Grey starts to laugh, 'It has been way too long, I will not fall for those old scary stories, you guys always tried to scare me back with'.

All three of the men not laughing at all, as the first man tells him 'it is true, the strange stores, and the people going crazy at random, this place has changed a lot'.

Grey is not convinced, 'is there any proof?', the second man shakes his head 'sadly the best proof we got was the people going crazy and missing after telling the people that there was a strange store selling cursed items'.

Grey talked a bit more with the few, about what was going on, what happened to Jack, the battle at the last town they were at, and that The Shadows were involved.

The first man in shock that Jack had lost his life, he was the best fighter in this whole town, Grey told them his plan for when they tell him the information on where the hideout is at.

The three men told Grey they needed a favor before they could tell him, Grey needs to try and get more information out of the current situation going on in the town, Grey of course agreed, and they would tell him the information afterward.

-Meanwhile in the inn-

I was looking all over the inn, I eventually found Vanessa, she told me Grey was currently out for a meeting with his friend, he left without telling her or any of them where it was.

I was about to show the necklace to Vanessa and explain the situation, as the necklace starts to glow red, it started shaking, like it was trying to warn me or something, I was not sure what to do, so I kept it hidden in the bag, I told Vanessa I was feeling sick, so I went to the room upstairs, Vanessa kind of confused why he felt sick all of a sudden when he was feeling fine a minute ago before he wanted to say something to her.

It would not take long before the red glow disappeared, it stopped shaking as well, but why? was it a warning? there is something really weird going on in this town, and it has to do with this necklace.
