Washing station worker POV:
I had gotten used to the pain by now, a pain that originated from the lowest crevice of my back, I would sit down and a sharp pain would spread throughout my body and would run up and down my spine, as I continually washed the clothes of those godforsaken nobles, my back slowly worsened and in the thin crevices and folds of my skin, small blisters started to appear and everyday I was in agony. My hands were calloused, and the black soap that we used, would seep into the crevices in between my fingernails, giving me a severe infection. None of the nobles ever came to give us a helping hand, we were far too below them for that, my children faces were the only thing that kept me going.
I was in agony, everyday, but I couldn't stop, I couldn't do anything else, I had to keep my family fed. Then that mysterious boy came…
He came didn't say word and kept going from person to person and would make faint white light shine on their backs. The people at the beginning were screaming thinking they were being hexed but soon realized, that their various ailments all disappeared the boy didn't say anything and none complained. When he came to me, I willingly let him do his magic on me. I suddenly felt all my injuries being healed by specific precise movements, and then all the, scratches and all the scars that had accumulated on me overtime were completely healed.
I looked at him, a small tear trickling down my cheek.
“I hope you feel better,” he whisphered
His voice almost ethereal brimming with power, melodious and compassionate.
The boy left swiftly as he came, his full cloak made it hard to see any of his features. He opened the door and the wind blew into his face, almost making the cloak come off, but I saw in that small split second, his long golden braid…
Castle Worker 1 POV:
Galahad, the boy was beyond mysterious.
He came, in tow with the most powerful being of this country, an almost insurmountable being to us, and he came with his head peeking through the deaths door. I was curious and with a few of the other maids, went to look at the boy when he was sleeping, the night he got here. His body has somewhat completely pale but I could see that there was muscle in small amounts. He had an angelic face, and had a head full of striking golden hair. I was so compelled I almost touched him.
Ever since then, we were told to treat the boy with respect. He was extremely polite to us. He respected any and all of his elders never to look down on people. We were humbled by his behavior. He would often come to the various workers stations, and would make conversation with us. He would often make us food himself saying we deserved to be treated well. He would cook up various broths and soups that when we drank would instantly invigorate us, and heal all our small injuries. It was uncanny. When we asked how he would do it, he would look at us give us a mischievous smile and says; “it's a secret”.

We had all grown to love and adore the boy. We would often see him in tow with the prince they would chat and continuously train together until dinner, and even after all the training they would take time to play with the little princess Lily. The prince was somewhat nonchalant about us and wouldn't treat us too well or to badly but, Galahad made sure we were happy, continuously asking us if our family is okay, and if needed any help.
I had told him once about my husband who worked in the city guard, who had been injured, during one of the magical beast attacks. We weren’t able to afford the medicine and the captain was threatening to fire him if he could not fix it. I asked young Gala once and he immediately went into the kitchen and cooked up a small roll of bread. He told me to give it to my husband and to make him eat all of it.
I was somewhat skeptical about it. How could an ordinary roll of bread heal my husband. I took the bread and gave it to my husband, he suddenly, said his shoulder was completely fine. He yelled and jumped, saying he could keep his work. He was beyond ecstatic.
The young boy would often cook up something whenever someone asked for help regarding their pain. He would never say no. I was scared that some of the others would take advantage of him but, none of them did. We all truly loved the boy.
We soon started calling him, “the angelic horse whispering, magic cook”. He would often laugh at that.
Uther Pendragon POV:
I knew the boy was special when I saw him for the first time. He never questioned anybody, never ordered anybody. He was always immersed in training, and the free time he would have is for dinner with me and my family, playing with Lily, and often going down to the workers quarters and converse and entertain them. I understood that he had soft spot for anyone that was not a noble, but I thought he would become like every other noble son, who after given any slight addition to their social status; abandons all their roots all the struggles their family went through. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he cared not for any sort of veneration.
I soon came to know about his various unprecedented activities in the castle. How he was called the horse whisperer, in the ways he fixed the various ailments of the horses, and how he was called the magic cook, as his cooking he made for the workers cured them of any of their former sickness. I secretly ordered them to get one of his magic bread rolls, and was surprised to find faint amounts of mana leaking from it. I ate the bread roll and felt the mana taking the nature of my own and try to find the various ailment in my body. Even things I hardly thought about, the outward scarring caused by battling a iron colossus bull, and other various scars were quickly disappearing.
I was surprised beyond anything. The boy was using healing magic, and not only that, he was using the healing magic in such a way that it innately would meld with the nature of my mana. He was doing something similar to the Holy Saint of the elf kingdom, and was using it to save slum dwellers and commoners. I laughed; this was truly something I had not expected. My father chose someone beyond anything I have ever seen before and was training him to become a monster. This child would become the greatest, maybe even beyond my own son. I thought to myself. I was somewhat jealous, what if he turns on my son demanding the throne for himself. I wanted to turn him into someone dedicated to the house of Pendragon, but I knew father would not forgive me for that.

I could only watch in awe as I saw this boy becoming stronger and stronger. One thing that put my heart at ease was the compassion this boy had for others. He was a mere child of 10 and still showed such maturity, such impeccable manners, that it astounded me. Coupled with his innate drive to help people I was sure he would not turn on my son.
