Right now I'm being staired at, the dragons were silent after they saw my battle with the daughter of the old man(dragon chief).

"YOU SHOWED ME A GOOD MATCH HARUHIRO"

When the old man(dragon chief) said that, dragons began to celebrate firing their breath in the sky. I walked at the direction where she got blown away, as I reached her I used my magic to heal her injuries, she stood and looked at my face, and changed her line of sight to the direction of the old man(dragon chief)

"FATHER"

When she called the old man(dragon chief), all the dragons became silent, it was as if she was about to say something important.

"HOW WAS IT.."

"STRONG"

"SO DO YOU ACCEPT HIM"

"........"

Why are they silent, it's making me feel awkward, even I can speak because of them.

"SHOULD I TAKE YOUR POUTING AS YES, AHAHAHA.. ITS MY FIRST TIME SEEING YOU POUT LIKE THAT MY DAUGHTER"

Before the battle...

When we reached our destination, I look at the place thinking about one thing, this place is too spacious!! So this is where me and the old man(dragon chief) will battle.

I looked at the old man(dragon chief), who is in my left with a smug face, was looking at his fellow dragons.

"MY FELLOW DRAGONS, YOU SHOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT THE PRESENCE WE SENSED BEFORE. AS I... AND MY NEW FRIEND HANDLED IT. IT WAS TOUGH TO DEAL WITH THAT MONSTER AS HIS MANA CAPACITY WAS TOO HIGH AND WERE OVERFLOWING, BUT MY FRIEND HERE HAD A METHOD TO SEAL THAT MONSTER."

Is this old man(dragon chief) talking about me, calling me monster with overflowing mana.. wasn't it small amount that was leaking. Maybe to them, I look that way.

The silent hurts...

Every single dragon is staring at me with seroius look, maybe they are curious about me too, but you shouldn't stare at someone like that, they will get scared you know. I should say something to them as I unknowingly became friend of old man(dragon chief).

I scratch my head and began my introduction.

"My name is Saito Haruhiro as you can see I'm a human, I came to the dragon valley to meet dragons, as I had only heard and never seen a dragon before, I'm excited after seeing you guys, so i'll like to know more about you and have decided to stay here until then, please take care of me."

As I said that.

The dragons laughter could be heard everywhere, I don't know what made them laugh so I decided to laugh with them. From among the dragons there were few who believed the words of old man(dragon chief), about me defeating the monster together with him, and many who didn't believe it. And the believing part turned into a strange 'strength' competition as the battle is about to begin. I was supposed to battle with old man(dragon chief), still to get stuck with 'strength' competition. And as for why they didn't believe me... its simple, before coming here I suppressed my mana at a level where the dragons can sense no mana from me.. I really did it now, i'll be seen as a normal human when i'm traveling around.

He said that with a smug in a low voice, so I was the only one who heard that. But to change my opponent just like that, he is taking my feelings too lightly as I'm interested in the 'Wedding Ceremony' of dragons. And just now now he said something like 'sacred battle', guess i'll just accept it.

"Old man(dragon chief) at least tell me when you are doing that"

I said and went with him to where the competition of strength will begin.

The dragons were surrounding the area in circle, and in the middle of it was me and my opponent, the one I'm facing right now is an adult dragon, he is said to be the strongest afte the daughter of the old man(dragon chief) in the category of adult dragons.

But the old man(dragon chief) is simply lying down on a big tree, as a chief he is using his position skilfully to watch the match in comfort. Is what I wanted to say but, the tree in which the old man(dragon chief) is laying down, uses the mana of old man(dragon chief) to hide and nurture the dragon valley. He must have had to experience mana drain many times, I will help him when I'm finished with the one in front of me and his daughter who I havent seen until now.

"LET'S SEE YOUR STRENGTH WITH OUR OWN EYES, AS A LOWLY HUMAN YOU HAVE GUTS TO SAY YOU DEFEATED SOME ABNORMAL BEING."

Saying that, he flew towards me swinging his sharp claws.

"Let's begin the match shall we."

By the way i'm equipped with dual swords to make my body accustomed to my skill [Dual Weilding], as I fight him.

I lightly swing my right-hand sword and block his claws. The effect of the block produced winds, flying dust around.

