《HERO CHRONICLES:》BK2; Chapter 47: [ Absolute Summon ]

Angela gradually calmed down and a slight smile appeared on her face, “This is already too much, Hero. Just these equipment and skills alone can make anyone drive crazy, so were already satisfied with these. Take it, you might find another people who need it.”
Hearing Angela’s words, all the other girls nodded in agreement.
Although mount summoning items are very eye catching, they don’t want to be seen as greedy.
They were already overly satisfied with their new equipments.
Other than this will already be too much. Just like the saying goes; [A small bag can’t contain a wardrobe, if forced it will eventually explode], too much is dangerous after all.
Hein’s smile never left in his innocent and handsome face; however when he looked towards the girls right now, his smile became even more dazzling.
He softly shook his head and said,
“No, take this. Treat it as a token of my appreciation for taking care of Marie, Froline and the others. As you may not know it but, I’m actually grateful to you all, especially you Miss Guild leader.
Back in the dungeon, you were prepared to risk your life for them right? So, this equipment are nothing but earthly materials for me, their life and wellbeing are more important than just a piece of equipment.”
Angela was shocked hearing what Hein said.
She was lost on her thoughts and her mouth could only open and closed without uttering a single sound.
Even the girls behind her were blushing and became flustered as they quickly hide their red faces behind the equipment their holding.
Marie on Angela’s side was smiling from ear to ear, while giving Angela a smile filled with deep emotions.
They truly were good girls~
Angela regained her senses after a while but her face were still dyed red as she tried to deny what Hein said.
In the end, they accepted it and thank him.
Their admiration towards him skyrocketed and might even reach the maximum limit after this day.
“There’s something I want to confirm.”
Hein suddenly became serious, “All the things you know about me, especially the fact about me giving you these equipment must be keep a secret from the other players. Can I all trust you?”
Just one short sentence caused the excited girls inside the room to become silent.

Everyone’s expressions became serious and solemn as they nodded vigorously.
“Leave it to us. We will make sure none of this would leak out from the outside.” Angela Seriously declared.
She also know how important to keep this as a secret. If not every players outside would hunt Hein for the equipment.
They might even slander him just to get some items from him.
In truth, Hein didn’t care if the people know it or not it’s just that, he was too lazy to deal with the aftermath.
He might after all, kill and massacre those who he deemed threat to him~
“Thanks” Hein smiled and as if he just thought something, he looked towards Angela again.
“Can I ask for some favor?”
“Of course! If it’s something we can do, then we will do anything to help you!”
“Thank you, then… can I ask you to find my teacher. Her name is Lilia Vern”
“Your teacher?”
“Ms. Vern? Ah, don’t tell me she’s also playing this game? She’s also here?” Marie seemed surprised.
It seems like she didn’t know that Ms. Vern was also enthusiastically playing the game.
“Yeah~”
Although Hein could do it himself but he have many things to do first.
Hein was thinking of posting some message for her but he was too lazy to deal with the other problems because of his name’s popularity.
That’s why he refrained from using the [World News]. It might also give her some trouble because of it so the best choice now was to ask Marie and the others to do it for him.
“It’s okay; we can do it… although finding one or two people is difficult, we can still try it.”
“En! Thanks~”
“So, uh… everyone got their presents, money and stuff that’s all good and wonderful. How about miss Ashley? The little girl Iona? or….. me?” Seeing all the girls holding their wonderful equipment, Fale couldn’t help but voice out her thoughts.
Actually, Fale doesn’t really understand what those weapons can do and what’s special about them.
In the first place, giving out weapons such as swords and axe to a girl seemed somewhat… ridiculous.
Well, after all, Fale is only a normal daughter of a normal farmer.
Grew up normally without even fighting a single goblin, so how can she understand how special, outrageous and important things Hein was giving out.

