" Congratulations Sam! You didn't let me down.

You are the first one to kill a Level 10 boss, furthermore you killed it without any help!

I will tell you what happens now. First of all you directly reach Level 10 for killing the Level 10 boss. Additionally you get one of the skills/characteristics of the monster you killed because you did it completely alone. Sometimes it's an active skill, sometimes a passive one. It won't be as effective as the one from the boss, but because it is a skill you will be able to reach the monsters level after upgrading it. You might even be able to exceed the original skill!

The ogers special trait is it's ' Herculean Strength' which you gained from it.

The skill at the beginner level gives you two times your normal strength, think about it yourself how much this skill will improve your power in the future!

It is a passive skill that is activated the whole time what means that it also improves constantly.

I thought about another reward to give you after the entertaining fights you showed me, so let me spoiler you a few things that will change with the next patch!

The cities you humans lived at before the game started will change into different styled dungeons, for example a giant dome, massive castles, underground mazes and so on.

You should also know that there are various factions right now, like bad players, good players, monsters and NPC's. A lot of them own castles, cities or other sorts of settlements and have different mind sets. I don't want to see all of the participants in this game hiding inside their walls and living boring lives, so I will include a reward system.

Random quests or situations will appear in the future. The way these events will be settled directly affects the rewards you'll get.

It might be weapons, items, materials, technologies or even new people/soldiers for your city.

Killing monsters or other players will give you rewards too. This way the game will become more exciting Hahahah!

Players killing other players for rewards, I am looking forward to that.

Sam wanted to ask something, but he was already back before he realized it. He stood on the ogers back looking down at its shredded neck.

" Wow, I realized what I was doing but couldn't do anything against it. These wounds are really devastating."

Sam jumped down and walked over to Kain and Bobo. Their injuries didn't look too bad. Bobo had hit his head bleeding a little bit, while Kain had injured his arm. They had no broken bones or internal injuries. They woke up looking dumbfounded at the dead Level 10 boss.

Sam told them, how he had killed it and that he had leveled up to Level 10 in the process. He didn't mention his new skill, or the spoilers he got from god.

' I will keep the skill a secret for now. The patch will come soon anyways, it would look suspicious if I tell them what god will change in the next days. I don't want to be called an apostle or something like that!' Sam thought while telling the others what had happened.

The group of three departed afterwards. They walked slowly not to attract any attention. Sam's body hurt like hell, after the boss fight. Kain and Bobo weren't in good conditions either.

They made a few stops on the way back and took detours to bypass groups of monsters. They reached Blackstone City at afternoon.

Sam greeted the guards and went towards the keep with his companions. He instructed a guard to call the council members for a meeting.

He told Bobo a few things about the city while they made their way to the keep.

Half an hour later inside the keep, Sam stood in front of Rudolph, Carl, Nissa, Jack, Linda, the twins and Bobo. Kain went to the doctor to check his arm.

"...that's how it is. We have to decide if we want to help them, or if we wait and hope that Ivan and his group don't find us.

I personally think we should help them and free the people of this guys clutches!" Sam looked at everyone inside the room.

Bobo was silently observing the people and their facial expressions.

Carl the former village chief stood up and said " From what you said earlier I think this Ivan is a cruel man who has to be stopped, but they are more than six hours away from Blackstone City. They won't find us so easily! We should wait and build up our military and defenses to be prepared for when they come."

Nissa listened to Carl and said " The problem with your plan is, that their group gets stronger everyday. They force more people to fight for them every passing day.

I think we should attack them as quick as possible. We can include their people into our cities after we annihilate Ivan and his men."

Some others gave their opinion too, until Linda stood up and said " Sam you are the chosen leader of Blackstone City, you are the one to make the final decision!"

Sam looked at the perplexed Bobo with a smile.

" I said it before, we will help you! If we wait until they grow stronger we won't stand a chance anymore, but right now with the capable fighters of our cities we should be able to win!" Sam looked at the other people, saying " Actually, I already reached Level 10! I encountered a Level 10 boss monster and killed in, which resulted in an immediate Level up.

I should be the strongest player right now or at least the one with the highest level."

The other people were stunned. No one thought that Sam could reach Level 10 in one and a half days.

The meeting continued for one hour, thereafter everyone left to do their business. Sam organized a house for Bobo but didn't order guards to look after him.

Sam went to the keep. The council had furnished the keep when Sam had left and a few maids and guards had been prepared as well.

Sam took a bath inside the keeps bathroom. Everything was made of stone making the atmosphere inside quite cold but Sam didn't mind and relaxed while thinking about the upcoming patch.

' This patch will give us opportunities to strengthen ourselves and Blackstone City. We need more people but that also means that we need more food. I have to make sure we have a good squad of hunters who can provide a stable income of food. The pelts and leather are useful as well. I have to send out more scouts as well. We need more boss monsters to get more of our people on Level 5!'

Sam got out of the bathtub wearing a bathrobe one of the maids prepared beforehand. He ate a light meal, he didn't want to eat too much when they had no stable food income. He went to his bedroom afterwards.

It was an extravagant room decorated in the colors white and red. An enormous bed of 4x4m stood directly in the middle of the room. The only other furniture was a big desk and a wardrobe.

Sam shook his head " This is too crazy...who the hell needs a bed like that? Well I am a king now, right? Let me enjoy it for now, who knows what will happen tomorrow!"

Sam took his clothes of and lay down in his king size bed falling asleep instantly.
