It's afternoon right now.

After coming out from the hotspring we are being taken by Nemilin to the castle. As we passed by the fairies who were busy fixing their homes, I helped them a little by restoring the remnant of their destroyed houses. Although I just helped them casually, they gave me a gem like stone in black. I took after founding out what it was and began to walk with others towards the castle.

Now that i'm seeing this sight while I walk with others. I can tell this place is truely beautiful, fairies flying around the places, talking with some beasts of [Dragon Valley] and collecting resources like honey, nectars of different types of flowers and using spirit magic on sprout of plants growing them into saplings. I wonder what kind of tree it will grow into... It gives off a sweet smell. As I was lost in my thought and was about to use [Analysis]. Nemilin who is on my right shoulder tells me about it.

"That's a sugar tree sapling. When it is grown it uses its roots to absorb mana turning it into sugar crystals. Sugar crystals from sugar tree is that of sea colour, and its effects and uses are many but we fairies only know that it tastes sweet. We fairies like sweet~ things so we grow them here.

"Do all of you fairies like to eat sweet things. I can help you with making something sweet with that sugar when I have time, but you have wait until I can finish my work."

Maybe seeing my face she understood I was curious about that saplings. But it's good, I don't have to eat fruits all the time... I know that old man(father) gave me food rations, but how can I eat if I don't have ingredients to cook. And now I can cook any ingredients with my [Cooking] being on level 10.

"Can you really make it Saito!?"

When did she start calling me Saito? Listening to the word 'sweet' is making her eyes sparkle. Fairies might have had hard time having a queen like her, she looks ready to jump at my words.

"Master, can you really make something sweet! I-I mean we fairies really like to eat sweet things, and it also helps us fairies nurishing our soul to form a link with the [Spirit Tree]."

Seeing Dusks bashful side with redness on her cheeks caught my sight for a while. Listening to her words I can tell it must be important for fairies to form a link with [Spirit Tree].

"What exactly happens when a fairy forms a link with [Spirit Tree]."

"When a fairy forms link with [Spirit Tree], they evolve... Us fairies use [Spirit Magic] with the help of spirits but if a fairy evolves, their body changes as they will be able to control spirits giving them the power to use [Spirit Magic] freely."

"It will be nice to control spirits, don't you think? I want to try it someday if I can evolve."

I wonder what is happening today, Dusk is bashful and Pixy is dreamy. Does sweet really mean that much to them. Well I don't mind making it but first i'll have to do my own work.

"I can make it, but first I have to finish my work, ok?"

"Saito you really are great."

Saying that Nemilin kissed my cheeks. I thought Rin might get angry but instead she smiles at me, as her chest has been poking my arms for a while, she has been hugging my left arm from the time we left hotspring. Being kissed by a beautiful and cute fairy and my beautiful fiance makes me happy but I can't show it to them.

"Saito make sure to make extra for me."

"Master, please ask me if you need my help in making!"

Pixy isn't like her usual self, did she gain some kind of enlightement or is it that she shows her that side in excitement or fight, and she also started calling me Saito. Maybe it is easy to use as name, well I don't really mind but it will confuse some people in the future if they call me Saito and Haruhiro. And Dusk if you really want to eat sweets just say so, I'll make more of it just for you guys.

"You guys..."

I smile wryly seeing these 3 little fairies 'want to eat' look on their faces.

"Rin would you also like to try tasting some of it after I make them."

"Sure, I'll try anything you make."

"And Zeal, you?"

"I would aslo like to try my lords cooking."

"Ok, be sure to comment after tasting it."

I said it as I kept thinking about hammer as to not forget the other stuff I have to do before making sweets.

....

We reached our destination.

The castle is big enough for us to go inside, maybe visitors like us comes here frequently so they made it big. Walking through corridors we reach the castle throne. Looking around this place there are fairies wearing tough looking armors with spears on their back and swords hanging on their waist. They should be the guards of this castle, but why weren't they outside is it some kind of rule that says 'guard the throne even if it kills you', well fairies are carfree race they don't think like humans, so they might have their reasons.

As I was looking around, 10 fairies with robe like outfit came towards us from beside the throne. They were the elders that Pixy talked about, they must have higher position than normal fairies like Pixy and Dusk. And Pixy kind of seem irritated when she talked about them. Did Pixy caused some kind of trouble for them. Thinking it carefully she might have after all she is spirited person.

I look towards Pixy who was pouting on my left shoulder as her gaze were directed towards the elders group. I got to see rare expression of Pixy. Thinking that my opinion about Pixy shattered. There are times when my opinion about others are wrong, so I should't judge them just by their faces and behaviour alone.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"No, it's just that you seem kind of mature to me right now. And your atmosphere has also changed since the time we left hotspring so I was just thinking about it."