If it was money or maybe dresses, Fale would understand why these girls are crying in happiness but can receiving something dangerous really make girls happy?
Fale didn’t know if whether her own sense of aesthetic is the one who is strange or it’s just that the world turned twisted in some angles.
However, she doesn’t like being left out.
Especially when a man like Hein giving some girls a present when she in his side didn’t even receive a single cent.
A saying goes ‘When wooing a girl, one must first woe her parents’ that’s why; if they receive a present then she too must receive one.
Marie, Angela and the others was shocked when they heard what Fale said as they stared at her.
Did they hear it wrong? Can someone really ask that shamelessly?
Ashley on the other hand could only shook her head in disbelief. She was even dragged by this girl shamelessly.
When they returned to their senses, they immediately turned around and chatted as if they heard nothing.
Hein didn’t say anything but studied Fale skeptically.
“What? Do you also want a weapon?”
“Of course not!” Fale complained and as if she felt something about the atmosphere, she hastily lowered her head in shame.
” But… but they got some presents …”
Hein felt somewhat amused but he tried not to smile.
Ever since he met Fale, he was always having a soft part for her. Although he knew that Fale wasn’t Meirin but whenever he saw her face, he couldn’t help but remember her.
Subconsciously, he stretched his hand and gently stroke Fale’s hair and thought for a while.
Hein have many weapons and items but most of it was for combat. If he wanted to give something to her, then weapon is out of bounds.
There are still some accessories and items but Hein wanted to find something that can protect her all the time.
The surrounding girls couldn’t help but felt mystified because of Hein’s actions.
They then realized that Hein was thinking on what to give her.
Isn’t he spoiling the girl too much? For some reason they felt somewhat bitter as if they drunk a cup of vinegar.
Ashley too could only stare at her young master skeptically.
Just what is this girl to Hein? When they first met, Ashley noticed that Hein was treating this girl very good.
In that moment, for some reason the room froze.
The stares that were focused on Hein increased from one to seven.
The extra six stares came from Marie, who was looking at him and Fale with very complicated expression. Angela, Froline and the other three girls who seemed jealous by the different treatment.
Hein ignored their stares and casually wave his hand.
In an instant, a beautiful golden bracelet appeared. Runes and some sort of images were engraved around it.
It was very beautiful that all the girls stared at it for a while.

Hein nodded his head and toss it to Fale who receive it happily.
“Wah!!” The girl who held appraisal skill suddenly screamed in shock causing the other girls present to look at her.
When they heard the girl’s explanation, they couldn’t help but throw some shock while holding some complicated expressions to the beautiful bracelet.
This item seemed more overpowered than they thought!
Ignorant to the surroundings expression, Fale examined for some time and then pressed her white and tender fingers to her soft lips and blew Hein a kiss.
Afterwards, the temperature in the room seemed to go down another ten degrees.
Hein’s heart almost tripped and stumbled straight into his ribs.
He had trouble thinking straight when he looked at her. Shaking his head, Hein noticed the scowling girls around him and decided to change the topic.
“Ashley”
“Y, yes young master?” Ashley seemed surprised when her name was called but she immediately regained her composure.
“I will give you something at another time, is that okay?”
“O, of course, young master!” She happily agreed.
She cast a grateful look at Fale who was happily inspecting her new bracelet as if thinking that it seemed there is something good this girl can do once in a while.

Displacement
or, Deux Navires Passant dans la Nuit If you wake up in a new world, with only your memories of home to guide you, you have to trust the first people you meet. The first people Leah meets seem to know her - but not her. Leah is thrust into a fighter's role that does not quite suit her, and those who 'rescued' her do their best to help her fit in. They hint at a world that Leah can only vaguely understand without serious research and exploration, but how to do that research, when everyone believes her to be a local of this place, and too many questions might draw unwanted attention? And what about home? The more Leah learns about this world, the less she believes that she woke up on the right side of the bed - or more accurately, on the right side of the conflict. With magic being strictly regulated in her current "home," maybe it's time to uproot and look for a new set of allies... -- Displacement is a queer / lgbt bodyswap isekai: Leah Armande falls out of a Quebecois city into an unfamiliar fantasy world, and Leah Talesh falls out of her adventuring party's homeland and into an unfamiliar industrial world. The story follows both women as they navigate their new surroundings, trying at times to find a way home, at times just to pass for a local, and at times to actually make a life for themselves in their new world. Expect in-depth politics and worldbuilding, sapphic moments, foibles, and far too much time spent either in libraries or convalescing (or sometimes both).
