After the creation of the Liquid Storage Device, Raynor has been creating even more stuffs that almost filled the entire room. Even Erina, the supplier of those raw materials has begin wondering, where did all those materials that Yuria ordered went to. Although Erina did promise Yuria to ask her for anything she wants during this period of her stay, provided it is not too extreme.

The amounts of materials consumed by Raynor all this time are able to fully armed a 100 men soldiers. There are also some rare earth materials and magic crystals included in it.

What Raynor found when he begins to analyze magic crystals is that they emit waves of harmless radiation. It can also create a large harmless radiation field that can act as x-rays. Speaking of x-rays, he remembered that he wanted to scan his own body for any anomalies caused by the mana particles in the atmosphere.

It took him almost five days to build a full body scanner. It is connected to his PC where all the programs and information files that he managed to save from corruption. The informations he have, contains the biological information records of a normal human being.

Right now, he will scan his own body and compares it to the information that he have.

After he performs his full body scan, he receives an unexpected result.

His brain wave, and biological build are very different from an average human, but is actually quite similar to a psychic user. Similar to those that have awoken to their psychic powers back on Earth.

But when he thought about it, he remembered that he actually consumed the chemical substance that granted a person psychic powers through mutation. Right now, he has every biological characteristic that a psychic user have. That means he has now awoken to psychic powers, but have not explored his new ability yet.

Right now, Raynor is quite worried. If he really has mutated into a psychic user, according to his data, his personality will also change. He might abandon the road to scientific researching and pursuit the road to body cultivation, just like the rest of the human beings back on Earth does.

He now begins to regret about testing the chemical substance on himself.

Other than the part where his body is similar to a psychic user, there are also some differences. It is not recorded in any of his data about normal human being or psychic being. It is a slightly new form of mutation that he has not seen before. He detected an unknown signal from his nervous system.

After further studying about it, he finally found out the function of that unknown signal in the nervous system. That signal is emitted from his nervous system due to its highly reactivity towards Particle X in the atmosphere and emits Energy X in the process.

Particle X is what he classified Mana as, and Energy X is what is called Magic Energy.

In simpler terms, which is, from the mutation in his nervous system, it allows him to be able to use magic energy if there are mana around him. And by default, his body is constantly emitting magic energy.

That is the exact same thing that Yuria once told him about magic energy.

But what causes the mutation in his nervous system, or has it always been there, he does not know.

But right now, he has an idea. Raynor will now study about that weird signal from his nervous system, and try to imitate it’s signal. If he is successful, he may be able to create a device that have the same function, and allows it to create magic energy on its own. It can even become a new type of weapon.

There are also many projects going on in Raynor lab right now.

He can work on multiple projects at once because he now has a modern tool that helps improves the function speed of his AI.

There are many glass chamber devices all around the room, and inside of it are raw materials and crystals and also fruits, plants, daily tools and accessories in it. The purpose of it is to analyze them all, and also to find out their elemental compositions. But no matter what he analyze, there is a specific type of particle that exists in everything, which is Particle X. Mana Particle.

But for now, he is still working on analyzing and researching about this Particle X, and finding out its compositions.

This might take him quite some time, because Particle X is very different from an Atomic Particle or a Photon Particle that he knows of. A brand new particle that defies everything from the law of science.

Aside from all those project that he is actively working on right now, there is also another unusual project that he is working on. A 1.5 meters tall glass cylinder is sitting at the corner in his lab, filled with a type of chemical liquid inside, with a silver sphere the size of a football floating in the middle of the cylinder, with a tube attached to it.

Raynor seems to ignore that device, but that silver sphere is slowly growing bigger each day..
