After reaching home Jack took a bath and changed clothes, and after that he entered the space. He wanted to know more about his power.
Welcome Master.
“What is your name? I didn’t ask last time.”
My name is Sally.
“It’s a good name. Can you tell me more about my power?”
Alright Master, What you have obtained is summoner heritage and right now it is very weak. You can make it stronger by upgrade it spending 2 million points, after the upgrade the time you spent here will in the ratio 2:1.The area of the space will also increase after upgrading; you will receive more advance cards after the upgrade.
“Can you tell me about these cards?”
Master you can summon only after you receive the cards, after you summon all the cards then next 4 cards will automatically appear and you don’t have to spend points but if you don’t like the cards that you receive then you can refresh it by spending 500 points. Are there any other questions?
Jack got the answer that he needed but he wanted storage place like that in the novels, he wanted it very badly.
“Can I use this space to store materials?”
Yes, you can Master but 1 point is needed for every new object you keep.
Jack got what he wanted but he was depressed because it was very hard to get the points, he only got 15 points for a car. Jack exited the space and went to his mother’s restaurant, as he was about to enter he saw the same people that were here yesterday that went without paying. He knew that they didn’t pay today as well. He entered inside and saw his mother picking broken plates.
“Mom what happened?”

His mother was surprised as she didn’t expect Jack to come this early; she quickly got up and said, “Nothing these plates slipped from my hands.”
Jack didn’t believe her and wanted to ask some more but his mother was the one that asked the questions.
“Why are you early?”
Jack didn’t want to say the reason but he knew she will know sooner or later so instead of hearing from somewhere he wanted to say first.
“I fought someone so I got suspended for a week.” He bowed down without looking in his mother’s eyes.
Mary sighed and said, “Why can’t you control your temper? Last time you fought someone you sent him to the hospital.”
“I am sorry mom.”
“Tell me how badly is that person injured?”
“There is no serious injury I just punched him, that man was the principals relative so that’s why I got suspended.”
Mary knew her sons character, he wasn’t someone to pick a fight so she thought that it must the other person that proved him. She was glad that he didn’t get angry when fighting because once he got angry there was no stopping him.
“Alright you will help me look after the shop from tomorrow.”
“Alright mother.” Jack smiled. He thought that his mother will be angry or sad but she didn’t overreact and he was glad that’s he trusted him.
“You home and rest and as a punishment you will prepare dinner.”
“Okay Mom but can I get some money I want to go and repair my bicycle.”
Mary took out 50 rupees and gave him and after that she started picking the broken plates, Jack wanted to help but then he remembered something and went towards the kitchen. Although they didn’t have waiters but they did hire a chef for a low price, he wasn’t professional but he knew how to prepare varieties of dishes.

The chef was a middle aged man and he was shorter than Jack, he had a good looking face but due to the scar in his face he looked very dangerous. The man looked back as someone opened the door.
“Jack what are you doing here?”
“How are you Shyam Uncle?” Jack asked.
“I am doing well, what do you want you don’t come here without a reason?”
“I saw few people leave and I wanted to ask if they were responsible for the plates.”
“Yes, Mary asked for the money but they didn’t give any money but instead broke the plates.”
After hearing that Jack was angry, he wanted to beat them up. After saying bye to Shyam and his Mom Jack left the shop but he didn’t go the house but went in the direction the 4 people went.
Jack searched them for 10 minutes but he didn’t see them anywhere so he went back towards his house. Jack opened the computer and searched for the fish that was in the summoning cards, when he saw the results he was shocked because the fish sold for 400,000$. If he could get them then he will become rich in an instant. Jack thought that he will gather points and buy the fish as soon as possible.
Jack got bored sitting at home so he thought of strolling the area, as he was walking he saw someone familiar. He stopped and thought who that person was and that person saw him as well and smiled.
“Jack how are you doing?” That man said.
Yellow hair and the tattoos in his arms wearing short pants and a black shirt, the man looked as a gangster.
“Don’t you recognize me?” The man said.
“Sorry I don’t, although you seem like someone I know.”
“Idiot, I am Sam.”
After hearing the name Jack remembered him, they used to play together few years ago but Sam had to leave the place and they hadn’t seen each other since then.
“When did you get back?” Jack smiled.
“A few months ago, I am now living here.” Sam said.
“So looks like you fulfilled your dream.”
“I thought that I will earn money faster by joining gangs and selling drugs but looks like I am wrong.” Sam smiled.
As they were speaking Sam was called by someone so he had to leave, they exchanged numbers and decided to meet soon.
Jack was happy to see his old friends but as he was walking home he saw the 4 people that he was looking for.

Obligate of a Self-Ordained Sorcerer
Come join the Discord! It was a typical late-night friday for Mara, secluded in her apartment in front of a digital expanse, relentlessly mashing code into a keyboard. An introverted workaholic, but this was what she wanted - what she had strived so hard to achieve. So why did she feel so lost? Her life was productive, comfortable, satisfying. Plenty had it worse but she still felt... ungrateful? Stunted? The right word escaped her, but she could feel the general revelation settling upon her. With it came a choice that would set events in motion far beyond the meager scope of a 'New Game+'. So taking an intrusive portal to god-knows-where, Mara will come to find that her new world offers boons and banes with equal abandon. Magic, skills, and unforgiving difficulty. For a frail human shut-in, finding herself stranded in the middle of a sprawling dungeon was one of the least desirable outcomes. Food and water would be the least of her problems, why oh why couldn't she just get summoned by some pervy king to slay a demon army or something? This is a story of magic and adventure with skills and stats galore. A litrpg / isekai epic that I've been inspired to make after years of wonderful works like "So I'm a Spider," "Rimuru the Slime," "Azarinth Healer," "Negima!?," and plethora of other isekai and fantasy novels and animes. Special shout-out to Douglas Adams, a big influence on narative humor that's had a non-insignificant effect on my writing style. I hope you enjoy joining Mara on her journey as I attempt to scratch the itch they left behind.Chapters target 3-6k~ words. Though I'm personally aiming for a chapter every couple weeks, I think I can at least promise one a month with how busy work's been. I made a Patreon due to requests, if you'd like to support me there I'll be using it to fund artwork and RR ads for increased exposure.
