As I go deeper and deeper into the forest time would go by faster than expected, I was not sure I would make it to the next town before dark, so instead, I went looking for a good place to set up camp, after a while, I found a perfect place it was right between a few trees that were close to each other with bushes around them, which made the tent almost invisible, I was not sure if I should make a fire, but I was sure I would try to not be noticed by anything that might be lurking within these bushes.
While I was setting up camp, I would look for anything I might use in case something would show up, you never know in the dark forests.
I found some sharp stones and some tree branches which I tried to sharpen like my father use to do a few years back, of course, I would break half the Branches and get a few a bit pointy at best, setting them up around the tent-like some kind of defense wall against any type of beast that might try to attack when I finished I realized it was already dark, I could barely see a few ft before me, so I decided I would go inside the tent placing the last few pointy branches in front of the opening of the tent before closing it, I sat inside the tent very uneasy, not sure if I could sleep, but after a few hours, I finally fell asleep.
I would Suddenly wake up hearing something nearby the tent, first I heard footsteps, then voices that were very nearby ''They can not be far from here'', ''We must find them'', as the voices went quieter the footsteps went quiet too, did they leave? I kept myself quiet until I was sure they left, I stayed for sure in the tent for the next few hours, I was very lucky they did not notice the tent, the spot between the trees for sure Camouflaged the tent even more in the darkness, the tent being darkish green.

It was almost morning after the encounter with the people the night I stayed up, I did not dare to sleep, but nothing happened, That morning I went on, toward the town.
