Soldier POV (The same dude that I talked about before and has 2 kids. also I'll keep on calling him soldier from now on.)

Haaa...... Life is good. I got promoted to 100 man commander. I guess I impressed the training instructors or something. Muahahahaha. My son seems to be enjoying school and my daughter seems to like working as a maid in the palace.

I enjoy having my own men to command it is quite fun, but I have to make sure that they don't think they can fuck around while I'm in charge.

The food that they serve in the cafeteria is quite good for breakfast and dinner. Most guys sleep in the barracks because we have to wake up early in the morning and switch with the night sentries so we get free breakfast, and dinner is served at around 6.

I'm thinking of buying myself a horse. Hmm... they cost around 2 silver so.. if i save up for a few months I should be able to buy one.

Regis POV

When I arrived at the scene I thought I saw a dragon but then I looked closer and realized that it had more than one head. It was a hydra.

Ran was lying on the ground. I think she was unconscious. Ptolemy was was also on the ground and he was missing his right arm.

They hydra had to be about 60 feet tall. It had about 15 heads swirling about hissing at me.

Stupid Hanson just charged in yelling out his lungs and he almost died.

Luckily I used earth magic to trip him so the hydra would miss him.

"Hanson grab Ptolemy and Ran and get out of here. I will take care of it."-Me

Hanson grumbled and complained about not being able to fight or something and left.

I used rock bullets to kill about 3 of them. But then they did something completely unexpected. They bit off the dead heads and 2 more came out in their place.

hmmm this isn't gonna work. So I tried freezing the heads but they must have ridiculously strong jaw strength cause the ice broke when they opened their mouths.

Shit... what do I do.

The hydra came at me and began biting me with it's multiple heads. I used wind magic to fly around and dodge that attacks.

I suddenly got an idea. huehuehue i'm such a genius.

I created a huge ass boulder with earth magic. Probably about 20 tons idk. all I know is that that shit was heavy as fuck and I dropped it on that bitch.

I'm pretty sure at least half of the heads were crushed and that I completely destroyed it's body so it shouldn't move.

I spent about more than half of my mana on it so I was pretty proud of myself.

There was a rumble. Aw shit...

The hydra with its immense strength pushed off the boulder and regenerated its body back to healthy condition. Also the parts where it's body was squished and had guts spilling out grew more heads from it.. fuck...

So now it had heads all over it's fucking body.

I complied and I blacked out.

I woke up not knowing what happened but I saw the hydra encased in ice. The ice was at least 20 feet thick and I doubted it would have been able to escape from that.

'Hey Shavdi how come I didn't do that?'-Me

Well for one thing. I had to release your power up to 30% and your stupid.-Shavdi

'Really! you released my powers up to 30%??!!! NICE!!'-Me

She did not reply to me so I'm guessing she's ignoring me... well that put me in a foul mood.

I found Hanson waiting for me while Ran and Ptolemy were laying on the ground both unconscious.

At least Hanson had the brains to treat their wounds and stop the bleeding for Ptolemy.

I feel bad for Ptolemy. He lost his right arm... I guess no more fapping for him anymore.

It seems Ran got a concussion. Sigh... if only I knew healing magic.

Hanson picked up Ptolemy while I carried Ran in a piggy back ride and we went back to the room where the hydra was.

Hanson was surprised at seeing the hydra encased in ice and asked me how I did it but I didn't answer his question.

There was a door behind the hydra and we entered.

Shit... was the only word I could think of.

This place was full of treasure. Gold, gems, weapons, a few books lying around and some marble statues that looked pretty darn good. There probably was enough to give all of the citizens of my city at least 10000 gold coins.

I dropped Ran and told Hanson to get rid of Ptolemy and put everything he could into the bags and to take out all of the food.

It took about 2 hours before the bags were full and we only got through about 2/3rds of the treasure.

With regret we searched for a way out.

Hanson found a magic circle and I believe that was our ticket out so we gathered the bags and Ran and Ptolemy and stepped into the magic circle.

I need to come back here for the rest of the treasure.

We were teleported which I assumed was outside of the dungeon but I could not find any of the horses that we left behind. Hm... that's strange we were only there for about 1 or 2 days at most and we left them with plenty of food.

We rested there for the night.

Day 1,699

Ptolemy and Ran woke up today and Ran definitely had a concussion and Ptolemy just felt like crap from losing his arm. So I decided to lift us up with wind magic and take us back to the city.

I did not expect this.

An army of about 50,000 was in front of my city attacking the walls. What the fuck??? I've only been away for like 4 days and this shit happens.
