A/N Hmph... I bet at least 95% of my readers are all male, because you all whine and complain about the harem part. Sheesh you're all horndogs, I swear.... like me..... >_

Day 1,779
The first floors weren't much of a problem. I had David (soldier dude with the family.) and the others fight the monsters in the lowers floors of this dungeon because they weren't worth my attention. It was difficult for Chrom(green dragon) to enter the cave because he was a little to big for it and had to squeeze to get in.
There were a variety of monsters such as giant spiders that were 5 feet tall, trolls (Wilson and #10 were the ones to take care of them because they had high regen and Wilson had a tough time dealing with 3 at a time), monster dogs, and etc.
Overall it wasn't really that interesting for me. Well, at least the soldiers get some good experience from this. I think they should get a promotion after this.
After we reached the 10th floor we decided to take a break.
'Hmph... they're so weak. Why are they tired?'
We decided to camp here for the night and I took first watch because I didn't really do anything today. Chrom was also with us the entire day but he didn't look interested in fighting with the others and just watched.
Day 1,780
The next day we were able to reach the 20th floor but progress was a bit slower today, probably because there were stronger monsters. The monsters were actually coordinated and worked together to try to bring us down. (not that I did anything) but my soldiers were skilled enough to take care of them. The 3 swordsmen were the vanguard and the mage and archer were in the rear supporting them.

There were hobgoblins, lizardmen, and bigger beasts that I didn't know the names of. We ran into a beast which I thought was a chimera. It had the head of a lion, snake as a tail, with a goat's body and was about 7 feet tall.
I thought it looked kind of funny but my men didn't think so because they were fighting it. Chrom looked at the chimera with disinterest and ignored it which seemed to anger the chimera which caused it to rampage. I don't know why it did that considering Chrom is 7 feet tall and much heavier than it. I think it's stupid...
There were minor injuries but once Wilson and #10 joined the fray the fight ended much quicker. There wasn't much decent loot for me to take so I just let the soldiers pick up the gold that the monsters dropped and whatever else that interested them.
Day 1,781
'How long is this dungeon? I wanna go back to Ran... oh... wait...she's preggo....'
I'm having mixed feelings about my child right now. Sigh.... I guess I'll think about it when the time comes.
Today when we reached the 25th floor there was a huge ass minotaur with a big ass double bladed axe. It had bulging muscles (especially it's biceps and thighs), and was about 10 feet tall. Every time it breathed you could see the steam come out of it's nostrils.
The men seemed to shake in fear and I saw Wilson and # 10 seem doubtful of taking it head on.
Suddenly Chrom roared a mighty roar at the fearsome beast.
The minotaur replied with a roar of its own and stomped on the ground with its hooves. Chrom approached the minotaur with flames coming out of his nostrils with every breath and it looked down on the minotaur as if it was a lesser creature than him. (which it technically was true)

The minotaur roared in fury and charged at Chrom with its horns pointing in his direction. Chrom was surprised at its speed and was pushed towards the wall.
Chrom roared in pain as the minotaur's horns pierced his thick scales.
'Hmph... well, that's what you get for being so cocky mate.'
Chrom proceeded to blow out a torrent of flames at the beast and the minotaur cried out in pain with a loud...
"MMOOOOO!!!"-Minotaur
And it backed away. You could see its charred black skin and it rolled on the ground trying to put out the rest of the flames on its body.
Chrom looked at the poor cow in anger to finish it off.
The cow suddenly grabbed its axe and swung it at Chrom. Chrom was able to narrowly dodge the axe as it missed his head.
Looks like the minotaur tried to catch it's opponent by surprise but failed. Chrom bit the minotaurs arm and tore it off with its might draconic strength.
Blood poured from the open wound and the minotaur fell on its knees in pain. Chrom when up to it and bit its head off, ending the battle.
The soldiers cheered at his victory and Chrom seemed proud of his feat. We decided to rest here for the day.
Too bad I don't know any healing magic. But luckily #10 did and was able to apply first aid on Chrom which stopped the bleeding on the green dragon.
Chrom at the entire minotaur. He must have been starving after his battle.
Day 1,782
Today we reached the 39 floor. The floors are gradually getting harder and harder for the soldiers that came with me. There are many more stronger monsters now, like orcs, ogres, trolls, and the occasional shaman that uses dark magic. Luckily #10 was able to finish them off before they were able to do any serious damage.
When we got to the 40th floor it was completely different from the rest. We entered a large room. It was more like a huge cavern filled with water that reached to our knees and it got deeper the farther we got so we decided to stop.
I created a ball of light to see what was in the middle of the room and to see if we could cross the water somehow.
What the light showed us filled us with dread... even me....
The monster was humongous. It looked strangely like Cthulu for some reason. It was probably 20 feet tall while lying down and was bound it chains that looked like it could barely hold it.
It suddenly opened its eyes, probably due to the light from my magic. It's eyes were a deep shade of red that shined in the darkness even brighter than my light. The pressure that emanted from the primordial being froze us all in fear. The archer fainted. Even Chrom seemed to bow down to this monster.
It let out a deep noise like it was gurgling water and the entire cavern shook from the pressure.
It began to stand and it reached its full height of about 100 feet.
It flex its muscles and slowly but surely that chains got weaker and weaker until they broke and the monster was free..
Oh gods... what have I done?

Someday, he might even – hatch? “CHEEP!?” Things to Know: -Cheep!? Will release on a minimum weekly schedule. -After a backlog of chapters, posting will slow, but in the interim you can expect a chapter a day up until roughly 25 chapters. -This story at times will potentially carry some heavy moments, but the tone is intended to be lighter overall. -There are invisible game-like elements in this story, but nothing so concrete as a dedicated gamelit novel. -I personally have some issues with anxiety, so I may or may not interact with the community a lot. I'll try if anyone has questions, but I can't guarantee that it'll be consistent. -MC is a non-human lead, and will never actually become human. Romance will potentially happen between side-characters, but not with the MC. -MC IS NOT THE ONLY VIEW POINT. I have to put that out there because people sometimes hate alternate PoV's in a story. None of them will be filler, and they'll be there only to give a little bit more nuance and meaning to the world that the MC has stepped in, or is about to be imminently important. I'll try to keep them down, but this also helps to prevent me from burning out getting trapped in one view. -Most of all, I hope that this story is enjoyable to you, and that you have a great time reading it! -Written by Michael Adams, Cowritten/Edited by Summer Kent
