Jack went and tried to open the door but it was locked from outside, so he sat on the bed and thought on how to get out from here. He didn’t want his mother to know that he is here, so he had to somehow leave this house quietly. Jack thought for a while and found an idea.
He again went towards the door and hit the door with his palm; Mary was sitting in the sofa and thinking on what to do when she heard the sound from Jack’s room. She went and looked at the door but it was locked from outside and the sound was still coming, when she opened the door and saw what was making the noise she was scared. She saw a big bird inside the room and it was near the door, Mary was afraid that it would attack her so she ran and entered her room to hide. After Mary went inside her room Jack came out from the space and quickly went out of the house from the main door, he summoned the eagle back headed towards the place where Kapil had gone.
Mary was at the door but she didn’t hear any noises from the bird, so she opened the door and made a little gap to peek outside. She didn’t see any bird; but still she waited few minutes to come out. Shee looked inside Jack’s room but saw nothing, the window was wide open so she thought that the bird escaped from the window. She went and closed the window and began thinking on what to do, while she was thinking she remembered someone that can help her. She smiled and dialed the number, after few rings the phone was picked up.
“Hello, Mary why didn’t you call me sooner?” Someone said.

“Seema, I did trying calling you but your phone was switched off.” Mary said.
“My phone was damaged and I had to change it, but are you okay?” Seema asked.
“I am okay, why are you asking?” Mary was puzzled.
Seema wanted to say about the things at the party but she didn’t want to remind Mary about that incident she didn’t say anything.
“Seema, I need your help?”
“What happened? Tell me I will help in any ways I can.”
Mary then said everything that is happening to her, and how Kapil came and threatened her. She even told what kind of man Kapil is, Seema listened carefully and after few seconds she said.
“You should come and live with us for some time; no matter who he is he won’t dare to touch us.” Seema said seriously.
“Thank you so much Seema, I will come with my son today. Thank you.” Mary smiled happily.
“Not today, you should come now. I will send someone to bring you here.”
“But my son isn’t at home.”
“I will send someone to get him. Don’t worry.”
Mary didn’t want to go until her son came but Seema somehow persuaded her and she agreed, after 10-15 minutes a car came in front of Mary’s house and after confirming that it was sent by Seema she sat and went to the Lotus area.
If Jack knew where his mother had gone then he would jump with anger, for him to kill Kapil it was a piece of cake but the ones that are coming tomorrow are someone that he can’t handle at all. But Jack didn’t know what his mother had done, he was busy following Kapil.
Kapil had gone to a bar with his bodyguards, the bar was named Helen and it was a place only rich visited. Jack finally reached the place where the bar was situated ; he didn’t have bicycle so he had to take a public bus. When Jack saw the name of bar he remembered Frank telling how great it is and how beautiful the owner of the bar is. Jack didn’t have money to visit then but right now he has money and free time, his dress wasn’t that good but still he went towards the bar. Jack was stopped by a man at the door.

“You need VIP card to enter inside; if you don’t then you can’t enter.” A big man said.
Jack needed to enter inside because Kapil was there and he had to deal with him as soon as possible, Jack took out money from his space and put it at his pocket.
“Brother, I don’t have card. Can you do something about it? I won’t cause you any problems.” Jack went near him and gave 50,000 rupees.
The man saw the money and nodded, he thought that Jack must be from rich family. He smiled and put the money inside the pocket.
“Don’t cause any trouble.” The man warned.
“I won’t.” Jack smiled and went inside.
When Jack went inside he was amazed at the sight, the room was very big and it wasn’t crowded like other bars. There was everything inside, the lights were dim and gentle soothing music was played by some musicians.
“Rich people really live a luxurious life.” Jack muttered.
Jack looked around and searched for Kapil, at a corner he saw them drinking and laughing. Jack also went and ordered soft drinks; he was waiting for a chance to strike. The music stopped suddenly and an announcement was made.
Ladies and Gentlemen, today is Miss Carmila’s birthday. Let’s wish her a happy birthday.
The lights were shown to a girl, Jack also looked at her. The girl was very beautiful with blonde hair and white skin, even the body was great but the most amazing was her smile. She was the most beautiful woman that Jack had seen in his life, Jack wasn’t the only one, every boy was just staring at her. Jack used the identify skill on her.
Name: Carmila
HP: 100%
Rank: E
Skill: Ice manipulation
Can manipulate ice at her will within 10 meters, is a member of Killer Union.
Jack quickly regained his senses; he didn’t want anything to do with a Killer. He again started drinking and didn’t look at her. Jack was near Kapil so he heard them talk.
“I want her, bring her to me.” Kapil said.
“But sir, there will be problems. This isn't our city.” One of them said.
“That’s why I pay you, to deal with problems.” Kapil said angrily.
Jack was laughing inside because he didn’t have to lift a finger to kill Kapil; he was walking towards death himself.
The 8 men approached Carmila, they tried talking at first but after sometime there was argument. Jack saw Kapil going out so he also followed; Kapil went towards the back of the building. The place was isolated, Jack searched for a place to hide and enjoy the show, and after few minutes the 8 men carried Carmila and threw her on the ground.
“Don’t let anyone come here.” Kapil smiled.
The 8 men nodded and blocked the entrance to the place. If it had been a normal girl then Jack would have helped but he knew the true identity of Carmila so he stayed at his hiding place and took out some chips to eat.