Galahad respects himself, and extends that respect to those around him, regardless of whether they can see it, others treat them with it, or whether they deserve it in the first place. Galahad is cordial to a fault and by acting so brings others up to his level. He does not condescend, and never stoops to physical or verbal violence until there is absolutely no other option left. He treats others better than he expects to be treated, and doesn't become offended when his gestures are turned down or not appreciated. By the same turn, his self-respect ensures he won't continue to subject himself to anyone who demonstrates that they aren't willing to return the fundamental respect he gives them.
I truly admired the boy…
Arthur’s POV:
I dodged, as a barrage of attacks were coming at me from this small 10 year old boy, he was relentless butwould never land the full extent of the blow on me. I on the other hand did not have this luxury, I was getting my royal ass handed to me by my best friend, and I tell you it wasn't the best feeling. We exchanged blows continuously, and he would always come out on top, dodging most of my strikes at a hairs breadth, we were being taught the highest of martial arts, and were at the stage where all we could do to improve was spar, and use techniques we hadn’t seen before in a combat like situation. While our blows landed there would be some pressurised air coming out of the tips of our arms, and white mist would explode caused by the intense heat of our bodies, boiling the sweat away.
I raised my hand and did a sweeping kick towards Galahad, he ducked out of the way and crouched and sweeped my legs. I jumped up and when I was coming down he came running towards me and tackled me down while I was in mid air. I fell down and he got back up, offering me a hand. I smiled, grabbed hi hand and pulled myself up. Me and him were standing tow to tow he had long golden hair while I like to keep silver hair medium length, not too short not too long.
We both stared at my father, who had come to witness our sparring session. We had changed the hell’s cliff sessions to continuous lifting of weights and sparring with hand to hand combat. I was kind of embarrassed to say Galahad was better than me at hand-to-hand combat. He had a swift fluidic motion and was able to divert the power of my strike to the outside. He would never hurt me, always stopping his strikes at the last minute. I was somewhat annoyed at that but I guess that's like him.
“Well Galahad, I am glad to see you have been coming along well, you were no match for my son 6 months ago and now look at you, you can beat him,” father said, not a hint of jealousy was on his face.
“I try my best lord,” Galahad muttered.
“Well Arthur, you have a formidable opponent now don't you,” father looked at me.
“I will beat you one day Gala, just watch me,” I muttered, with a playful smile on my face. I would often before going to sleep replay my actions over and over again trying to see if there was any way I could have beaten him, trying to mentally improve myself.
“Haha, you can definitely try my friend,” he said with a smirk on his face.
We were at the increased weight of 5 times our normal gravity. I would often get tempted to take it off but I would never as I was afraid father had some sort of magic, which would tell him I had taken it off. Our training had gotten harder to say the least, both Gala and I were naturally strong and now were able to each lift weights of almost 50 kg, this was immense considering we were just 10 year old children, and with our added gravity we were basically lifting 250 kg. I was just as strong as Gala but boy was he good at endurance, I swear to god he could go on lifting weights all day.
“I think its about time you started sparring with your weapons, I can see that your bodies are now at the level where only weight training would help. And I want you to improve your techniques,” Father said.
“Father Gala only started learning the Magical Beasts, royal Spear style he could possibly not beat me,” I said. I didn't want to get my friend hurt.
“Child, have you not seen how Gala beat you today, I believe you are no where near the age where you can judge a man’s power by just looking at him,” father aid with a tern voice.
“Alright take your weapons let me see,” father said and went back standing out of range.
I quickly summoned my sword, “Durendal” I called. My sword, was similar to a Claymore, but was one handed. It was an awe inspiring Artifact that I got from my father when he started teaching me the Sword God style. It was completely silver sword with a blue line running down the middle with runes written on either side. The hilt was black with a lion roaring on the pommel.
“Longinus,” Gala summoned. His spear or, trident to be more precise was just over 50 cm taller than him and was a sight to behold completely silver with not one blemish as if the dust and dirt itself was afraid to get it dirty.
I took the first stance of the royal sword style, I lunged at him he deflected it always keeping me away at the length of the spear whenever I tried to get close he would deflect my blows and acrobatically jump away. I slowly figured out his movements and father was right he was almost as proficient at the royal spear style as I was with the sword style. Once I had gone on the defensive, regaining my strength after the successive attacks, Gala went on the offensive. HE was relentless using a barrage of quick precise and extremely strong movements. We were forbidden to even try to learn magic, as our bodies apparently would inwardly burst, not that I could use magic anyway.
He was unyielding; continuing the attacks looking for was to knock down my defence we were going to and fro for almost 3 hours until my father finally stopped the sparring. I looked at Gala he wasn't huffing and puffing like me but he was still visibly sweating.
I didn't think that I would be able to meet such a strong companion so early on in this life. This boy and I are going to be great friends. Most of the time I would spend with Gala and we had developed an impeccable trust for each other. I always trusted him to have my back and he did the same. We would play with Lily together and eat dinner after which I would go into my room and start my mediating and contemplated on ways to defeat Galahad, before starting my meditation.
Our lives soon became an endless circle of training and eating. I was slowly becoming taller, handsomer and so was Galahad; he had an angelic face, while I had the devilish handsome guy routine down.
2 years later…
