In one of said countries called the Vallor Church-state the entire country is hostile to any one who dosen't follow their teachings. The main one teaching human supremecy. It recently grew in strength and authority due to the exsitance of The Sage, even though she did not particuarly like this country. They also happen to be the country with the most advanced alchemists. It has a military force called the Emperium of Man who are humans who have been altered by alchemy into 8ft tall super soilders. They have an increased amounts of vitality at the cost of unable to use magic. However because of this increased amount of vitality they have become excelent at using Qi. They are all equiped with heavy armor that can ignore attacks coming from Poor Drafts (a sub-dragon closer to a scaly bird then a dragon). It is made of a type of magic steel highly resistant to physical shocks and magic. They come with many weapons ranging from full auto stake launchers that easily pierce weak armor to hammers the same weight of carriages that come paired with a sheild that can stop a charge of a sprint dragon(a large and fast sub-dragon with no wings) without breaking. They tend to all carry at least four seperate weapons at once to allow for them to adapt to most situations. They have multipule factions who have a seperate perpouse ranging from defending the empire to clearing all living things in a particular area. The most famous is the insane Bleeding Knight Order who with only twenty members cleared out an entire devils nest in under a week. They give up their humanity to gain more power than an average rock dragon(A sub-dragon that has no wings and is covered in a stone like carparace).
