But with only 10,000 Spirit Bronze Coins in his pouch, Long Feng has no choice but to temporary borrow from Nan Jing Jing. Since Nan Jing Jing shares a same Spatial Storage with Long Feng, she allows Long Feng to withdraw any amount of coins required, as long it could help Long Feng in purchasing the materials he needed. Long Feng remembered a special pill recipe that he stumbles across when he was searching for the scrolls related to the Pill Refining experiments. Long Feng did open the recipe for a fun reading, but only today he suddenly felt that this pill could obtain a good price if he put it into the House of Miraculous Jade. Since Long Feng still remembered the Ingredients listed within the recipe, Long Feng purchased a total of 100 portions of ingredients, and spent a total of 50,000 Spirit Bronze Coins on this 100 portions of ingredients, and also another 50,000 Spirit Bronze Coins on the Internal Flame Pill's Ingredients.

Refining Methods:

Extract all the essence from the Ingredients, mixing the flower with flower, Pinecone, grass, fruits, and wax accordingly before all five different essences are cooked with low-temperature fire. With the five essences reach their boiling temperature, inject a large amount of elemental essence into each concoction, and keeping the same temperature until the purity of each concoction reaches its peak. In one attempt, mix all five concoctions altogether to create a final product, before the portioning attempt is conducted. Fire up the cauldron at the last moment, and refine the pill for the last time until the pill is formed. Results heavily depend on the purity and initial amount of the ingredient's extract.

Results:

If normal Ingredients is used, the chances of successfully refining a Lower to Middle-Rank is higher, while Upper-Rank chances are lower. If good ingredients are used, the chances of refining Upper-Rank pills would increase by around 10%, higher quality ingredients would increase yields of higher rank pills by a significant amount.

Without igniting the fire to the cauldron, Long Feng began with each single steps, using the ingredients accordingly. This is the first step, using the direct ingredients within the cauldron unlit of fire, to obtain the results and also the smoothness of each flow. The next moment, Long Feng replaced the raw ingredients with ten different drops of water, as replacement of each type of ingredients. He mixes the ten drops of water together in the arrangement of two together into one, and come out with five drops of water. Next, Long Feng imitates the action of cooking the essence by igniting the fire evenly below each drop of water. His controls of the fire are unstable, thus Long Feng repeats this procedure for four times, wasting a total of almost an hour. On his fifth tries, Long Feng finally managed to make sure all five drops of water is entering its boiling condition before he mixes all of them together into one single concoction. Long Feng then maintain his concentration into its limit, slowly portioning the concoction to form a few drops of concoctions. With the portioning is a success in his first try, Long Feng then starts igniting his Orange Fire Stage's Element Essence to fire the Concoction until they evaporate. Treating the evaporating part as the successful forming attempts, Long Feng began his test by using one portion of ingredients first.

"Wood Element! Freshen the ingredients!"

"Fire Element, Fire the Cauldron!" the fire Element gathered in the middle of the cauldron, and as the heat within increased to its limit, a sharp ringing sound could be heard from all six directions around the cauldron.

"Essence touch, Starts refining the ingredients within the cauldron!" Long Feng puts all the freshen up ingredients into the cauldron, and extract the essence all at a time. With the essence liquid is obtained, Long Feng starts his next step, mixing the flowers with flowers, Pinecones with Pinecones, the grass, the fruit, and the wax. With each extract is cooked into perfection, Long Feng mix all of the extract into one single concoction, and start portioning them as he sees fits. With the portioning attempt is a success, Long Feng actually underestimate the ingredients and also overestimate his capability! Long Feng's each practices results always came out to a total of around four to five drops of the concoction before he does his final firing, but in his first attempts, the portioning actually came out barely enough for one pill! Without any choices, Long Feng fires the concoction to form a pill, and as the Pill Forming step is a success, Long Feng first refining results in a Lower-Rank [Fierce Tiger Pill].

Since in his mind, this Pill is barely reaching his minimal demands, Long Feng have an urge to destroy the pill in his hand, until the mindset is disappeared from his head when Nan Jing Jing's voice could be heard from the ring. Long Feng prepares to listen to Elder Guang's opinion. After all, Elder Guang has been living for around 80 years at least, in the experience of meeting and understanding herbs and medicine, even Long Feng wouldn't dare to underestimate Elder Guang's knowledge.

"Since that's your replies, listen well." Elder Guang had Long Feng prepare his ears. "I've seen the ingredients, although my knowledge in the medicinal properties is not as good as you people from the Pill Hall, in my 75 years within this Wulin, the ingredients such as [Volcanic Pinecone] and [Spring Lake Pinecone] had already lost their specialties.