"THE WINNER OF THIS BATTLE IS SAITO HARUHIRO."

I completely forgot, I should do something about my name as they call me Saito Haruhiro.

"Hey old man(dragon chief), can you call me haru from now on, it feels awkward when you call me by my full name."

"SURE, GOT IT. ......BWAHAHAHAHAH, NOW I'M GOING TO ANNOUNCE ONE MORE THING. MY FRIEND HARU HAS ACCEPTED MY OFFER TO BATTLE MY DAUGHTER IN 'SACRED BATTLE'. AS MY FELLOW KINS, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS FOR US, AS YOU HAVE SEEN THE STRENGTH OF MY FRIEND HARU. I WOULD LIKE YOU, MY FELLOW KINS TO UNDERSTAND WHY I CHOSE HIM"

When he said that, the dragons fell in silence for a moment, they were looking at their kins with their nodding heads, as if the had decided to ans the old man(dragon chief).

"GAYAGAYAGAYAGAYA"

They shouted in loud voice. I didn't know what they were doing so I asked the old man(dragon chief), he replied with smug face.

"PREPARE FOR THE BATTLE MY FRIEND THEY ARE ONN ABOUT IT."

So it's finally about time.

"Hey old man(dragon chief), where is she your daughter, l haven't seen her, does she have similar characteristics as yours, l mean in looks as I don't want to see a smug face throughout the battle."

"YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I SMUG WHEN I LOOK AT YOU, AFTER THE BATTLE IS OVER BWAHAHAHAHAHA"

"So where is she.. I can't wait you know, I want to battle her quickly as I have some work to do after I complete my part of deal..."

"SHE IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, CAN'T YOU SEE HER"

I got blown away as I dropped my caution because of our talk, I was completely fooled by my carefree manner... but it's good to know that someone was able to catch me offguard like that, lets see how the daughter the old man(dragon chief) told me looks like.

It's good though, to the holder of [CEye] as I didn't evel feel or got damage from her attack.

As I stood and look around to check on her, I saw that being a dragon she looks quite amazing as compared to the dragons present here, although her appearence is of a beauty dragon her color is the same as her father, kinda like blazing.

"SO YOU ARE THE ONE WHO CHALLENGED ME TO THIS DUEL, LET'S SEE IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF ME HUMAN"

"Certanly i'm the one who challenged you, I want to fight dragons that are stronger so I can comfortablely tour around the world without commotion. So shall we start from where we left off.."

I kicked the ground and jump towards her as I swung my sword horizontally with the back of my sword, as it was about to reach her.

"I'm more of a danger than the one before you fought."

She said and vanished from my vision as if she was never present here in the first place. I think she is using some kind of magic to evade from my attack, must be one of her skill.

"You might be quite the high one I had fought until now, as one would expect from that old mans(dragon chief) daughter, I'm glad your father chose you as my opponent for my practice. But sorry i'm gonna have to end this, lets have a great match again something."

Hearing me she sighs as if she understood something and changed her line of sight towards old man(dragon chief), she retracts her gaze towards me.

"IF YOU CAN BEAT ME I WILL ACCEPT YOU WHOLEHEARTEDLY, SO BE PREPARED I'LL BE USING MY FULL POWER TO ATTACK YOU AS I'M A BIT ANGRY RIGHT NOW... I WON'T BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE YOUR LIFE."

As she said that she bagan to gather mana all over her body, ground began to shake and the dragon kins began to make a commotion seeing her using that attack.

Is it some kind of ultimate attack or something is what I was thinking and I was right, a bright and hot sun was floating inside her mouth as it grew more hotter and hotter, I began to think, is it alright to use that attack just because your mood was off... I mean I can sense that the attack she is going to use is not something even an army of a country can withstand as the mana presence in that attack is quite huge.

Well let's just deal with it. The dragon kin began to run far places to avoid being hit by that attack, haha even dragons are scared of her attack.

"Ok give your all.. i'm waiting for you"

"I KNOW YOU ARE NOT A NORMAL HUMAN, AS MY FATHER KNOWS ME THAT I WILL ONLY ACCEPT SOMEONE STRONGER TO ACQUIRE THE TITLE OF STRONG, SO LETS SEE IF YOU CAN HANDLE MY ATTACK."