Dear Spellbook (Link to rewrite in blurb)
A rewrite of this story has been posted here: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/49881/dear-spellbook-a-fantasy-time-loop-rewrite Live. Study. Repeat. Tal is a sorcerer in a world where they are killed on sight, traveling with a man charged with carrying out the task. Every night Tal must pretend to study his spellbook to maintain his disguise as a Wizard’s Apprentice. If his disguise slips and his charade is uncovered, it will be his death. Seeking answers to mysteries that arose after his parent’s murder, Tal must accept any allies, no matter the risks, to uncover his family’s secret. But when he wakes up one morning to find himself trapped repeating the same day, he has to overcome his challenges all on his own. This story is an adaptation of a D&D campaign I ran but never was able to complete. I tried to capture the feel of a table-top RPG session —tropes and humor— without relying on the mechanics. This is not a litRPG or gamelit story and no D&D mechanics or system appear in the game. It follows one member of an adventuring party as he deals with the problems with that arise from being an adventurer. Namely, getting roped into adventures. The story has a time loop element, but will eventually move past that. This story explores the magic systems, the history, and the lore of the world through the lens of Tal's entries in his Spellbook and interludes from other written works in the world. New entries on Mondays Credit to JackOfHearts for the cover.

Drakon the Necrolord v2
Rewrite of my novel Drakon the Necrolord. 100 thousand years ago the system apocalypse began and all of the known worlds with sentient life in the universe got merged together forming a super planet. Orcs elves humans dwarves and hundreds of other species now living on one planet. These are the memoirs of one of them. Written with the help of the AI in his head and a little help from his friends. As a note: I have tons of worldbuilding done (probably way more than needed, as that was why the rewrites took so long. Depending on the reception here I might do more stories in the same universe and/or build a wiki with all my worldbuilding stuff.

The Cyclical Nature of Time
A girl’s life ends unexpectedly early, or so it would seem. Instead of eternal nothingness, she wakes up in an empty valley with no clue how she got there. Taking her predicament in stride, she sets out to do something about it. Unfortunately for her, the first couple of people she meets aren’t much help. They claim they haven’t heard of electricity and dress as if they were on a break from their job at a Viking-themed amusement park. MC is a somewhat normal girl. She's pragmatic and not very angsty. The story is tagged with anti-hero, but to be clear, she is not a villain. She does good if she can, she just isn't morally motivated to do so. The story starts out smelling of fantasy but will eventually shift towards sci-fi. It contains some supernatural elements and has a strong lead, but it is not your usual power trip. Expect a story that takes its time, but not to the point where entire chapters are spent on mindless chit-chat. I’m not into that. This is my first serious attempt at writing and I've learnt a lot writing this. Unfortunately, that shows. Chapter 1-10 is slow and rather pointless. Things get better, but it is not until chapter 25 or so that I began understanding how to structure chapters and to make them support the larger story. I publish about 3000 words a week (every sunday) but I write about 10000 words a week. Sticking to that pace, which is easy, the last chapter will be out by July.
