Ye Meng nodded and told her to put on the mask. They walked out of the expensive restaurant and headed back home.

Old Man Bai explained the situation to Ye Meng who was very annoyed at the current situation. Due to his fame, he would have less opportunities to go undercover and people would pay more attention to them. If someone came in the mansion while Li Xiaoyu’s mask was off or if someone came in while she was training in her beautiful sword technique, it'd be a huge problem. Ye Meng wasn't sure about killing peak Divine Sense experts so he had no other option but to flee. But, he couldn't flee with Li Xiaoyu as she would get in his way. He had to be more careful now or else he would die.

Like the way to cure the Blazing Lava Poison is to use the Frosty Glacier Poison in a pill to counter the effects. Medicines are to heal and poisons are to cause damage and illnesses to someone. So, I should find out how to cure the condition and slightly alter it.” thought Ye Meng with his eyes glowing. Ye Meng recalled millions and millions of herbs while trying to find out the one that had the effect Ye Meng wanted. “Aha! The Unappealing Stink Ginseng might work for this poison! It has the some of the effects I would want in the cure.”

He spend a lot of his mental strength calculating what type of herbs would properly synthesize to form the pill he wanted. He had didn’t have enough ingredients so he went and bought extremely large amounts from Old Man Bai for a couple hundred low grade spirit stones. He experimented hundreds and hundreds of times with the ingredients. Fail. Fail. Fail. Fail. Fail. Everytime he failed, he wrote the results in a slip of jade and found out which steps he did wrong. Ye Meng made another version of the pill and finally left his room. Hua Tong’er was very surprised and admired Ye Meng’s iron will. He spent 3 months trying to concoct one pill without doing anything else! “No one has that kind of determination! No wonder he’s so talented at a young age! Hard work is better than talent…” thought Hua Tong’er. Dongxue Tian was just a gold mine in her eyes as he was infatuated with her and he was a genius capable of reaching the Divine Sense stage! But, he was an extremely supercilious and lecherous man which made Hua Tong’er dislike him. Ye Meng didn’t respond or spare a glance at her, he was simply too tired! His cold reply made Hua Tong’er unhappy but who could blame him? He wanted to rest and regain his youthful energy so he went back to his room. When he entered, he saw Li Xiaoyu in the bed with the blanket on top of her. Her sleeping expression was rather cute and didn’t fail to lighten up Ye Meng’s mood. Ye Meng leapt into the bed without waking Li Xiaoyu up and hugged her from the behind. He slept peacefully with her in his arms and had pleasant dreams of positive vibes. A couple of hours later, Li Xiaoyu woke up with something hot poking and prodding at her round butt. She turned around and saw Ye Meng behind her sleeping soundly. She carefully checked to see what was poking at her and when she saw, she turned crimson red at the speed of light!

While the two girls were chatting, Ye Meng had woken up and decided to go outside to drink with Dongxue Han.
