Chapter 3. monitoring

Hey Anna said one of the girls in the boat. Yeah pepper she replied. Why do you think he didn't let us on the ship it looks humongous.

Anna replied , he is probably worried were like those things ashore and doesn't want to risk being infected. Makes sense said pepper, still I miss mom and dad, why did this have to happen said pepper.

I don't know replied Anna I don't know she said to her self as much as to pepper. They then remained sent and tried to go to sleep

Next 6 hours went by and edwards alarm went off. So he headed to the bridge to monitor the last 6 hors of footage on fast forward of course.

Everything looked fine so he took out the rice he had put in the cooker and made some sandwiches for them as well. He also decided to send them some solar powered video game consoles he found in the cabins to occupy there time. There not prisoners after all so this should do.

The children were happily surprised when they found the game consoles. And they waved at him to show there thanks.

Edward then decided to go check out the captains cabin. He figured he might as well upgrade his room especially since he was likely to have guests soon. Thankfully the cabin was unlocked, time to explore.

In the main cabin he saw a gigantic capsule pod. No way thought edward these aren't supposed to be released until Christmas almost 4 months away. And this one looks fancy to probably top of the line, hope I can use it but I'll get back to that later time to see what else that prick has laying around.

Ah there is a safe behind this closet door but I do not know the password guess ill have to leave it for later. .. ... well not much other than his folder with his coast guard documents social security card birth certificate and this fancy looking American express as well as a blank book, hmm.

Beep... well guess its been six hours ill go and microwave the kids some lasagna. I'll throw in some hot chocolate as well. Then I'll check the video . About 45 min later Edward finished all his tasks.

Well time to move my stuff into the captains cabin. 20 minutes later he was all finished with that. Time to check out that gaming pod. Let's see how do I open it. Ah there appears to be a button here let's push it...... ah it opened

It should still connect to the greater universe on Christmas day. The regular video games you should still be able to connect to even after the weeding of the local population as most everything is maintained by robots.