Well it certainly might be the affect of hotspring if I think about both Pixy and Dusk behaviour. Maybe the effect of hotspring breaks the restrains of heart making them free from their own self. And if my thinking is correct then I can tell why they began to behave like this. But I can still say they are their unsualself even with a bit of changes.

"I have always been like this!"

Pixy punched me on my cheeks as she became a bit red after hearing the former words. Her punch was ticklish and It was rather enjoyable seeing her behave like that so I can only smile at her and look at the elders who approached us.

"Queen Nemilin, preparations has been finished."

One of the female fairy from the group come forward and says that to Nemilin. She has straight long hair in black with light green eyes, long bangs with one being tuck behind her right ears. She can be compared a beauty the same as Nemilin.

"Good work Sara, I knew I can believe in you. Hehehe~~"

"Nemilin at least behave like a Queen in front of our guests."

Nemilin hugs Sara as she smiles. And Sara looks troubled seeing Nemilin like that as she is being hugged by her.

I can tell they love each other with their interaction. And Nemilin is being spoiled by her which is why she dosen't behave like a Queen. She only shows her Queen mode when needed.

"I'm really sorry for Nemilin behaviour, as she doesn't like being Queen so she acts like this."

Sara apologises for Nemilin as she exposes Nemilin weakness. She is telling me their weakness that can give a fatal blow to their race, or are all fairies this careless. I look behind Sara where other elders are present and some of the seem to have grim expression. I felt relieve seeing that. At least there are some who can understand the situation, and I also understood why the [Fairy] race got attacked so easily. They trust others too easily and can be persuaded through sweets and all. But some of them understands that if look at elders who made grim experssion. Probably.

"Dusk and Pixy, good work bringing them here. We elders shall reward you for yor hard work."

"Sara-neesan we did it only to save our brethren. And also.. We got to meet our master we want to serve, so it's a good situation for me and my sis. And so, I don't need anything for reward."

Well, it is her decision I can't say anything but I wonder what will Pixy do, now that she heard Dusk say that.

"Are you sure Dusk, you would get your wish fulfilled If you don't decline. And you had once said me in the past, that you only wanted your one wish to be fulfilled, did't you?"

"I-I wanted that and I got my wish~ so I don't need anymore."

"I see. Now then Pixy what do you want as a reward."

Seeing Dusk say that Sara smiled and looked towards me and asks Pixy about her reward. I'm also curious about that. At the time we first met Pixy showed evil smile when she talked about getting reward from the elders.

Pixy shows her energetic evil smile and said.

"I want Sara-nee to step down from her elder position and form a [Pact] with Saito and follow us from now on."

Hearing that I was startled and so were Dusk and the elders, but it did't affect others ecpecially the person whom these words were thrown to.

What the hell are you doing increasing the members of my party, without my permission. Well I won't be burden because of inceasing members but the people outside [Dragon Valley] will become bewildered seeing me summon fairies more than one. And I don't think Sara will accept that, as It will only increase the problems of the [Fairy] race if she stepped down from her position. Even if she did I don't think the elders will let her do that easily. I mean if she has an important role that the candidate to become elder can't complete, she will be stuck here until they find a good candidate that can fill her position. So Pixy should't hope much that her wish will be granted. And I'm amazed at her straightforward words.

As I was thinking that Sara gave her answer which was a surprise for me, Dusk and elders.

"Ok, I will grant your wish. All the elders present shouldn't mind about my decision, right? And you can select my student Noa as a candidate for my position.

Sara said the latter words towards elders turning at their direction. And the elders nodded at her with happy experession. Maybe Sara student might be good at doing her work as Sara trained her personally, and that may be the reason elders happily accepted her proposal. But still she easily stepped down from her position, was she bored of doing her work. And I think Pixy knew about something so she wished for it. Sara looks at Pixy with happy face and Pixy pouts at her with a bit of redness on her cheeks.

So It was as I expected. Being a spirited fairy she also wanted Sara to be free and think of a solution for her problems. As a result Pixy breaks down Sara's restrains making her free. But still if she forms [Pact] with me she will be restrained by me. Does Pixy thinks I won't restrain Sara, if so then she really believes me. I will make some extra sweets for her as it made me happy if Pixy thinks of me like that.

Sara comes infront of me and asks me.

"My name is Sara, and I would like to form a [Pact] with Saito-san. Also you shouldn't be concerned about me if you are thinking I'm just fulfilling Pixy's wish."

