Day 1,699

I fly over to my city that is currently under siege.

"WILSON WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU!!! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE AND TELL ME WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!!!"-Me

My voice reverberated throughout the entire city and probably another 5 miles. I heard shouts from my army on the wall saying "The king has returned!! The king came back to save us!!!"

I saw Wilson rushing towards me. I told some soldiers to send Ptolemy and Ran back to the healing center and keep them rested.

"Wilson what the hell happened while I was gone? It's only been like 5 days."-Me

"Um... my lord you have been gone for an entire year."-Wilson

"WHAT!!!!"-Me

My voice was even louder this time and I'm pretty sure that I shattered some windows and everyone within 20 feet of me were on the ground covering their ears. Ooopss..

"What do you mean I was gone for a year?"-Me

"I do not know my lord. Many assumed that you abandoned us. But I had faith that you would return. This army is from the lord that you defeated a year ago when they sent the army of 20,000. It seems he and his allies decided to attack our city. They came about 1 week ago and we have been under siege ever since. We have lost 1,500 men and we have 9,000 left."-Wilson

"Okay leave this to me now. Tell everyone to go back home and rest or something except for the mages. Tell them to come here, even the students."-Me

I flew up into the sky again where I could see the entire enemy army.

It seems like that noble bastard didn't learn his lesson from a year ago. I guess I'm gonna have to pay him a visit soon

and teach him some manners.

first I used wind magic to blow off all of the enemy soldiers from the walls and sent them back about 10 feet. I gathered the clouds in the sky and lowered the temperature around the army to about negative 20 degrees. I made winds blow to make them cold and I made it start to snow.

I had to make sure none of this got out of control and destroyed my city so I was using quite a bit of mana. controlling the weather is no joke. I guess being able to use 30% of my power has its perks.

After about 5 minutes of harsh now I made it hail. Like huge ass hail. The hail was probably as thick as a fist if not bigger. The enemy mages couldn't do anything about this and I made a little mini blizzard that surrounded the entire army so that no one could escape.

I also created a small earthquake. It was probably a 5 on the richter scale. Dude creating an earthquake is pretty difficult. I mean you have to actually move a part of the planet that weights millions of pounds. I had to move the tectonic plates but had to make sure it didn't affect my city.

With that I left and my mages looked at me with reverence. I was almost out of mana and was pretty tired so I just went to my palace to sleep.

I think nothing should happen to my city and I think the blizzard will last about until tomorrow morning.

I plan to send back the survivors back.

Day 1,700

After my breakfast this morning I flew up to the sky and looked at the huge statue. It was about half complete. It was looking good. Now all they needed to finish was the one army lifting the sword into the sky and the head with the helmet.

I went to the enemy army and saw that only about 5,000 survived. It looks like the smart ones gathered the mages and created an igloo house big enough to survive the night.

The place looked like antarctica. The only thing missing were the penguins.. Hmm.. I wonder if they have penguins in this world.

I went down to them.

"BRING OUT YOUR LEADER. I COME IN PEACE."-me

The enemy trembled in my sight as a man in full armor came to meet me.

He bowed down and showed respect and fear on his face.

"I will let you all have a chance to live if you surrender and join my army. I plan on killing your lords cause they piss me off."-Me

"I would be honored to join you my lord."-army leader.

"Well come into my city and my people will feed you and take care of you. But if any of you cause any trouble I will kill you."-Me

I flew back to my city and told Wilson to let them in and take care of them. I also told him to gather all of the weapons from the battle field and dispose of the bodies.

I went to check on Ran and Ptolemy. Ran was asleep but Ptolemy was awake so I went to check on him.

"Yo Ptolemy how's your arm?"-Me

"I don't have it."-Ptolemy

"....... That was the joke."-Me

"Regis I need a boat."-Ptolemy

"For what?"-Me

"I'm gonna go back home."-Ptolemy

"What!! why??"-Me

"I realized how weak I was and that I wouldn't even be able to protect the ones I love. So I need a boat to go back home and I am going to get stronger."-Ptolemy

"Are you sure about this?"-Me

"Yes I'm sure and I want to leave as soon as possible."-Ptolemy

"Okay.. I will try to get your ride settled."-Me

I found Wilson and told him what to do and sent him off.

Day 1,701

Ptolemy left this morning and Hanson and I saw him off but Ran said that she wasn't feeling well and didn't say farewell to him as he left.

I asked Wilson what happened during the past year and he filled me in on all the events.

It looked like everything was going fine and a few more people joined the army and the economy was going well and that the people were happy.

"Wilson I want you to double the salary for the soldiers and to gather as many artisans as you can to hurry up with the statue project. I have another project in mind."-Me

"But my lord I do not believe we have the funds to make things move along so quickly."-Wilson

"It's okay I got a lot of money from the dungeon and have enough to triple the size of this city."-Me

With that Wilson left and I went to the adventurers guild.

I told them of my findings in the dungeon but they wouldn't believe me... Sigh... they said I needed to bring proof of the hydras head sigh... what a pain in the ass I guess I'm not gonna be able to get my reward for completing that dungeon.

I asked for a status card and they gave a new one to me.