She is quite fixed at the title, as previously the old man(dragon chief) also said that.

When I was thinking that she shot that sun towards me at full force.

"It's kinda waste to let this beautiful battle arena get destroyed... let's finish it!.."

I slashed the sun in a speed it looked like thousand swords and cut it into tiny pieces as it exploded like festival bombs that kids use.

"It's was an interesting attack, but you shouldn't use it as it can harm your own peacful valley. Now its my turn."

She was staring at me with eyes someone that is both in amazement and interest. I got itch at my back after seeing her so I stopped my train of thought and swung my sword to finish the game.

After the battle ended I was walking with the old man(dragon chief) and Rin. The name Rin is of old mans(dragon chief) daughter, as she introduced herself after the battle with a bright smile( but I could tell she was smiling brightly you know as she changed her way of speaking with me).

We walked towards a place called [Sacred Gift] where the challenger and the opponent sacrifice their little blood to acquire the title if the strongest.

As we reached our destination, I saw a statue of dragon bigger that the real dragon. And it's brimming with mana.

"What should we do.. it's quite big how are we going to sacrifice our blood, I don't see anything here where we can sacrifice our blood."

"WAIT AND SEE MY FRIEND"

Still the smug face is getting more and more intense, what is he so happy about.

"ANCESTORS OF ANCIENT TIME COME AND HEED MY REQUEST."

As he said that the dragons statue began to move faced us.

"MY CHILD HAVE YOU FOUND THE ONE"

The statue bagan to talk.

"OUR GREAT ANCESTOR I FOUND SOMEONE WHO CAN HOLD THE TITLE AND LEAD DRAGONS TO BECOME THE TRUE DRAGONS."

As I was thinking that the statue was staring at me like it's checking me.

"YOU ARE NOT A HUMAN FROM THIS WORLD, AND I CAN SENSE SOME GREAT POWER WITHIN YOU.."

The statue is staring at me too much as if it is still searching for something.

"..........!! BWAHAHAHAHA TO THINK THAT THE UNIVERSAL EYE HOLDER CAME TO DRAGON VALLEY IT IS QUIET THE HONOR TO SEE SOMEONE LIKE YOU."

What the hell I thought only gods know about it.

And why are they so shocked the daughter and father pair...

"So you knew about me, how did you know about the universal eye, cause only GODS know about it I think."

"THATS BECAUSE THE ONE WHO CREATED US AND THIS PLANET AND THIS UNIVERSE WAS THE UNIVERSAL EYE. THE UNIVERSAL EYE AFTER CREATING US MILLIONS OF YEAR AGO GOT BORED AND THOUGHT OF FINDING SOMEONE WHO CAN OVERSEE TOGETHER."

So that's how it is huh..

"Ok.. so can we proceed with the ritual I need to look around this place for sometime and will have to hurry towards elf village."

"PLACE YOUR AND HER HAND TOGETHER IN FRONT OF ME."

It's really simple. We did as we were told and placed our hand together in front of the statue, as the dragon saw and cut a bit of our flesh, blood began to come out from it amd flew towards the statue.

The blood began to mix together and vanish in the thin air, I got confused and asked the statue what happened.

"IT'S A PROCESS WHERE YOU WILL BE RECOGNISED AS THE STRONGEST FROM DRAGON VALLEY AND THE RULER OF OF IT."

"Ruler..? But I though ill only get the title of strongest or so I thought."

I said and waved my hand to say goodbye to the ancestor of the dragon.

As I said that the old man (dragon chief) began to laugh.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHA. WE JUST SAW THE WEDDING CEREMONY OF DRAGONS MY FRIEND DON'T YOU KNOW."

What the hell is he talking about. I thought and turned towards rin.

"Rin what is this old man(dragon chief) saying, i can't understand, can you tell me clearly."

"THE THING IS THE SACRIFICE WE JUST DID RIGHT NOW WAS FOR YOU BECOME THE RULER AND IT ALSO IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY FOR RULERS AS THEY HAVE TO COMPLETE THE EMPTY PLACE FOR QUEEN."

"AS OF TODAY I'M YOUR FIANCEE, TAKE CARE OF ME."

She said and kissed on my lips.

As I was in shock I was only thinking of one thing.
