《And then I made my own world》The 1st try: Hacker dude is a genius!

Okay so hacker nutjob guy must have been a genius and this was his way of proving it. I really knew how to make stuff from nothing, though there was only chemistry and some biology as base knowledge in there.
Nevertheless, I started by making a planet. Make a big chunk of rock with molten lava inside and some water on top and you have your very first world. Easy! And so realistic…if this game ever came out I was so gonna buy it.
The textures of this thing were just amazing, way better than any game I’d ever had. Plus I could just take everything I’d created and the sense of touch was worlds better than any other game. I had no clue how the pod managed all the info but it was just so realistic I could talk about it forever.
So, anyway, there was a planet and earth and water. Time for plant number one.
Okay, so this wasn’t hard. Take some matter, use some of the biology instructions, use my memories and we’ve got a pretty daisy.
I imagined the daisy becoming real in the rock part of the planet and it froze solid.
Oh-kay.
Ah…why the heck did that happen?
I looked again and it became kinda obvious. No atmosphere and no sun meant….freacking cold.
Fumbling a bit I tried to measure the temperature, but my new senses were kinda screwy. Shouldn’t there be a status window or management thingie or something? This game was crap after all if it didn’t even have something so basic.
I tried calling some commands, but nothing happened. Then it occurred to me that this creation thing might be useful for just making my own, too. So I thought about what exactly I wanted and…yay, there it was!
Though it only had the entries ‘life-friendly atmosphere’ in % and ‘temperature’ in °C, a blue window popped open with the info I wanted.

Okay so the temperature was very close to absolute freezing point where nothing could survive. Atmosphere was at 0%, which really didn’t surprise me since there was no life anyway.
So I made a sun.
I first made a pretty, big sun that unfortunately collapsed in itself and then burned the plan….ah, that unfortunately didn’t work out. The idea with two suns was pretty cool too so I tried that next, but…
I’m gonna skip that part.
So anyway, I made a sun. And I didn’t break and recreate my planet all that often, honest!
And then I made a bunch of teeny tiny plant things that ate the ground and turned out the perfect atmosphere for life, which was a bit different from what my own hometown had. So, more like my own idea of perfect air.
Then I made one type of fruit tree, grass and some kind of green plant that wasn’t weird and disgusting and slimy but kind of like the tree I made, just under water. Just one type of each, but whatever. I spread those over all the land except the icy parts, a nice green carpet. Then I added daisies.
So there were abundant fruit trees, no seasons meaning eternal summer and I only needed people to make it perfect.
I started out with a standard human. Them made it really really long lived. And added pretty long ears. High cheekbones and a small, full mouth. Big eyes…nice chest, flat belly, amazing legs, hair that could be any color imaginable plus skin and eye colors that would fit the hues…she was amazing. Anything I’d ever dreamed of really. The most beautiful creature ever. The guy looked like this famous actor whose name I kept forgetting, just with long ears.
I made those two plus a couple variations, one more beautiful than the other, and then set them down on my world of eternal summer with abundant fruit. I made paradise!

So I set time on fast spin and…well, turns out paradise where you don’t even have to build a house or work or do anything but pick up the fruit isn’t exactly the best thing for a species with zero natural enemies.
I’ll say it bluntly. I know now why apocalypse and conflict might be great ideas if you’re a creator.
They ate until they were morbidly obese, they had sex until they had dozens of kids and aside from that they did absolutely nothing except argue among themselves over petty things. They didn’t even go out to explore, even just out of boredom!
That was not exactly what I’d imagined when I made paradise.
I was almost happy when they set fire to the forest over some argument and killed off the whole population with all the smoke.
Oh well.
I erased all the traces and then the plants. Just three types of plants are getting really boring if you have to look at them for ages. This game was more difficult than I thought. Time to ask those tutorial dudes!

It all seems a bit dodgy to Gary but again, good benefits package. Ephram Palantine is having problems of his own. His search for Enlightenment hasn’t been going all that well, has lead down some rather bizarre rabbit holes. It's about to get a lot worse. A seven year old girl has gone missing in northern Michigan, and they are sure it involves something that happened to Gary when he was a boy, thirty years ago, not to mention that there have been sightings of same identical dead man on a Lake Erie beach now for several decades. Some might call what Gary and his co-workers are about to get involved in to protect humanity from a world whose borders with other realities are fraying at the edges, incredible and perhaps even insane. Some might call it a mission.
8 95In Another World with Doraemon's 4D Pocket
Cary found himself awoken in a foreign land with what he thought was a nondescript white pouch. Reaching into the white pouch, he was able to pull out an assortment of gadgets that he recognized to be from his favorite childhood show, Doraemon. With the thousands of mischievous, powerful gadgets inside the 4D pocket, Cary will take on this new world by storm! Something ridiculous I will write purely for fun alongside my main story Giantslayer As a disclaimer, I may nerf some of the most broken gadgets or even not use them at all. Doraemon was insane for a children manga (e.g. Doraemon canonically has a nuclear bomb inside his 4D pocket), some of the gadgets have the potential to end this story in one chapter. The most important factor is fun so anything that completely breaks the story might not be mentioned at all (or we will pretend they do not exist in the 4D pocket). We may find uses for those broken gadgets in the future, though. I am not particularly good at writing comedy. There will of course be funny moments (at least I hope they are funny) but everyone in this story will actually behave in a realistic(?) and serious manner. I want the serious world to contrast with some of the wacky gadgets that are available.
