"So our sleeping prince already awake, do you know the way you sleep like there’s no tomorrow..?" Era said

I hug era then said "I mean slightly becoming an enchantress, if anybody will say you're ugly, they might have dog eye, if you three make a post ‘looking for boyfriend’ I'm sure thousands of people will fall in line to have chance from you pfft*" I said

I remove her from my hug and then sit down to the sit and smiled at them

"Well, first of all, I never had a woman, the second I'm telling a truth not a lie, if you post a wanted boyfriend even I will apply so don't belittle yourselves, you should be proud of you because each of having different traits a guy would fall in love with," I said then the three blushed then

"Oh.. our little jack know our different trait that would make a guy fall in love which is?" Dina said

Using [[ Clay molding ]] + [[ Rune Enchanting ]] + [[ Wood Crafting ]] [[ Nature Magic ]] I already have idea on my mind.

First I flattened the ground then I create a strange lining on to it, like an electrical board, then I create a drainage place underground. the three girls looking at me weirdly why there's a space underground, where a human cannot go in.

I created 6 feet solid smooth stone shape diamond and make it a food Mana conductor by runes with auto repair auto charge but charging will take time I put 4 9-ranked magic crystal make a 6ft Mana Generator,

I created 3 of it same process for supplying the whole place

Mana Recovery helps the three 6feet Mana generator to recover, I even planning to create a tower as natural lightning receiver later which can help the whole system to recover some energy.

This 3 is in close space underground and connected a magic circuit I created.

(Mana circuit: imagine your computer motherboard there's a strange lining on it, which is act as wiring, connected your power supply, hope some system unit fundamentals hehe)

Rune of Light for light acts as bulb

Rune soundproofing, one way sound you can hear outside from inside you can’t hear inside, or both ways lock the sound.

Every room has doorbell function on the door because you can of soundproofing.

Open window, the window was created by Runes of the shield can set in transparent or not, or one way transparent see like soundproofing, rune of wind act as an exhaust fan and I also create a substitute to Aircon or heater using rune.

Of course, almost all have runes of strengthening and repair.

Then I do the same to other 39 room, the window was pointed at sunrise, it’s like a classroom building unit version.

Because it’s a box-like building without a kitchen on it so I cannot be considered condo type hehe.

I created a big kitchen, almost all appliance was made by the runes, create big dining hall, a meeting hall, big pool, make artificial hot spring, I even create training ground, a big study room where I plan to explain the rules and restriction of heroes.

I create a wall surround the are its look like a simple fence in the farm, I even put 5 million gold to one room which makes other scared, they first think I create it but I explain spatial space skill where I can hide a thing.

I create master bedroom equal to 4 room on the fifth floor, I make the bed of fluffiness I created using tailoring, its only take 10mins.

I create a mini-map of the whole building, made of stone which has only light indicator, if there’s a person in the certain room which indicated someone is using it, that room will have a light, but not including the 40 rooms and the master bedroom, I'm planning to put this in the center of the hose above the Mana generator.

Then we get some tool from Era's manor for cooking stuff and Dina created a dish and make lunch for testing the kitchen tools.

I set 8 tower stick octagon shape around the building and make a barrier only on gate side is open.

One of the usages of it is act as a lightning receiver.

Two-act as the barrier, restricted space fluctuation without permission.

I make an interspatial ring and gave to the three girls it contains a 10-meter space, and act as pass permit through the barrier o creates a waiting area outside binding by the first blood it record, lock usage can be undone only by the owner, except if you're rune and space master.

Except if you are in different space it will not work, example inside the dungeon.

I even create a rune of teleportation per floor, like instant teleportation, inside octagon area I feel like I'm the space master, I already created my small world but cost Mana. In every room I set a small gem where you can insert Mana, it’s good for increasing its capacity so I just tell them what the use of it, not mandatory and I put gauge meter for Mana generator, there's a lot of space outside and I don't have yet any idea to it.

The three ladies decided to live here and request a normal size bed of fluffiness.

They were very excited to use every single appliance here, the most awkward thing I teach is how to use the toilet bowl pft*!

Then I create a table, 4 chairs with a set of card, I create paring games using runes, that will shuffle the deck and random gave to the 4 players.

I create chess table using wood, a normal chess then I got a good idea

I create a 1sq. meter table make a chess field, and chess pieces, then I put runes on to it and simple attack then I realize that using a rune, I make a soldier or guard but required a more complex program.

I make carriage power by Mana stone, etc. but what I'm really wanna do is create equipment using it.

At night I prepare a good dish made by the ingredient inside the dungeon..

Then after that long day, we sleep...
