A cup of dragon blood, a bowl of phoenix blood and a grilled dragon heart laid in front of me.

I took the dragon blood and poured it in the phoenix blood. Although I can drink it separately, but it would be taking too much time so I decided to just mixed them both and drink it together.

Gulp!

"T,then I'll start..."

Without hesitation, I raised the bowl of blood and immediately poured it in my throat. Without waiting for my taste buds to work I immediately wolfed down the grilled heart because I thought that these blood will certainly taste bad.

However, contrary to my expectation the taste was extraordinary!

I haven't finished eating the whole heart when suddenly my expression underwent a tremendous change.

Shock, appreciation, pleasure, satisfaction and disbelief...

"This...this can't be..."

This flavor! This taste! These are the things floated in my mind. I could never imagine that this blood taste so wonderful! So delicious! It was kind of sweet and spicy at the same time. If I wouldn't known, I will never believe that these were blood.

Truthfully, I never tasted wine or brandy before but I strongly believe that the wine from earth won't stand a chance if compared to this.

The sort of flavor that can sink into your taste buds and your teeth. A flavor that is both exquisite and heavy, delicate and strong. It feels like this is an inimitable, fantasy wine that when drink once you can never forget it!

Not just the blood but for some reason, the grilled heart has also its peculiar delicious taste. Its pungent flavors and distinct texture. It was truly a high grade cuisine. It was a pity that It's only grilled. If only my cooking skill's level is quite high I might have made it into a very delicious and extraordinary dish!

Finishing the whole grilled heart, I lifted the bowl of blood and lick its inside. In the brief moment, high grade flavors burst free from my tongue. The blood was very rich and aromatic that I hardly believe it's just a blood!?

For me, which is a pursuer of love and beauty. A great warrior that seeks delicious foods and an ultimate hedonist that desires adventures and interesting things......This memories, this experience, I would never forget it!!!

The wondrous and other worldly feast came into conclusion, but the lingering taste still stayed into my mouth for a moment.

As I was giving my own wonderful opinion, suddenly I felt my brains were about to split open as I gave a cry of agony with wide open eyes.

I felt as though all of the skin on my body had been painfully scalded by boiling water, no, not just boiling water but magma!

A feeling as if you are being cut by a thousand blades.

Hell and Arche's frantic voice echoed within my hazy consciousness.

Pain from my body; wounds, injuries, no matter what degree it is, I can endure and withstand it but pain within my body? Within my mind? That is too much! It's as if countless needles and knives are stabbing my brain, cutting my soul.

This kind of pain is much more cruel and painful than being cut into pieces.

Holding my head with both of my hands, I howled in pain like a beast. Every nerve in my body burned as I felt like I was melting.

I saw some faces - Mother Superior, the children, Big sister Alicia, Marie, Ms. Vern, my new parents, Hell, Aqua - but they faded as soon as they appeared.

"Hero," Mother Superior said. "Better be careful on your way home. I'll be waiting for you!"

"Brat! Next weekend you're coming with me to buy some books! So take care" Big Sister Alicia ordered while smirking.

"Be safe, big brother!" The children pleaded.

"Hot pot!" Marie said. Although I wasn't sure where that came from, but it didn't seem to help much.

I was losing the fight because of the pain. It was just too painful that my tears began to fall. I felt my hands and feet were melting and my soul being ripped from my body. I couldn't even remember who I was anymore due to the pain.

"Aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrggghhhh!!!"

I was truly in agony...but in this point it seems I have even forgotten about what agony was. Something was tearing and devastating everything inside my body.

As I was about to faint, I suddenly saw a dragon and phoenix flying around my consciousness.

'Rooooaaaaaarrrr!!!"

"Shreeeeeekkk!!!"

This was the roar of the dragon and the cry of the fire bird.

"Ah...I'm about to die....sorry...everyone...I'm dead~"

"You're too reckless!" A familiar voice said. "Drinking a dragon and phoenix blood at the same time is like signing your death wish, dummy!"

Suddenly a red haired woman showed up, although her face is quite blurry I felt some familiarity towards her.

"Hold on, idiot!" The voice became clearer. "I'm going to try calming down the phoenix blood in your body so endure it for a little bit more. Haaa~ and here I thought I can finally talk to you after a very long time, who would expect you'll try this kind of dangerous stunt?"

"W,who...?"

The pain subsided a little.

I could see a red-haired woman now - standing barefoot in front of me. Her face were still very blurry.

"That can wait, calming the blood needs more attention. Although I don't know what will you become after this, but this is your own choice. Haaa~ You never change, you always make me worry for you...."

She was reaching her hand towards me and even though I can't see her face clearly, I know she was trying really hard not to laugh.

"Sleep, don't worry I'll do everything in my power to stabilized your condition..."

"Until next time...." She smiled.

"You better remember me the next time we met...."

"Oh please don't do any foolish things like this again next time...."

"Love you..."

And I lost my consciousness.

Opening my eyes, I saw hell's worried face. I tried to stand up but my body seemed so lifeless as there is no energy I could muster.

"Master, are you alright?"

Although I said that, my mind was still hazy.

'Just what happened?....wait...I drink the blood and then somehow my body was on the verge of dying because of the sudden pain....and then....right, a red-haired girl showed up...didn't she told me something?...I can't remember what is it....'

When my vision finally became clear, the scene before me made me confused. Hell, who should have been the size of a little child was now as tall as me. Aqua whose size is that of a baseball was now the size of a basketball.

I stretched my hand to touch Hell but then my actions froze. Right now, I can imagine how big my eyes open as I stare at my hand with utter shocked....then I suddenly realized how did they got bigger.

It was not them who changed.....but me...

Somehow, for some reason I've gotten smaller...

Looking at my now smaller hands, I couldn't help but gasped as my mind drowned in realization.

"H, hell...d-did I turn s,smaller?"

I tried asking her for confirmation, hoping this is just my imagination but it seems I can't run away from reality as I saw Hell nod from my question.

Hell stood up and then took a piece of shiny metal from somewhere and brought it closer to my face.

And there, reflected was my 6 year old self. The only difference is my hair for which unknown reason turned white.

White? Why?

Just what the hell happened to me? Is this the result of that unknown pain?....wait pain?

I think I've heard something like this before...Hair turning white because of an intense pain...Is this what I think it is?

Resting and sleeping for a couple of hours, I finally managed to recover my strength. It's really fortunate that this place is a really safe and comfortable place. Warm and relaxing, unlike the heaven forsaken place outside this room which is absurdly hot.
