struggling to get a chapter every two weeks. I'll pick it back up properly when I can, but for now it is on temporary hiatus while I still might post every once and awhile. This winter, I plan to go back to regular posts until the story finishes.))
