《Heart Cores have hobbies (HIATUS)》Chapter 14

With Robur's sight, I kept watching the enemy camp.
"Boss, lots of enemies..." Robur whispered to the three goblins and me.
(I know, but it seems they have not found us yet? Maybe we are not even their main target?)
While I expected for the Maktraka clan to seek revenge on me, this force was far too large, this only meant that their objective was probably the brown wolves territory.
(Robur, do you know what those creatures are?)
"Boss, first time Robur see them!" The goblin informed his master.
(Oh? So the place where you come from does not have them?)
Robur looked at the prisoners again. "No Boss!"
(Now that I think of, where the hell did we teleport to?)
"Boss, Robur not know, but, Robur sure this not West Horde territory..."
(West Horde territory?)
"Yes Boss, West Horde own big territory, many clans in it."
(I see...)
At this moment, the wolf cub arrived near Robur.
"I am here Patriarch, and I can watch and hear the enemy camp!"
(You can? Ah, I do it too now! Exelent!)
At the camp, the level 9 goblin reached the goblin slaver who led the newcomer group.
"New slaves?" (level 9 goblin)
"Yes, survivors from village we attack!" (Goblin slaver)
"Good! Good! Rest! Next day bring slaves to Boss!" He ordered the goblin slaver.
With a nod and a punch on his chest, the goblin slaver turn to his group, ordering them to take rest while the level 9 returned to his tent.
"You heard it Patriarch?" The cub asked me.
(Yes, thank you, please keep watching them.)
"Yes Patriarch!" The cub nodded its tiny head with a smile.
(Robur, return to the inside for now and inform the rest of the goblins, let those 3 and the gray wolf watch over the enemy.)
"Sure Boss!" The goblin crawled back a bit before rising up so he wouldn't be noticed by the enemy.
Soon after, the goblin Elder appeared alongside Robur in my heart core room after hearing the news.
The room was silence for a while, and it was then that the elder broke the silence.
"Boss, what we do?" (Goblin Elder)

"We kill enemies!" Robur shouted towards the elder.
"Enemies too many!" The elder nodded his head to the sides in disagreement.
(Robur told you about the captured creatures right? Do you think they will help us if we free them?)
"Boss! Our kin will help! But others, this elder not know..."
While the camp could be seen easily from the caves entrance, it was still far away from the mountain path, so there was a chance of rescuing the slaves after they separate from the main group.
With this, not only would I decrease the enemy ranks, I would also had a chance to booster mine.
(Get everyone to rest for now, one cub and 3 goblins will stay on guard at all times.)
""Yes Boss!"" The goblins shouted before leaving the room.
Many goblins in the goblin nest were much afraid that they could not sleep, because of this, the goblin elder decided to sleep with them to give some comfort.
I decided to have the Imps work on the workshop for now, since I had 6 goblin minions, they could now take the job of guarding the entranced of my territory and after they had finished their crafting, I added more to the queue.
This time it was one wood bow and one wood shield in circle form.
The moment the wood bow was completed a new pop up appeared for a few seconds.
Simple arrow item has been unlocked in the craftable resources!
(Ah, the arrows that are used as ammo for the bows? Show be craftable resources.)
Rope
Cost: 2 vines
Info: This unit is produced in groups of 4. Simple Arrow
Cost: 2 wood
Info: This unit is produced in groups of 10.
(Well, craft that simple arrow and 3 wood shields in circle form!)
Producing 1 batch of simple arrows and 3 wood shields will cost you 14 wood and 3 ropes.
Do you wish to proceed?
Yes? No?
(Yes!)
The following weapons were added to the queue of the workshop.
1 simple arrow batch---------> 2 wood shields
1 wood shield -> ^
The night passed without issues, the weapons I ordered were complete and four new goblins accepted my blessing, one female and 3 males reached level 2.

Once it was done, this new group picked their weapons, the female chose the bow, while the males all chose the same as their elder, the spear.
The female goblin was also given a rope to help her carry the 10 arrows on her back and the level 3 goblins both got a shield.
Before sunrise, I decided those who would participate on the battle.
Robur would lead the party, along with the dual axe lvl4 goblin, the 2 lvl3 goblins spearman with shields, the lvl2 goblin female archer and 3 lvl2 male goblin spearman.
Also, the talkative cub and two of her sisters would accompany them, and their purpose was not to battle, but to increase chances of the party not being find out by the main enemy camp or any other newcomers.
My level 5 Imp would also follow the party as a reserve while the lvl4 Imp would stay home as my bodyguard.
Regarding the defense, the elder goblin, the female lvl2 spearwomen and 3 lvl1 goblins would stay behind to defend the goblin nest alongside the last 2 cubs as support.
(Everyone ready?) I asked my minions.
"""""Yes Boss!"""""
"""Yes Patriarch!"""
(Depart at once, do not let the enemy find you until my command!)
Slowly, the party of 11 left their home, walking down the path of the mountain, it was perfect to move out at this time of the day, a fog would always appear in the morning before the sunrise.
It took 30 minutes, but soon a location was found for the group to take a pause, with the cubs using their ears, noses and eyes to keep watch, the goblins felt safer.
Finally the goblin slavers left the main group, heading west, upon watching them leave, I ordered Robur and the wolf cub to immediately separate from their party to scout head so they could confirm wich direction their enemy would take and wich was the best position for an ambush.
The goblin group was much weaker compared to the level 9, their leader was only level 6 using a rusty short sword, while it was one higher level than Robur, I was sure that my minions could easily take him out, infact, the major objective of the female goblin archer was him.
Regarding the rest of the group, there were 4 lvl2 goblins and 15 lvl1 goblins, all equipped with sticks and clubs, as long as they would not overwhelm my minions, they would eventually perish.
If my minions were succeful, I would gain 8 goblins and perhaps 12 new creatures.
(Theres alot of those black birdman missing? Were they eaten by the goblins or something?)
Strangely, only 7 black birdman remained in the group, at least 2 thirds of them were missing.
As my party relocated after Robur and the cub were done scouting, the ambushed was prepared.
"Patriarch, they will be here any second!" The cubs informed their leader.
(Very well, if theres any other enemy group that approaches, inform me at once okay?)
"""Yes Patriarch!"""
A few hours before sunrise, in the East, several shadows remained hidden behind upon a hill, looking down upon a goblin group who was resting,
"These dammed green skins dare invade our turf!" The leading shadow growled, he was the elder brownwolf with the scar on his left eye.
"What do we do? Should we inform Lead Hunter?" Another brown wolf asked his leader.
"Not yet, we have the advantage of surprise! We cannot afford to lose this chance!" Upon hearing these words, the group slowly sneaked around and surrounded the goblin group.
"Now!" The old wolf shouted and jumped to the nearest goblin. "Die!"
The goblin did not have a chance, his neck was broken in seconds.
Following this action, 17 goblins perished, the dead included most of the high lvls in less than a minute.
"Fight! Fight!" The last high lvl goblin with a rusty sword screamed at his comrades while swinging his weapon to repel 3 wolves.
Slowly the battle continued and in 20 minutes, the goblin group was beaten.
"Victory!" One of the brown wolves shouted while the rest howled in union.
The elder wolf dropped the body of his last kill and turned to one of the wolves.
"Any wounded?" The elder screamed.
"Light wounds only, we can still fight!" A young wolf with a few scratches answered.
"Good, let's eat these bastards and "scout" a bit more." The elder smiled at his comrades.
On this previous night, 40 wolves had crushed 35 goblins.