I will be a bit concerned if you are fulfilling Pixy's wish just like that but I know her reason, so I'm ok with it. But you should atleast be concern about yourself, you are about to form a [Pact] with someone you don't know, you know?

"I'm fine with it if you are ok with me."

As I said that, Sara began to chant something and a song with beautiful voice began to spread arround, her beautiful wings began to glow in a colourful manner as her chant finished she kissed my cheeks instead of my forhead. It was kind of short somehow and she kissed my cheeks instead of my forhead. Is it different type of [Pact] than the one Dusk and Pixy did with me.

As I asked Sara she said.

"It's the same as the one Saito-san did with Dusk and Pixy. The only difference is, It only takes short chant and I won't have to do that embaressing dance in front of others. And Saito-san."

Sara comes close to my ears and said in a happy voice.

"I also wished to form [Pact] with someone who saves our race like a hero. My wish was kind of like a childlike dream but it was fulfilled today."

She said the latter part in a shy voice, which I didn't expect her to do as she looks kind of 'the duty filler' type person. And It kind of tickles my ears when she said that. Was she always like this. I don't know cause I just met her now, but her telling me about hero and all, maybe she likes fairy tales. Also she is a 'fairy' so calling 'fairy tales' feels akward somehow.

On the other side Nemilin began to pout as she looks at me with her teary eyes. I know why she is doing that but I won't say anything, I will only ask her.

"Nemilin, do you have something to say?"

"I also wish to form a [Pact] with you."

A straight forward answer, atleast she said it. It took her long time, If I think then maybe from the time Nemilin heard Dusk became my follower. She tried getting close to me from that time and finally said it, struggle pretty much from it. Now the total members my party will be 7 excluding Zeal, but I will summon Pixy, Dusk, Sara and Nemilin on sightseeing outside the [Dragon Valley] sometimes. It will be a big problem if they are seen by my side.

"But Queen, you should not do that. [Pact] form between Queen can be only be done when a Queen wants her race to be under the person she wants to form [Pact] with. And if you do that with Saito-san who is our benefactor but we still don't know much about him."

"Queen, elder Mai is correct you shouldn't do that."

From the elders line one female fairy came forward and said that as one of the male fairy supports her with his words. And other elders seems to nod on them. I didn't think it will be troublesome so I was about to say no to Nemilin, but Rin comes in front of me as she says some arrogant words.

"Are you saying you are going to defy Lord Of The Dragon.

She said that in an intimate voice as her eyes changed to that of a Dragon.

Elders and both Nemilin and Sara trembled hearing her words. Soldiers that were guarding the throne also began to tremble as Rin's dragon aura began to leak violently.

Seeing her eyes and the leaking aura of Rin, elders began to wishper to each other.

"Did you hear she said Lord Of The Dragon."

"Look at her eyes she is a Dragon."

"Did our race made some mistakes that they sent one of them here to punish us."

"Lord Of The Dragon? Did Lord send them here to convey us this message."

They are whispering all over the place as it gets noisy, so Rin leaks more of her aura silencing them.

"My name is Rin Blaze and I'm the daughter of the retired Lord Of The Dragon. I came here following my husband to help you. And so my husband being the new Lord Of The Dragon you shouldn't have any problems forming [Pact] between Nemilin and Haruhiro, right?"

Rin gave her introductions to the elders making them flustered and hearing me being the Lord Of The Dragon gave them the finishing blow, as they hurriedly straighten their back and bowed to me. My face cramped as I smiled at them, seeing how they change their attitude in seconds. Really... they are easy going. Sara, after hearing Rin words also bowed to me as she made Nemilin do the same who was puzzled at their actions.

"Ya.. you don't have to do that, I don't like these kind of things. And Nemilin do you really want to form [Pact] with me, you are a Queen, you know."

"I want to, and both Pixy and Dusk had also form [Pact] with you, and now Sara also did so I also want to."

"There will be many dangers, you know? Like ghosts and some dangers involving humans might harm you, and there are more ghosts around the place I will be going after I leave [Frxye]."

I said that in a scary voice as I got closer to Nemilin. She seems a bit scared hearing me.

"I-I can kill them wi-with my spirit magic, so you can rely on m-me."

Haha, It will be an interesting trip around the world.

"Then lets form [Pact], I'll be relying on you when the time comes."

After saying that Nemilin smiles as she hugs me and we begin to form [Pact]. Froming [Pact] with Nemilin I asked them to give us some rooms to rest, but we had some univited guests.

So they are trying to attack Fairy race again. I wonder when they will evolve to start seeing lives aren't plaything. Demester race.
