Chapter 36 A ruler like this

After the huge blue shining dragon stopped roaring, he continued moving around the blue dome. Majestically it seemed to coil through the heaven. Everyone looking at it felt their heart beating quicker and an unspeakable respect to this seemingly real dragon protecting the city. Also they quickly felt a change concerning the air around them. The qi inside the city became denser and density was still increasing. Soon the qi inside the city amounted to the double amount in comparison to outside of the formation.

The city gave of a completely different feeling than before. The dragon coiling around the impenetrable dome gave of the aura of an unbeatable guard, which was guarding a celestial palace. Its aura alone was enough to prevent anyone underneath the immortal stage of daring to get near to it. The high density of qi inside the dome quickly changed the environment. All the plants and trees began to give of a radiant glow of vitality, the air seemed to vibrate under a pulse belonging to the continuously gathering qi. The materials the city was built of also started absorbing the qi and changes were visible. Soon the entire city transformed into a heavenly ground deities would choose to live in.

One could say that in the whole world, there was no place like this. They may exist in other realms with existences higher than in this realm but even there it was unlikely for them to get to the level of this paradise of cultivation Zes seemed to have casually set up.

The demons still standing at the main square quickly felt like their cultivation started to surge. They clearly understood that the density of qi now existing inside the city would help their cultivation. It could be said that they would now need to cultivate for a day to achieve at least a progress corresponding to two or three days outside the city.

"The formation I have set up is called Heavenly Guard dragon formation. It was developed by myself and I suppose that it's the only formation of this grade existing in this realm. Unless a few deities attack this formation, they can only dream about breaking it. Also it can be reinforced with qi, which means the more people infuse their qi inside it and the stronger the cultivation of this people is, the mightier the formation will become.

Right now if all inhabitant of Bluedragon city including myself would support the formation with our qi, it would be able to protect us even if the whole Cers kingdom would attack us at once. If more people were to live here, it wouldn't be impossible to fight the whole world with this formation.

Also as you have noticed, the formation is sucking qi inside of it. Right now the effect is still shallow but in a few weeks the density will reach around six times the qi outside the formation."

This formation…. is it really from this world? Right now Bluedragon city already seemed to be a place for deities to dwell. But this formation is not only able to protect them against the experts including deity stage experts of a whole kingdom, it can also make the density of qi rise to an extent that their cultivation was nothing more than children play. What invincible nascent stage, anyone would be able to attain this level if training inside of a place like this. To be realistic it was almost certain, that many would be able to reach immortal stage if training here.

This was the effect of having such an overwhelming density of qi. As the inhabitants of Bluedragon city grasped what this formation meant for them and their descendants’ future, most of the worries in their hearts dissipated into nothing. Why would that immortal construct a formation like this that was practically changing everything concerning their future if in the end he would just kill them all? The formation and the benefits it brought were enough to make them believe in Zes’s promise to let them live a normal life.

Cheers started to come from the crowd. If this human was really not going to take revenge, but just revive his race. If he gave them such opportunities like this and was willing to really become their ruler, meaning he was not going to just make them his slaves but his subjects. Why would they not support him? Furthermore, were had they ever seen an aura like his? An aura of an Emperor that was fit to rule everything there was. Such an aura, you wouldn't find it even in a royal family. Zes seemed to be a cheerful, playful and often air headed person but never less he had a charisma no one could rival.

So if a charismatic person like him that was giving them never before seen opportunities and that was not using them as mere pawns had become their ruler, why would they not like him and stand behind him?

Out of an impulse a youth impressed by Zes. By his power, his skill and the calmness he was displaying while shocking everyone, got on his knees and bowed. The people around him were feeling similar and also bowed down. Moments later all the demons on the square were on the ground bowing towards Zes. They all felt that this was no humiliation but rather honor for them. This person was just too great in his being. He did not want revenge on the ones that almost killed his own race but rather wanted to make humanity big again. Not taking revenge, he was even giving the ones that submitted to him a treasure, which was changing their future, in spite of just taking it as granted and use them.

All this made immortal called Zes someone they were willing to follow and someone they started to respect in their hearts.

While everyone was bowing and silence dominated, Zes suddenly turned to Reis and the two other girls.

"By the way, why are you still wearing these clothes? After yesterday's…. well….. night. I had allowed you to wear whatever you want, no?"

As the memories of the last night appeared in Zes and the girls’ minds, their heads turned red.

After they had shown Zes their half beast half humanoid form, Zes was not able to control himself anymore. He dragged them into his room. The girls naturally understood what he was going to do and it made their hearts beat quicker but they did not resisted at all. Rather, if they were honest to themselves, they were really looking forward to it. In fact they had already been wondering when it would finally happen so now they were rather prepared. Still, they were really nervous as they were still virgins and had literally no experience in this field.

In Zes room, Zes sat on his bed not really knowing how to continue. If it was only one girl, it would have been easier to begin but he somehow had to get it started with tree girls at the same time. As it was also his first time, it was hard for him to even think straight so it was even harder to find a good beginning.

But Les and Zoe had been both instructed by Gay beforehand and so they vaguely knew what to do. So the three girls started by taking off their clothes and soon Zes that was still sitting on the bed was surrounded by three beautiful and naked girls.

To be honest, neither Zes, Reis, Les nor Zoe had any memory after this point but the next morning they all woke up in Zes bed, naked and feeling that some fluid was slowly flowing out of their bodies. So they all clearly understood what had happened. As the girls stood up from the bed, they saw Zes sitting in a corner and meditating. A blush could be seen on his face but when they stood up from the bed, he stopped meditating and opened his eyes.

"From now on you can do whatever you want to. That includes clothes and stuff."

Then he closed his eyes again and resumed meditating. The girls understood what he wanted to say. From now on they could wear whatever they wanted and also wear clothes in the bedrooms. It was kind of a repayment from Zes’s side.

The three girls just smiled and then walked into their personal rooms, white fluid was still dripping from their lower bodies but they did not seem to mind it. They just kept smiling and somehow their whole atmosphere was completely cheerful but calm.

But in their minds they only looked forward to the evening.

Even though Zes had lifted the restrictions on clothes, the three girls still wore very revealing clothes. They were not as tempting as the ones before but still very alluring. Also they kept their half beast half human form even though Zes tried to convince them to stop it.

Blushing Reis replied to Zes question.

"We are wearing what we want so there should be no problem, right?"

As he heard that Zes just sighed and turned back to the crowd. He could not really force them to stop it now so he just designated himself to it. Finally he realized the weird atmosphere that has been build up. The demons were still bowing and as it was really silent, they had heard everything Zes said. Most of them also understood what he was talking about and adding the facial expressions of Zes and the girls had, most could guess what had happened. So they did not really knew what to do now. In the first place why the hell did he touched that theme in such a moment? Couldn't that wait for later? All the demons had these thoughts right now. How the hell can a ruler start talking about this while taking over the rule? What the fuck is he thinking? Can he think at all?
